    I tried to find out what my procedure costs. Never got an answer. For 1 Physical evaluation they charge over 2000 dollars. I am paying monthly since one year. All my HSA money is going into their throat.

    Be aware, you will be sent directly to collections without a bill or phone call for anything insurance does not cover. My experience, overall knowledgeable and helpful staff. But my insurance didn't cover $52 or my visit. Not a big deal but the courtesy of sending out a bill or contacting me directly seems like a better business practice. It is quite ironic that sending any debt to collections without trying a phone call first is a sign they could care less about the individual. Especially since now the collection agency gets roughly 50% of the amount owed. Please be prepared that this location does not have your best interests in mind when it comes to finances. Stay healthy.

    This centrally located family clinic, is typically quite busy, the South Phoenix community has been historically under served I believe the environment attracts health care professionals whom are truly motivated to help and cure people. You will definitely see a diverse group of patience but I haven't had any bad experiences or long waits for my appointments. The staff is very professional.

    Manager hung up on me when I was got to tell him the problem. He asked what was it then saying I was interrupting him then he said I am just going to hang up and he did. They are failures and give no help. They are not okay and need to be addressed by the medical board

    I think the nurses are amazing.. but I don't like how you never have the same Dr to me that's crazy and they never call you with your blood work and tell you your levels have changed and that's sad but the receptionist in the nurses are amazing

    So far, no issues. Checking in is repetitive with the app not doing what is supposed to do as you need to check in in-person anyways and do the copay in person vs through the app

    Have spent the last couple weeks continuously calling to follow up on appts that had been discussed with my doctor on my previous visit and gotten nowhere. Each employee at the "patient assistance center" has proved to be working against the title of their job. Apart from being extremely unhelpful, they have also managed to hang up on me nearly every time i call - usually after having waited 10-20 minutes to even get them on the phone. No one can tell me anything about my results and when i requested a nurse to call back for clarification, it took her over two weeks. Was initially optimistic because this was one of the better experiences I've had with a doctor, but after that it's been a nightmare. All i know is this is not how medical care should be

    It was my first time here. Staff was great. My DR. Was exceptionally wonderful he took his time did not seem rushed and actually seemed to care. I was surprised being a state clinic.

    The Dr. Elizabeth K Fox-Mitandika wrote me a prescription to be filled an the pharmacy inside the same office is ware I've asked my medicine to be filled. After my visit I go to pharmacy an the Hispanic lady with glasses couldn't answer any of my questions on behalf of my medication an had a horrible rude attitude about me asking. She told me she couldn't answer any of my question . Took them 20minutes to fill 2 medications. Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. This is for Christopher A. He is the patient being seen here.

    Less than one, the reception is very bad, really bad, they pay you so badly, what are you doing here? We came because they sent us to an emergency from another clinic, but the truth is, I would never return here. Your words were “she's mean.” Of course, I understood that you weren't the same. Sufficiently trained to accept your lack of respect towards a person who is going through difficult problems, lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, that job or is it for you?
