They offer really great pizza. And the quality is consistent every time I come here. But the one piece out advice I have is to check the deals on app or website or else you end up paying too much. Will definitely recommend!!

Friendly staff! We just had couple of Pizza and they were excellent. But their garlic sauce not so much. We ordered Spicy Italian, veggie pizza, garlic knots, and chicken poppers. I would def. recommend. I just tried their ranch dipping sauce and it was good, I would def get it again.

Excellent service, was satisfied with the pizza with quick delivery at an affordable cost. The toppings are great quality and the customer service is very good. Would recommend.

So much for the customer is always right rule. I ordered a large pizza and mistakenly put Square cut. I called the store and basically they told me we can’t believe all the customers so tough luck. Looks like I won’t be returning to that place since it opened being a loyal customer

The last time I went here they had no napkins..Staff doesn't wear masks. Pizza made without gloves.... Pizza is on the greasy side. Their garlic sauce is mostly just oil with flavoring. Mushrooms taste funny. The tomato sauce gives me acid reflux. There's alot of healthier choices than this... Thank God Osmow's and Mary Browns is close by!

Ordered online. Was in store when it said pizza was ready. Was told it was almost ready. They turned around and kept working as i waited. Was asked my name a second time, employee went over to pizzas sitting there mine was there the whole time getting cold. Asked for extra sauce seems more like there is no sauce at all. The cheese seems like fake plastic it's horrible all of it. Never again!

I've frequented every local pizza establishment in Scarborough and Pickering, and no place does it better than the Papa Johns at Kingston and Whites. 🍕Mahimul🍕 works as the Shift Manager at this branch and you never have to worry when hes the one preparing your order. He is dedicated to pleasing every customer from exceptional customer service to fulfilling the order to perfection. He fits as much toppings as possible and rolls the dough consistently every time which are problems that other pizza places seem to struggle with. He currently works Tuesdays and Fridays. I have the highest standards when it comes to food and Mahimul has always exceeded my expectations. 👌😊 Regards, T&T

We ordered 3 pizzas with 3 toppings each online. I liked that we could choose the type of crust, sauce, how it would be cut, toppings between cheese, meat and veggies in any combination we liked, that there were photos for each item and how many additional calories each topping would be. Once the order was put through online we were given an estimated time of how long it would take. Our order was ready for us when we arrived. Only 3 customers are allowed inside at a time. We put some of the garlic sauce on the crust of the pizza and it was like we had garlic bread sticks with our pizza. Going eastbound we made a left turn after the traffic lights into the back of the plaza. The only other left turn would be going into the plaza prior to this and then driving through the parking lot and into this plaza.

Finally heard back from head office about the hair on our pizza. After reading some of the reviews about staff not wearing masks gloves etc, wondering why the manager accused us about lying about the hair as he told us all his staff follow all proper hygiene protocols and that as he said “ a hair on our pizza could not have happened at the store!” Mistakes happen take ownership of your mistakes and try and make them right! Not blame the customer. We are not that desperate to try and receive and freebies from your location as the manager tried to make us feel.

I bought pizza from here multiple times, and it always has been a good experience probably 3/4 stars. This recent time I purchased bread sticks, XL Mediterranean and XL Garden. The pizza was perfect and the person in the front was super friendly and chill. It totally felt like a 5 star experience so it deserves a 5 star review, hopefully they can keep this standard up!

I've been through the ranks of all the great pizza stores from Pizza 🍕 Pizza to Pizza 🍕 Nova and my new favourite is Papa 🍕 John's! The one thing I find in common who's the most businesses is that in the beginning they sell the food like how they would want to eat it but over time it becomes about the budget then they start to skimp on ingredients and serving size and wherever else they can cut corners and whether consumers notice and start looking for an alternative! And right now Papa John's is that good pizza for a good price and a nicely top to Pizza where I can actually enjoy the ingredients I ordered on every!

This is certainly going to be my first of many visit to this Papa John. Their crust makes it taste like the perfect Italian pizza crust and is as delicious as it looks. I ordered 2 Large Pizzas 1 is Garden Veggie and the other one is Spinach Alfredi which I got for $29.99 and upon signing up an account with them I received free bread sticks. This is good deal, I will surely be ordering from Papa John's more often than other places.

Ordered from the 820 Kingston rd location. The food is always above expectations and their service matches their consistent quality. My family always makes the drive to this branch, despite it being further, for their high quality and service. Edit: Sadly, I have no intentions of returning in the near future. Recently I had the displeasure of witnessing an employee disregard proper hygiene etiquette. The employee had dropped the 'pizza spatula' which slides the pizza in and out of the oven on the floor. He then proceeded to rinse it under light water before continuing to use it. Is it so hard to soap????? None of the staff seemed concerned over this practice. This is not a lack of training, but infact a lack of care for customers. The pizza might as well just be prepared on the floor. I have lost all trust in a branch which I once reviewed as 5 star. Eat at your own risk!!!! 🤢

Worst experience ever. They are here to skimp on toppings and raise their profits. Domino's is much better. Waste of $40 we spend here on an XL BBw feast pizza. Disgusting. This place is a disgrace to the neighborhood. Not approved.

I love papa John's pizza. Their sauce isn't too tangy like other locations, nor is their cheese too salty. I love the little pepper in the box, great to nibble on with the pizza. Good deals online and competitive pricing. This is my new go-to pizza place.

I love this pizza, always fresh, great deals and delicious toppings. My FAVORITE part though is the garlic butter sauce that comes with every pizza!!

I love pizza at Papa John's. I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. This place is hit and miss. They advertise 4 topping pizza for 12.99. barely by cheese in it. Asked for extra cheese as one of the 4 topping still no cheese. I don't get it. All other topings just fine and fresh.

I ordered a large pizza and a garlic parmasean sticks, not gonna lie it was the best pizza I’ve tried in Canada. The crust was soft and the toppings were so fresh and the perfect amount of toppings on a pizza! I loved it and will definitely order very soon!

For $22, I got a large 4 topping, garlic sauces, and 8 jalopeña poppers. Yum yum yummy

I was craving some pizza for lunch and Papa John's has to be hands-down one of the best places to get it from. The pizza was amazingly delicious.The perfect crust and perfect ratio of sauce to cheese on the pizza made me the happiest person on earth. Not to forget, the staff members are very hard working and patient. I had a tough day and mistakenly changed my order two to three times, however, the girl who took my order was extremely patient with me. Her positive attitude and hospitable nature is truly appreciated. Her professional skills of making the pizza proved her to be the best pizza maker in town. Would 10/10 recommend everyone to check out Pickering's Papa John's (She changed my mind to be a regular customer) !

Best customer service.People are so friendly. Place was spotless. Pizza was tasty.they have different varieties of sides too I really loved Oreo bites. I recommend everyone to go try thier all menu items👍.

The pizza made by Mahimul was amazing – I think it's the best in all of Canada. The way they put the ingredients together made the flavors awesome. The crust was just right, not too crispy or too chewy, and there were plenty of fresh toppings. They keep the quality consistent. It doesn't matter if it's a busy night, the pizza is always top-notch. I've tried pizza from lots of different places, but Mahimul's pizzas at Papa John's really stand out. They have a unique taste, and you can tell they care a lot about making quality pizza. I'm definitely going back for more, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing pizza. Big shoutout to Mahimul and the whole Papa John's team!
