Very bad hotel. Rooms are not comfortable. If they flush the toilet next door, you hear the noise in your room. You hear people talking and making noise in the corridors all might. They need to have soundproof doors. Smelly bathrooms, Old TV’s do not work. Very rude staff who only speak Thai. Very bad quality breakfast with not much choice.

Very good hotel in a great location. Nice and courteous staff. Great and clean rooms. Good view of Phuket and very near to Patong beach. Breakfast spread is good and tasty. The only drawback is the lift. Closes very fast and does not respond well to buttons. Rest everything is great.

We stayed in the Royal Wing with pool facing rooms, the room was big and spacious, the balcony was perfect with a view of the pool and the main building. The staff was extremely helpful and kindly let us check in early as our room was ready! The complimentary breakfast was top-notch, with the menu changing everyday and multiple options. Would definitely recommend this property!

Staying on the 22nd floor, the room's spaciousness was a delight, with stunning views that made every moment feel surreal. The rooftop bar was an absolute gem, offering a fantastic setting to savor cocktails while soaking in the breathtaking sunset. And oh, the swimming pool area was a haven for relaxation, perfect for unwinding with a few laps. The breakfast spread was a delightful mix of flavours and cuisines - from fresh fruits to rice, noodles, bacon, sausages, and an array of pastries like toast and croissants. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service; they were attentive, ensuring every aspect of the stay was nothing short of exceptional.

The worst thing about this hotel is the noise. There is a night club right next to the hotel, and it will blast music until exactly 3:00 in the morning. Because there is no sound proofing in the windows you will not be able to sleep. This issue is probably better on the other side of the hotel, so it's a 50/50 change if you will be able to sleep before 3:00. Besides that it's a mediocre hotel. Outdated stuff, a bit dirty, tries very hard to be a 4-star hotel but it just isn't. Don't go here.

Overall a pleasant experience! Hotel has great amenities. Pool and Bar area was good! Breakfast has a variety of options including veg/non-veg. I had one minor issue with the room lights automatically turning on and off during the night, which was little scary, but a technician fixed it right away. Staff is great and always greets with smile. Would visit again!

Value for money and in great location as in a stone’s throw away from the happening Bangla street. Rooms were spacious and clean but nothing fancy. Also the main building is quite old hence the tired look having said the pool facing rooms are new. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous with plenty of options to choose from. If in Patong do recommend it.

Wonderful staff. Place could use upgrades, little dated. Really close to the beach and Bangla rd. Three streets to the hotel. The middle one is not the one you wanna take unless you're into something I'm not but take the left hand side street towards Bangla and that place...oh my. I promise you'll have a great night. I did for 14 nights and I can't wait to go back. Always wear...sunscreen🙂

poor management and poorly trained hotel staff - no consistent policy between staff and staff seemed uncertain of what they were doing half the time. Hotel facilities itself was fairly basic with limited breakfast options. Please take note that the housekeeping ends at 11pm each day, so if you need items like extra pillows (because they only gave us one for our extra bed), you will not be able to get it til the following day. The hotel appeared quite old with facilities looking like they were last upgraded in the 1990s. We had booked a triple room expecting three single beds, however we were provided with one queen bed and an extra rollaway bed. During our stay, we approached the hotel staff at the reception to arrange for airport transfer. However, the first staff directed us to an external agency to book (situated within the hotel lobby with no clear indication that it was an external agency) instead of using the hotel's arrangements, causing us to be overcharged. The next staff (Mr Sakda) we spoke to tried to scold us and shifted the blame to us for not comparing prices when we wanted to seek clarification as to why the hotel would direct us to an external agency instead of using their own arrangements. He also said we could not book the hotel's airport transfer at the reception counter, and it was only available via online pre-booking, which contradicted the hotel's website. Only the third staff (Ms Jeab) handled the matter professionally and helped us to arrange for the transportation as requested. Next, as we had to catch an early flight, we had asked in advance if we could pack the hotel breakfast that came with our room to go, and the first staff we spoke to said we just had to approach the hotel staff in charge of the restaurant on that day. However, on the day of our flight, the hotel’s restaurant staff told us we could not do so, and the reception and restaurant staff from the hotel spent 10-15 minutes discussing among themselves about what to do with the situation while we were rushing to catch our flight. In the end when we left the issue was not resolved yet.

I love the location of this hotel, everything was in walking distant. The ATM is around the corner, the restaurants are reasonable and Bangla road is 5 mins away. The pool is nice and clean, there are multiple pools including jacuzzi with swim up bar. Cons: plumbing was bad, takes awhile to flush. I found 2 large cockroaches in the hallway, size of your big toe. I found black mold in my shower grout. I would stay here again, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, juice seems from a powder form.

Currently staying on room 3518 and I wouldn’t describe this as a 4 star hotel for the price that has been paid. The cleanliness of the hotel is great (can’t knock this) however the facilites could be better. There’s no where near enough loungers round the pool for the size of the hotel- if you’re later than 9am you won’t have a bed. Welcome drink, is only allowed in the lobby bar and not around the pool or else where. Location is great, close to the hustle and bustle and nightlife but further enough away to not have your sleep disturbed from it all. Our electrics in our room don’t work- lights turn on and off at all hours throughout the night- this also includes the air con going up to 23 degrees and being woken up to horrific heat which isn’t fun when you’ve got children. This has been mentioned to the reception desk but no one understands or speaks any English here as noted so no ones come to take a look. My hair dryer in the room is broken which was reported at the start of my visit, I’m leaving tomorrow and they’ve only just offered to replace this- again someone was in there bathroom when they came and since no one has returned to replace this since. All of the staff hate their job basically😂 yet to find someone who’s got the Thai hospitality that I always experience whilst here. However, the women cleaning our rooms/floor was lovely. Spoke every time you saw her and was full of joy every day! We were made to pay over £300 extra for a New Year’s Eve event which was outside with no covering- within 15 minutes there was a tropical storm which forced everyone then into the lobby which food was gone quickly and not restocked so we paid a stupid amount of money to see 15 minutes of entertainment and no food or drinks as the service was so slow. It’s also advertised as having a kids club- however there’s no kids entertainment nor any information available in regards to this. The club its self has also been closed every time I’ve gone there. I wouldn’t say not stay here, I just wouldn’t advise on paying the full price here.

2nd time to stay here. The pool renovation went well. Breakfast included each morning. Fantastic range of items on offer. Rooms are more than adequate and overall good value notwithstanding it was high season.

Really nice rooms which are clean and ideal, can be noisy from the night clubs nearby / the corridors. Pool is really nice too and the breakfast has lots of choice. In a good location too
