Just left! I had a cross neckless repaired. The clasp had to be reattached and knots taken out. The lady that helped was respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Everywhere else wanted $50 or more she took $5 for the same job and had it done in an hour. It was a very easy and quick job but she was the only one with a reasonable price. I don’t even write reviews but the experience was so great I had to. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Shoddy repair work. Bent the back of watches putting in batteries. Bent a clasp on a necklace and screwed it up and then said it was like that. They used to be honest. But now they are not. Never get a receipt when you buy or repair.

This Jewelry store gives you the feeling of security, the front door is locked and you have to buzz in to enter. Prices for repairs are reasonable and they have nice selection of Jewelry.

Went in for watch battery replacement. While waiting browsing around a ring caught my eye. Checked it out and discussed particulates. Paid for watch repair(very reasonable). Went back next day, Bridget remembered me and ring, done deal. Very happy Wife, happy life!

Requested 3 batteries replaced and it was done in 15 minutes. Took 1-2 hours in Scottsdale last time.

I never thought I would ever give this place a 1 star, they have always been amazing (especially when phyllis was working there) and fair, But recently I went in (rite before Christmas) and was given a price on a new necklace, told Carol (again who I have always thought that I had a great rapport with) I would have to come back and pick up over the next day or so, she was ok with that, got sick, rather than bringing germs into store I waited. I definitely didn’t expect price to jump up $500 on me. When I mentioned that to her, she laughed in my face and walked away, she tried saying it was a different necklace, It was not, I took a pic of tag and wrote down the info on it. It really Took me by surprise, you think she would have showed me something else but nope walked away. Not sure what happened, but to overcharge a good customer and laugh at them, I thought was very unprofessional and rude, Looks like I’ll have to find another jeweler to take my business too. Really wish things could have been different.

Walked in looking to get some information on a good first watch to start my collection. Bridgette greeted me and was very welcoming to me answering all my questions. While they did not have exactly what I was looking for, I was not pressured to buy anything and were very informative and informed me they could order what I was looking for. I will definitely come back when I am ready to make a purchase.

Great service! I had a Battery replaced in one watch, & watch bands repaired & installed at a reasonable price while I waited! Also, had a ring guard installed in one ring while I waited! I left another ring to be sized, & they will call me when its ready! Staff are very helpful, friendly & Professional! I will recommend them to anyone that has jewelry or watch issues! It may not be in the best area but looks will be deceiving. The customer service is very inviting and they DO NOT pressure you to buy anything. They are very helpful and accommodating with your needs. I went there to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancée and they catered to my/her needs according without trying to upset me. I actually really respected that. The jeweler they have, let's talk about him! He does AMAZING work! When I saw my ring it looked flawless and that was even after a resize! I was and still am impressed by his craftsmanship. This store has been around for a long time and there is a reason for that. I have no problem with purchasing any jewelry from them.

Stopped in for a watch battery and figured they’d have the right kind since the display case was full of Seiko watches like mine. In and out in 10 minutes, the battery was inexpensive, and the staff was very friendly.
