Great tasting food and nice decor and environment, but service could've been better. Instead of being served we had to subtlety remind the waiter for things, like cutlery for example (he served us all of our food without any forks, knives or spoons). The preparation times is a bit of a wait, but for great tasting food and decent prices, it's worth it. Edit: Coming back here again, our waiter was much better except the service times were really long and quite slow (despite it being not busy). That being said, they were very friendly and offered us Mother’s Day gifts, which was sweet of them. Edit 2: Came back here again, the Halal options is an excellent bonus, and while wait times still are a bit of a drag here, the prices and friendly service have turned this into a family favourite! Edit 3: Came back here during one of the game days during COVID, all precautions were being taken so it seems like a safe place to dine! As well, the food was still delicious and uncompromised!

Love Boston Pizza, Love Ajax but this Pickering Location is the Boston Pizza to go too!!! Amazing Customer Service from top management right down to the server. Friendly, offered great recommendations and handled my family of 6 very well. The whole family left full and happy. In this pandemic top service is what truly stands out. Oh and the clam chowder was one of the best I’ve had in years. Keep up the awesome work.

Family friendly and basic affair. Service was relatively slow, but we were in no rush. If you want a quiet evening and to catch the game, this is the place. Lots of big screens, great bar area, friendly staff and good pub food. We will be back. We love and highly recommend the cactus chips! The best appetizer!

Amazing late night service by all staff! Shout out to kitchen staff coming out to host for seating our party of six after a Queen tribute concert at the local casino. Keep it up, Shawna our waitress for bringing it together in our incredible night out with a home-warming meal. <3

We ordered pasta and beverages. It didn’t take long to get the food. But we had to wait a long time for the cutleries. By the time we got them, our food went cold. They didn’t give us water until we asked for it. The service is poor. Their washrooms are not at all clean. For sure I’m not going there again.

Ordered on Skip the Dishes and the driver did not get the pizza due to some error. The restaurant personally called me, asked me if it was okay for them to personally deliver the pizza. Came within 15 mins and the young lady at the door was so polite and apologetic. Extremely good service. I have been ill for three weeks and wanted some good pizza. This establishment went beyond what was asked of them to make sure I received my food. I am extremely grateful, as I understand the food industry is not easy. I did it myself for a bit. I don’t think I have ever given a google review before but for the extreme amount of kindness these workers showed totally deserves to be seen by everyone. I highly recommend here for the absolute dedicated service you will receive. Thank you Boston Pizza Pickering!

The manager Prasanth and his crew at Boston Pizza were incredible! They were extremely friendly and kind to my wife and children during our stay, which had everyone feeling upbeat! We loved it and we will definitely be there again!

Amazing experience. Our server was extremely friendly and served with a smile the whole time. And made sure we were satisfied with our order. I loved the fettuccine pasta. We were 2 people. We reached there at 11.20 and we got our food at 11.30 that was amazing. Very fast they were. Definitely will be back and try again..

I’m being nice. So I’m giving a 3 star. Their pizza is good. But I was disappointed after ordering their slushy cocktail, I believe it was the twisted rocket. I got it and it tasted like water… 🤦🏽‍♂️ all Ice and water with very little actual flavour and taste. Which is sad cause I’ve ordered it before and it didn’t taste like that.

Ordered last night around 10pm on ubereats had a driver there waiting. The order got cancelled at 10:57. Kind of annoying but whatever. Ordered today the chicken parm. They forgot the dip for the cactus cut potatos and they absolutely require dip. just disappointed really. :( bread was kind of burnt and the chicken was smaller than normal (ive ordered this a lot in the past!) Edit sept 3: Ordered again and they forgot the cactus dip again and gave me a pathetic amount of yellowed broccoli. Also emailed them and responded to their reply below and was ignored.

This BP Location is remarkable. I live in Scarborough, but travel to this location because of the bartender Samantha. Samantha has really made my experience a memorable one. Her quick and efficient service is always top-notch. The food here is also very good too!

Do NOT order calamari. It’s so chewy and fishy. Half of the plate is chilli pepper and some onion like veggies. This is probably the worst calamari I tasted

The food wasn’t great and the service was slow, but my reason for the five star review is that they did their best. It was during the power outage when very few places were open or had power. Three waitresses being dumped on by almost every table. Good job from those three waitresses trying their best, I used to work in the food industry and understand how difficult it is to keep a smile on your faces when the customers are beyond rude. The food definitely needs improvement though. It wasn’t a very tasty location.

We had a pleasant experience at this location this evening. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken shortly after. Everything came out in a timely manner. The service was great, the staff worked together and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. We ordered a pitcher of beer, the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and the Loaded Tex Mex Fries to start, both food items were excellent! I was extremely happy with how crispy and buffalo coated the cauliflower bites were. For the main I ordered a side of fries and the Fiesta Salad with the Plant Based Crumble option (which was included in the price and not an extra charge), and I was very satisfied with the portion size and how delicious and filling it was. I also ordered the Red Sangria, which had plenty of merlot which I loved, it was a great drink. I was extremely happy overall and had nice evening! Highly recommend for a date night or social event with your friends.

Had an amazing experience. I am gluten free, and had a huge selection to choose from which is very rare. Our server shauna was amazing, very authentic and helpful. Definitely the best server I’ve ever had, so friendly and helpful it felt like talking to a friend I’ve known for years. I will definitely revisit for these reasons

Went on a Friday night and it was quiet. Typical Boston pizza, food is good and our server was friendly and efficient. We go there for the family atmosphere, we feel welcome there as some restaurants are just not good for a four year old, two year old and three month old. Kids love the kids meal and we love the kids card!

I went with my wife for lunch and told our server that we would like to share their mushroom spinach bake pasta and she got it pre split on 2 plates with extra garlic bread, I loved that she was so considerate. The food was delicious, will visit again

Hmmm, not great at taking orders over the phone for takeout. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and this is what I got. I live outside of town so it was too late to drive back into get this fixed. Unfortunately I didn't bother to grab a receipt so there is no way that I can do an online survey.

must be run by a bunch of incompetent bafoons. past few times we’ve ordered nothing is right. first time entirely wrong meal came and the next time items were missing and food had hair in it and was cold. we order the simplest meals on the menu with no special instructions. there is no excuse for this other than pure laziness and lack of care. from the other reviews the service is horrible. wouldn’t be surprised if other locations are subsidizing this one since it’s never busy and clearly lacks the skills to function properly.

Washrooms are absolutely gross.... Dirt or mold around the sink, pee on the floor, dirt in corners, no hand soap during covid-19? Get it together fill the soap dispensers up.

it's my daughter's favourite place. esp the pickering location. we've been coming here for years, and the staff takes such great care of us, they are always genuine and fantastic. and food is consistently superb. never had a complaint with their food at this location. loooooooooove it!

First time out since going to stage 3! Food was awesome! Big portion with the shrimp taco and nachos, need a take home box. Staff was very accommodating put the Blue Jay game on the big screen for us! Sabrina D was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Never order online through Uber. Worst service from this place. I order the chicken parm, comes with a pathetic amount of broccoli that is yellowed. I chose cactus cut potatoes and paid extra for it and they came cold and WITHOUT the signature dip that is required for these! Uber doesn't care. Can't offer refunds, They'll reply to this and offer me a coupon for a free small pizza next time I go in but whatever. If I wanted pizza I'd get pizza it solves nothing. Train your employees to serve this meal in delivery as you would if the person were to dine in!

have always had bad experiences here with service and food. went last night for my birthday since we had a giftcard and had such an amazing time! our server shauna provided amazing service and really made it special for us. the food was better than we’ve ever had here! will definitely be back more often!
