We had a great shopping experience at Jewelry Exchange. Darlene helped us to find a beautiful 2.5ct pear diamond ring that was right within our budget. She was warm, informative and patient with us along the whole process. We received the ring exactly within the timeframe they estimated and it shined and sparkled bright upon pickup. We had several questions about warrantees and insurance and she gave us all the info needed without hesitation. Was looking for a loose diamond to go in my new wedding set for my 25th Anniversary. Buyer beware. I purchased a new ring for our anniversary for my wife. She had the ring on her finger for a total of 6 weeks and the whole center stone and setting was missing. We called the store to ask about warranty. They said they have a 1 year warranty. We brought the ring back to the store after consulting two other jewelry's first. Both jewelers told us the same thing. The setting was only tact in and not fully soldered as should have been. Jewelry exchange states the ring had excessive wear. How can you have excessive wear on a ring in only 6 weeks of wearing it as a housewife. They don't want to honor their own warranty and want to charge us for another stone. When it was clearly installed wrong. That's a warranty issue a company needs to honor. This is poor customer service from a store. I would shop else where. I have asked for a replacement stone of like quality and or a full refund. No one form the store has returned any of my calls it's been 4 weeks now.

Update- 05/27/23 Unfortunately they do not have an onsite jewelry any longer and, it's expensive to send it out for the price they're charging. There are different places to go that have onsite jewelers also way cheaper.

We picked out my engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary band here a few years back. My wedding band needed to be resized and Darlene was very helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. This is the only business I will buy diamonds from. Thanks again, Darlene!

A disappointing experience. Took my wife's ring in to be resized. When we dropped the ring off, we were adamant that the inscription inside remain visible. When we got the ring back, one of the diamond chips was missing, and the inscription was almost completely covered with the rhodium coating. We returned and, while they took ownership of the missing diamond chip, were unable to re-inscribe the ring. When we finally picked up the ring the second time, there was no empathy or apology for the incident until we stated that we were unhappy with the process. At that point we were given a half hearted "I'm sorry." In summary, over $300 to increase the ring size by one half size, lose a diamond chip, obliterate the inscription inside, with no consideration of what we lost. I am in the market for a ruby ring, next, but it will not be from this company.

I went for a new setting for my grandmother's diamond ring. Chelsea patiently spent an hour with me as I looked at a bunch of settings until I found the one I loved. She didn't pressure me, and she didn't try to upsell me. She even used one of their loose diamonds to show me how the setting would look with my diamond, which made a big difference in the setting I decided on. I must've looked at more than a dozen settings, and she was so patient. The pricing was much better than I expected, and I am excited to receive my new ring in 3-4 weeks. I've purchased a tanzanite ring from this company in the past, and the quality has held up. I definitely recommend them.

I walked into this place for a pair of earrings they had for sale online. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it at this store. All the ladies, especially Darlene, were very nice and informative. I looked around for a while and ended up buying a diamond ring, a diamond necklace and diamond earring jackets. I never knew about earring jackets. These diamond jackets make my studs look amazing for a dressy look. It’s been over a month and I am still happy with my entire purchase. I will definitely shop here again.

got gift card for A LOT $, specifically for diamond earrings.Hubby is disabled; wanted to surprise me can't drive, but was able to buy the gift card as he couldn't get the earrings himself. we went to get the earrings; the sales reps and manager said their computer has been down for weeks and there's no way for them to run the card.... it's now 1 week into the new year they still haven't called to advise if computer working yet... is this a scam?
