Came here on Saturday night, not busy at all. Service was great, all you can eat wings is 23$, the wings are surprisingly very good. It’s juicy and good flavour.

Tuesday half price wing nights are an all time favorite for me. Huge selection, great taste, worth every cent. My personal favorite is their fried cauliflower. This location was clean, the waiting time was acceptable and the service was great. Would recommend!

Felt very in unwelcome here. I was told to come over in 15 minutes and they will have a patio table ready for me. I get there with my party and was told they have given my table away. Manager was not on duty, bartender just brushed the issue off. As we were leaving we see tables opened up in the tent. Very dishonest staffing and therefore will not be returning to this location. Management needs to step up as there was no way they assisted us for the inconvenience of traveling all the way out there. We ended up at a different restaurant and had the opposite experience of here.

Solid place for wings and some drinks. The service is good and the beer is cold. Wings are solid and the dip is comes with is pretty good. Good place- would return.

Went for WingSanity promo: My review is based on 2 experiences. 1.Do not sit on the patio, you’ll be forgotten out there. Patio service is terrible, to the point people were going inside with their empty glasses to get refilled at the bar. The wings were good, lots of flavors, however, due to the poor service we weren’t able to get a refill on the wings at all… 2. Decided to give it another shot but sit inside this time. Service was far better, seems they pay attention to the inside guests within sight range and just totally forget everyone outside. However…1st batch of wings came with 16 wings, of the 9 bit into 7 were undercooked. We advised the waitress they were not cooked and she brought them to the back to tell the cooks. Where I was sitting I could see into the kitchen and saw both cooks throwing their hands in the air, smack the prep table and throw the wings into the trash. Well, the next batch she brought out for us was an absolute “F U” from the cooks. Burnt to a crisp, could not even bite into them (picture below). Showed the waitress who said sorry, but no offer of replacement food or discount on the bill. Safe to say I’ll never be back to this St Louis, or any St Louis for that matter…which is a shame since my wife loves the Chicken&Waffles.

Eh… pretty disappointing food wise. Fish and chips are clearly frozen and fall apart as you eat it. Fries aren’t that good and it’s a pretty small portion. Underwhelming for sure, you could find better fish and chips pretty much anywhere else. Service was so so, not terrible but not good either. Lots of servers around but it took forever to get the bill despite asking for it.

Good location. AYCE boneless chicken was worth it and the bud light special is good. Walked in on a busy Saturday night and was seated immediately. Service was little slower than usual but understandable on a busy night like this. Overall good experience.

Decent prices for meal. French onion soup made for a great app. Ordered a wrap but will definitely be back for some wings. Wing deal which I some how did not see will be back for. Tvs got a little on the loud side but overall pretty good. Visit was on Sunday.

I have been going to this particular St. Louis as the service is always awesome. Couple of times messed up my order, but they always took care of it the next time. Lindsay is always super friendly and an asset to this place!! This evening we ordered 2 pounds of wings and they owed us a free sweet potato fries. All went well with the order when we picked it up. We wanted the wings extra saucy, which were not done, and maybe the cook was upset that we were getting something free. Came home and opened the wings , each one pound of wings were only 1/2 pound each. I even weighed it, as I was amazed. Never been treated this way. Also the free sweet potato fries was because they made a mistake the last time. Iam so disappointed in their service. Didn’t expect this treatment. Wow, so sad. We pay so much, no like the entire food was free!!

My partner and I frequent this location often for wings, and he has been going to this location since it opened. We have never been this disappointed with both the food and the customer service from the owner. We ordered 3 pounds of dry rub wings for pickup that, one, had the spice on the side, not tossed, and two, the third pound was completely charred. It wasn’t until we got back home we realized what the mishap was and brought it back right away. The waiting staff was understanding about the issue and notified the owner, who then came out and argued with us about the quality of the food given and tried to negotiate the refund. He caved, no apology, it was the waiting staff who apologized for the issue and the interaction with the owner. Unfortunately we won’t be back considering the owner has little respect for the customers supporting their business. Shame.

Placed a order Thursday Aug 19th for p.u, once I brought it home I realized an item was missing. I called the restaurant and was told a manager would be in touch the next day re:replacement of the missing item. I waited out the weekend thinking maybe they were just busy but now as we approach a week I am beyond frustrated. The food has always been good at this location with the service being so so.. and now this.

Google search clearly indicated Tuesday nights is Wings night at St. Louis Bar and Grill. We were surprised to find out that is no longer valid as we sat at our table. The server did not know what was on tap at this bar. The wings were good but they didn't come with celery and carrots, which I though was odd, since they were charging $15.99 for a lbs of wings. Anyway, I highly recommend finding an alternative. I will not be going back.

Awesome service provided by Samantha! She gave some great recommendations for our dinner tonight…unfortunately we had to pack them up to go home! The food was a lot and absolutely awesome! Great job Samantha!

The all you can eat chicken wings is back! And so are we! With variety of sauces to try, youll go home satisfied! I personally love the spicy garlic parm 🌶 their garlic dill dip makes the entire thing even more worth every bite! Friendly staff and clean location!

Had to wait a little bit longer than usually expected at a wings restaurant but it was super busy (we could see all the uber eats orders being made in the kitchen)!! But the food was fresh and piping hot and so delicious. Service was courteous too. Will be back! :)

Staff was really moody by far the worst customer service experience I have ever gotten and I am 78 years old, will never come back here! Food was under cooked

Me and my boyfriend come here a lot and it’s one of our favourite places to eat. Every time we have the server Pari she is always amazing. She recognises us every time she is there and always gives us the best service which is why we always tip her a lot. Whenever we come when she’s not working the service is good but not as great as Pari. Example: when we’ve had another server she forgot our cutlery and we’ve had to ask other servers for them. she also disappeared quite often so when we need her yet again we have to ask other servers for help.

Its a wings and beer place... We left satisfied. 5/5 Our server, Mackenzie, was like the cajun sauce: spicy, hot, and exciting. She was great and absolutely crushed it. Stay away from her "favourite sauce recommendation" which was very average 🤣.

Samantha our waitress was fantastic, she was so kind, and give us the best recommendations. Food was delicious and service was exceptional. I recommend the gar parm wings!

The food and drinks were very delicious. We did wait a while for our food but when the food came out it was very yummy. I would visit again.

Been dining here since 2016, I'm not sure if my tastes buds have evolved over the years or If the food quality has gone down. It's okay for a quick bite but I do feel less than satisfied at the end of it. Service is good, people need to be more hospitable but there's a culture change here that's not uncommon across all places in the GTA nowadays.

Food was good but I think we were 27yrs too old for this place. Happening place. Too loud for late dinner....all patrons were well on their way but having fun. Bartender would rather flaunt her way around the bar in her younger sisters dress.... All customers seemed 20ish. Will never visit St Louis Bar & Grill again. First impressions I suppose

I had placed an order over the phone which was confirmed, i get my food and back into work and realize they missed something. I called to let them know, she acknowledges the girl forgot to punch it in. but no apology. I get into the location to pick up the missed order and still no apology someone needs to train the staff basic customer service skills

Very poor service, food even beers took forever. Didn't get side plates, didn't get napkins. They must have gotten rid of the good server/bartender that use to be there. She was way better and so attentive, never let our beers go to empty without having another one ready for us. Looks like very inexperienced servers there that lack skills and customer service. Management fault for allowing this to happen. Going to find another local bar to go to.

Tuesday wings special coupled with all you can eat wings. Why wouldn't you prepare for the dinner rush? Party of 8, waited 30+ mins to get drinks. Almost an hour for the food. Got my wings order wrong. Ordered two pounds of wings and got 13 pieces. Heavy wings! Anyway....not a good experience at all.

Food was pretty good, I mean it's really hard to screw up wings n beer. Some of their other dishes are just ok.. They have cheaped out on some stuff. Overall it's a good place. Staff are friendly and not over attentive, which is a nice change.

Friendly staff who worked their butts off to please ask who came in for wings on a beautiful holiday Monday. Kudos to the 2 servers and kitchen staff. Beer was cold and wings were hot 🔥.

Stopped by to watch the Jays final game of the year. The server happily ensured we could have the ball game on adjacent to our table. Staff served us promptly and gave great recommendations. Tried for the first time the “Not your Moms Cauliflower” with Salt and pepper dry rub and the Plant Based wings. Both items were terrific! Trying to eat vegan, at a sports bar is sometimes difficult. Well not here , the Plant based wings tasted great and no bones to deal with as well. The local Chef, and Servers did a great job in preparing and serving, and the St.Louis Wings Company has nailed the Plant Based Wing item. That along with Ice Cold Beer, makes this a great spot to catch a game. We will be back!

I just have to give a shout out to this bar. It was my first time there on Sunday and I was more than pleased with our experience. Our server was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the plant based wings and cauliflower bites. So good! We will be return costumers for sure!

I ordered the southern chicken sandwich from st Louis in pickering and it was horrible, it was dry and tasteless it stated it came with bbq aioli and I didn't receive any, I ordered 2 orders and I regret it spent $43 and the only thing I enjoyed was the 6 wings I got, the fries were dry and hard extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff and good food. I went here with my daughter today and the staff were very kind to her and were attentive. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Definitely recommend.

The bar itself is nice (good service, good vibes, patio needs a lil' work but a great space to watch sports when the lights aren't set too high), but my personal and admittedly basic LOVE for this location is their apps, with the "Wings Poutine" at the top of the food chain. I've tried it at a few locations (I live in Toronto), and this St.Louis location does it *right*. Well played, Pickering. 👌

Wanted to eat on the patio. Before even getting out of the car, noticed how almost all of the patio tables were dirty. There was no one sitting on the patio so it didn’t seem that the restaurant was very busy, so I don’t know why all the tables were dirty. Sat in the parking lot for a while contemplating and looking for somewhere else to go and no one came out to clean the tables at any point. Decided not to eat here, it didn’t seem very sanitary. The leftover food and dishes would attract bugs and it just made me question the restaurant’s general hygiene.

Nice spot with affordable meals.$$ Overall good exercise with staff and the food was delicious. Got everything that I expected from a Bar and Grill. Ordered a Grilled Chicken Tostada Salad which was a very large tortilla bowl which I was not expecting. Found the portions large and the chicken was juicy, but no tortilla for me (keto). Parking is available.

First time at this location and the service was great! The food came quickly and it was warm and delicious 😃 I was so full!

Got the All you can eat boneless wings... pretty filling... you get 15 with 2 flavors to start off, with and then increments of 5. You get a choice of fries or nacho chips $3 for an extra fries... and i think the refill for the drink is free...fills you up reall fast. Waitress was pleasant, atmospheric was relaxing... wasn't too busy...apologies for not having pics..

Love this place, never weighed my wings but I’m always satisfied. If you want great customer service coupled with delicious pub style food this is the place for you. The pints are tasty too, crisp cold Coors light hits the spot every time!

The service was awesome and very friendly, and we were seated promptly. Had all you can eat boneless wings, which came with a choice of fries or veggies. It was very filling, but the boneless wings were not great, not much sauce, and most of the sauces were too salty.

Maddie was my server and she made my experience at St Louis AMAZING!! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She made sure to check up on my table frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. I was here a month ago and will be back for sure. 10/10 experience

I had ordered from this restaurant on Saturday Sep 18th I was missing an item from my order in which the restaurant had told the skip driver that they would call me in order to which the item.When the order came to me i was unaware of the mistake nor did I receive a call. My girlfriend had called to try and rectify the situation as to no solution came into place. i tried calling the general manger and left her a voicemail as to which she did not answer I called back and she had blocked my number. I wrote my complaint to head office because i did not feel that this restaurant did not handle my situation correctly from this message i still did not hear from the owner i am very upset at she had handled the situation it is very unprofessional.

we come to this location all the time and have never experienced such an awful experience. Our food was good and service was okay. Our waitresses did what she needed to do but nothing more. In the end my boyfriend paid for our meal and did not tip on the machine as he had cash in his pocket. Our waitress Samantha looked at the bill and said “what did you not like my service” in a rude tone. We were going to leave a nice tip but after that I will not be coming back to this location. We felt very disrespected. Do better with who you hire as servers.
