my daughters birthday was coming up and I came in to shop and grab her some things to gift her. Coincidentally the store manager and the district manager were in the store and they helped me and even told me that they do parties. I was very excited because I thought that would be awesome since my daughter loves to shop and I asked how much time they would need and they told me that I could even call when I’m on my way I need to put something together the very same day. fast forward to my daughters actual birthday a call and let them know that I wanted to bring my daughter and three of her friends in and I was thinking they could spend about $75 each so I knew majority of the party would be shopping, but I just wanted her to be recognized for her birthday. The young lady that answered the phone was not having it. She said it was impossible and that I needed to give days notice and she didn’t know what the manager was talking about. She was not helpful at all and she basically did not want to be bothered with the situation at all. It was such an offputting thing because I was so excited to take the girls shopping and I figured I could still take them in there but I felt like a fool to go spend hundreds of dollars when the lady wouldn’t even help me over the phone. Why would I spend my money there and the customer service wasn’t even offered to me. We ended up going elsewhere closer to our house, but I really didn’t appreciate the conflicting information that they provided, it was upsetting. I do hope they can maintain business at this location because I love the shop and I grew up going here, but with this type of service and the fact that Desert Sky Mall is already struggling as it is, I doubt that.

I've always enjoyed shopping here since I was a teenager. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for but I purchased some jewelry that will match my dress for easter sunday. It's not a perfect match but a little compromise on my preferred color and a lack of time to shop had a lot of influence on my decision. I highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for the perfect accessories to complete your look.

Although it was extremely busy they definitely took their time and helped get my three-month-old ear pierced they were very patient with us and explained everything despite the fact that we asked to many questions

Vikki was amazing! She had amazing customer service and ensured we were able to find the items we came into the store to find. I would 10/10 recommend coming into this location if Vikki is working!

I went in the store to apply and the workers were very friendly and even gave tips with applying. Though days later I called the store to see if my application was looked at and the lady who picked up introduced herself but then when I told her what I was calling for she hung up I called back thinking she did it on accident but then she hung up again like she didn't want to answer my question after I asked the same question...

The main girl at the register was courteous & kind to us. This store is great for 8 year olds! I'd come back here!
