SCAM ALERT! The doctors at this office, work with another company that provides the “virtual appointments”. These people are blatantly stealing money for services, and then not providing them. So as long as I don’t receive my money back, I will leave reviews, file complaints, and then head over to cp24 to see if there are anymore victims of this place.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. it was a long time for me to realize this was a walk in clinic as well. It seems to be one of the better ones .Due to Cov-id it may be only Telemedicine now via chat. Call them and check .Loads of parking here.

Walked in for our booster and Manish is beyond compare. Such an awesome person and his concern for everybody is genuine. He greets every single person coming in even if he’s busy doing something else. Also the place itself is a one-stop shop. Their services are great.

I needed a walk-in on a Sunday and found that this location was the only one open. It had good reviews so I went. I called first and the outstanding customer service I received on the phone was already inviting to go. I had a little wait because of the Patient before me but the staff apologized and treated me with such courtesy, I felt very fortunate to have gone there as opposed to another walk-in (where I have found no friendliness). The Pharmacist and the woman who did the consult with the Doctor on-call and myself were beyond efficient and kind. I would recommend this Pharmacy and walk-in to everyone. I will ever again visit another walk-in should I need one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for demonstrating humanity at its best.

I had an emergent problem to come see the doctor this week and I was scheduled to see the doctor. However, the pharmacist told me it's fine and told me to come in. Later on, they called me back around 8ish saying that I couldn't see the doctor anymore because of some scheduling issue. This place is highly mismanaged where the pharmacist is taking appointments for the doctor, but doesn't communicate with the assistant. This place is very disorganized and I had to go to the emergency due to this miscommunication. I also agree with the review above about the pharmacist not giving out band-aids. I have personally been to this pharmacy a few times to purchase small items and he doesn't give out band-aids to the patients he is vaccinating for some odd reasons.

I came in to get an eye examination to get new glasses.. I had been without proper glasses for a month or more atleast and wasn't able to see. I scheduled an appointment. The staff took care of the paper work and the told me to select the frames I wanted. The people who helped me went above and beyond! They're more than a business they actually want to help you with any issues you have. My experience was great and I Highly recommend anyone needing these services to go and inquire about them because they went above and beyond for me!

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. There was no communication that it was a virtual doctor and there was no doctor on site. I was called in to the office as they said the doctor could see me now. After that, I waited one hour in front of a screen waiting to talk to a doctor. Then, the pharmacist knocks on the door and says “Our doctors are very busy, you can just go home and they may call you later.” What a waste of my time!

Was there to pick up my Medicines prescribed by my doctor. They just handed over the medicines & the bill, without letting me know the procedure for the intake. I have to ask them for the procedure. Also after the billing i requested them the breakdowns and they just wrote it with pen on the back of the receipt.

Doctor didnt actually give a diagnosis. The nurse and the pharmacists were really helpful.

Such a great service and smile on the face of employees makes you feel better already. I bring my mom there couple of times for walking clinic and was Surprise to see all services available at one place. Highly recommended 😊

I came here for a convenient health check, as my local family doctor has a wait line of several hours. The service was quick and very helpful, I was diagnosed as well as provided a pharmacy receipt right away. I do recommend coming here if you need to get something checked out urgently and it's a weekday or after work hours. The pharmacist is also a very nice person and helpful. He was able to provide the right instructions for me to apply my medicine as well as the right dose. I will come back here again in the future!

Very professional and friendly. Didn't feel the vaccination injections at all! Can be really busy sometimes especially first thing in the morning, they could use someone in to help the pharmacist out. But not a long wait despite that. We've used the virtual appointment service once and were very satisfied.

I brought my grandmother here because she was visiting from the US and ran out of her heart medication. It was quick and easy. They were very patient with my grandmother and explained everything in detail to me. We saw the doctor via tele-visit and they filled her two prescriptions.

I’ve been first in line now waiting for a virtual doctor to see me who apparently is very busy even though no one else is here but his one patient in the room by himself. The fact that this is a clinic and he is only here to prescribe through a virtual screening which cannot adequately represent the pain I’m in is very interesting for a medical professional. He can’t clean or treat my wound, only prescribe. Welcome to Canada.

This is one of the best walk in clinic I have been to all the staff are good listener and very kind people. The owner who is a pharmacist is very very kind and professional. Pharmacist Manish is a friendly and experienced person, takes care of your request and values to provide excellent customer service to all his customers/patients. All the doctors also takes care of every walked in patients. Its a one stop shop for eye glasses too!

The Telemedical setup is very convenient and allows the doctor to make decisions and diagnosis in cases where there is no physical connect required - Been there for the daughter and myself, both times we are happy with the communication before (call in for the appointment), during (from the pharmacist and the doctor) and after (for the medicines dispensed), the wait times are (imho) lesser than a lot of other walk-ins which is a boon. The pharmacist Manish Patel's courtesy, friendliness and concern for the patient is felt the moment he takes your call, till the time you walk out of the door. I couldn't recommend this walk in clinic more especially if you think a doctor can cover a diagnosis over a video call or if you need a pharmacist who cares...

I went with my son initially because I realized how close this pharmacy was. Turns out to be a very friendly experience. They've helped my son a lot. Mothers know what that is worth.

Went to this place looking for my second doze as we can’t find in Oshawa so we go all the way there but first call to make sure and someone answer the phone and they open 12 noon and yes so lucky he answer even its not 12 noon yet! He said yes the vaccine is available so we go there and he talk to us very friendly and they have everything in there actually pharmacy orthotics eyeglasses I even try their glasses and MANISH is very helpful and very friendly nice person! Thank you for accommodating us.

They are open until 9pm! A rare thing for a Walk-in Clinic! Extremely convenient, having the pharmacy im the same place. In the Msjor Oaks area , just down the street for me, in the Brock North Plaza! 5/5
