Adel is very helpful, caring and generally cares about your health, unlike some of the major pharmacies. Again it does depend on location some are better than others, but well worth driving a bit further to Pickering. The staff are very sweet and you never have to wait long for a prescription or repeat. Unlike any pharmacy I've ever been to. The customer service is next level, they feel like family. This team is warm, professional and they go the extra mile to ensure you're taken care of and understand any questions you might have. They offer delivery and call you with reminders if they notice you're out of meds. I moved away from Pickering and still use them.

The pharmacists are so friendly and patient, as well as all the staff. Always willing to answer questions. Service is prompt and accurate. So glad I transferred from the big brand pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the best one by far in durham region. All the pharmacists are very kind but not only that they will answer all of your questions with no rush. The price for the medications and other things are lower than other pharmacy.

I am so glad Hilary and I found Glendale Pharmacy many years ago when we moved to the outskirts of Pickering. Adel and his staff are the very best, friendly, professional and always polite - even when I get things mixed up - at 83 the brain does not always work the way it did 20 years ago. Bonus - I live way out of town and Adel himself delivers when I am not up to driving. As I said, Glendale Pharmacy staff are the VERY BEST!
