Great Employees and nice place to eat but the reason for this 1 star irate is because The debit machine is set up to ask for TIP upon cash out. The money collected from TIPS doesn’t go to employees!! The company keeps it. Horrible practice. Shame on you.

Very bad experience. The lady was very rude and doesn't even know how to serve a customer. I asked her for a bread and she said she didn't have that. Then I politely asked what were my options. She just pointed her finger to the glass. I selected one and then she said she didn't have that as well. Then I said she could've told me the available breads in the first place. In the end she just threw the sandwich in front of me. As a courtesy I said thank you, but she ignored and walked away. I don't know what's wrong with her as I never had a bad experience from Subway like this, especially this one in Amberlea Shopping Centre.

I come to this location pretty often, because it's close by and the quality of food and service is good. The ingredients always fresh and the store itself is always clean.

There was nobody else in the store except for me, the lady was preparing orders for pick up, she didn't even tell me why she wasn't attending to me and god she was so slow. If what I went to pick up was for me, I would have left without ordering. No apologies, sucky service. Will not return to that location.

I came into this location on July 5th. Upon my arrival, there was no staff seen. I waited a couple of minutes at the entrance before I got service. I ordered a veggie delite, due to my personal food restrictions. The sandwich was okay but something tasted off. It wasn't until I got to near the end of the sandwich that I could clearly taste meat in my sandwich. The knife used for my sandwich was cross-contaminated with meat products! I fell horribly sick soon afterwards...

This place needs food and safety training, employee was coughing like crazy and used her hands to cover it, didn’t think to wash her hands and then grabbed napkins and placed them in the toilet go bag

I have been trying to get a hold of the manager or owners several times by phone and can not get any one to pickup the phone. Finally a female answers the phone and I ask for the manager? Then she asks who's calling? I teller her my name and she acts like she is putting me on hold. The line goes dead. She just hung up on me. I have had someone buy $80.00 worth of subs on my subway app and need help by a manager. If the manager reads this please contact me. Thank you Disappointed.

It was amazing. The cookies melted in my mouth, and the crunch of the bread was very very good.

Sreyashi made one of the tastiest subs i have ever had.. I ordered a foot long was unsure of sauces. She was cool enough to make the sub as per my taste. It feels good when someone knows their work. Keep up the good work guys… 😊

Their prices in person are more expensive than prices in the app! Footlong is $2 more expensive in person. It’s not like the footlong is on special in the app or anything like that.

Subway sandwich shop, decent prices, tables to sit. Long wait depending the time due to only having 1 staff member at most times.

This is one of my favourite Subway locations! The staff are always extremely friendly and the food is tasty!!

This is by far the worst subway. The lady who works at this location is impolite and rude. She is the only one who works at this location and it is impossible to get through to a manager. If you ask for anything extra it won’t be given and if it is it’s with attitude.

Very nice experience, clean ambience and friendly staff. Worth stopping there for quick lunch or snack and talk to respective person serving you your freshly prepared order. Owner was there too and ensuring that the order is served to perfection. Many Thanks for your service. Must visit.

Very quick, efficient and pleasant service from Darvina. Go in a couple times a month to get a sub for my son’s school lunch and she always remembers my order.

I am very impressed by the lady service. When I reached at subway she almost closed all units and going to end her shift, but as i was hungry so she welcome me and make me a delicious sub and welcome me very well. I would really appreciate that.

Gurjeet is amazing. She knows my regular order of 3 subs as soon as she sees me! She's quick and efficient and very pleasant. Great, quick,fresh meals!

I once had to go to that location for an interview as I was looking for work, (travelled all the way from Scarborough to Pickering by the way) and when I got to that location and told the manager I came for an interview, she did not care at all. She had a whole 5-7 min conversation with her coworker before the interview, and during the interview, she proceeded to have ANOTHER conversation with ANOTHER coworker. I felt so disrespected… Like how can you, as a manager, act so unprofessional like that? And how can you be a manager and not conduct an interview professionally?? I was so upset… it felt like a complete waste of time
