When we bought our ring it was a fantastic experience. However when we went for our 6 month checkup the experience was not the same. The warranty inspection we felt like we were bothering them and they had better things to do. We already sold you the ring and warranty. Now we don't care. We give better service when your about to buy something. That was the feeling we had. Now that being said, the ring that the consultant helped us with at the time is beautiful and we love it.

Whew don’t go here if you need warranty work… unless you are willing to go in to purchase and drop money, they are incredibly rude. Hate to say it, but true Scottsdale fashion. Went in for warranty work on my 3 stone princess cut wedding ring and band that I bought from THEM and wow. So disappointed. Barbara, was extremely short, passive and downright rude when dropping my ring off and picking it up. I thought maybe she had an off day when I dropped my ring off… nope same rude attitude when picking it up. I’ll take my business to the arrowhead location with the other peasants. If you aren’t full of Scottsdale attitude, beware!

Took my Brother in law to have his wife's rings checked n cleaned. The lady that we worked with was awesome! But the well dressed man wouldn't assist me as I was looking for watches because he didn't think I could afford to step into his store... he lost a sale. Note to anyone that's in sales... never judge a book by it's cover, if you do, you loose

Let me start by saying I had to wait a month to purchase an engagement ring. When processing my account, there was an error on the bank's side when trying to finance. Albert and other staff worked to fight this issue for quite literally a month. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kept me updated as they worked to resolve the issues with my account. I also want to say that while I was waiting on 9/28 as we were working to get these issues resolved, I witnessed a customer come in and demand free services, citing that it was 'what the customer heard' while talking to their salesperson. Having witnessed the entire sale, I can guarantee that the free warranty that the customer was pursuing was never offered (because it is not free). Customers like this are the worst and I commend Jarryd Brennan, the salesperson that didn't let an adult child walk all over him (while remaining friendly, I'd like to add!). This location does not work on commission, so you know you can trust the salesperson that you are working with to be genuine, which was the case for every interaction I had over the course of my waiting period. Don't be that guy.

Jared has the highest quality diamonds I have ever found. They should consider serving the champagne every time I walk in as it makes it for such a more elegant shopping experience. And I want to skip looking for a price thereafter. 😉 On top of amazing quality is the true courtesy. My jeweler Albert has been a top notch guide through the past few years of my diamond and gold purchases at the Tatum location. I’ll never go anywhere else and always return for his help. Went into this location to ask about engraving a silver baby bracelet and the blonde lady in there was very rude, saying that it was only silver ( we advised that when we came in, Scottish tradition for good luck for babies) and they cannot do such a thing. Felt like she just didn’t want to assist regardless.

We love this store. Jared and his team do an awesome job. We have been long time loyal customers of this Tatum location and the experience is always great. The selection that they offer is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Recently we had a ring rebuilt and it came out like brand new. We are diligent about having my anniversary ring checked for loose diamonds. Barbara too great care of us as she checked and polished my ring on our recent visit. Terrible customer service. Would Not help after my ring broke. Very rude staff older European lady and snooty Karen were so rude while unkempt bearded guy did nothing to help. Will never spend another dollar here.

L let me say that I thought this was going to be a one star review and I was blazing mad. I felt initially that big corp would not follow through and I wouldn't, let's just say, be taken care of properly.. THAT WAS NOT, NOT, HAPPY ENDING! THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH, Into them some :)-, Can you say pleasant surprise? I bought a really nice chain from a guy named Albert and I think he forgot to tell me something ,,,but he actually thought he did. That was really all I neededAnd he apologized. And so on and so on I ended up with a different chain and they took care of me price and service wise and I would like to thank these people. Firstly I would like to thank a.. R. he is the assistant manager and talked to me off my tree and it was very rational and nice gave me the impression that they were a good organization and that I would like to thank Albert, He became a hero of sorts by saying he might have made an error I liked that and I liked the way you walked up for me so he was a great job.. Seth Sout spent a lot of time with me no rush I picked out a different chain and Barbara W who threw the transaction very patiently and last but not least Mr. Jared M. He' got the look of royalty that could be familiar but his name just happens to be Debt. Anyhow everybody did a great job and thank you all swell it ends well

I'm delayed in posting this and it could get lengthy, but hang on with me... My sister and her (now) fiance had a 2 week vacation planned in Germany and Italy. Now, I'll admit, it wasn't the best planning, but her fiance called me 48 hours before they were about to fly out and said he really wanted to propose to her on the Amalfi Coast. DREAM come true, right?! Well, here's the deal, he had no ring and her ring size is not a showcase room size 6. I called EVERYWHERE, and no one had a size 8 ring in stock and quoted me a minimum of 3-5 days for sizing. Until... Seth at this Jared location. Seth is AMAZING! He answered my call, listened to my manic situation and simply said "I will come in on my day off tomorrow. I'm going to send you a link to look at rings that we have in stock, and then you have to be here as soon as we open the doors so I can get the ring sized same day." That is exactly what we did. A band was picked out, I showed up, Seth was the first one to greet me and it's a love story from there! Seth went above what any other jeweler was willing to do, and he is now a big part in their engagement story. I can only imagine what he can do for a happy couple when he has more than 24 hours to help Thank you, Seth!

Excellent service and thoughtfulness by Jared, the manager of the store. My fiance and I couldn't find the exact type of bracelets we needed, but Jared located them at other stores, arranged to have them all arrive at this location, and shipped to my home address. Very thoughtful and he also have me a great deal afterwards on a watch. Awesome service!

Exceptional customer service. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and helped. It didn't matter that I was dressed in a tshirt and shorts and didn't look like I had a ton of money, I was given total respect (which a few other jewelry stores snubbed me when I walked in). Albert went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options, and worked hard to find my perfect diamond ring. He even cleaned my rings I was currently wearing. I was super impressed and left smiling. I will tell all my friends to go to Jared!

Always a good atmosphere. I come into this store regularly to keep my ring cleaned through the lifetime warranty. I absolutely love the warranty. So many people always ask how I keep my ring so shiny and I'm happy to tell then to 'go to Jared's'! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the checking in the ring or just getting a quick clean and inspection is a little long of a process but very worth it. My wedding ring got ran over (long story) and there are two bands soldered on either side of the wedding band and so they were all skewed. Jared unsoldered and resoldered, buff and shined it up(rhodium plating?) , put on new prongs, and of course cleaned it all within a week. My mother-in-law asked how much it cost? Totally free under my warranty! Thanks Jared's!
