The doctor never came and saw me after my procedure, and simply left a report for me. The nurses were unable to explain the report. I needed to wait a month to ask about it. During my follow up he recommenced a new medication, when I asked about any side effects, he replied "look them up". I looked up a new doctor instead.

Nurses and anesthesiologist were all great. However, the doctor came in minutes before I was put under and asked me a series of personal questions about my bowel issues all while complaining that my personal doctor hardly relied information (unsure how she is upset with her patient about that).I am fine answering questions however she was speaking to me in a very demeaning/uncomfortable way. She rolled her eyes and was snappy the entire time. As a 20 year old girl struggling & nervous for my first procedure this was off putting to a point where I felt very uncomfortable having her as my doctor. I felt as though I was in a situation where I could not ask for another doctor. Very unprofessional.

I waited for a call for my results which was supposed to between 9:30-11:30. By 11:45, I called them. They told me to keep waiting. I sat by my phone another 2 hours and still no call. I called back again and the receptionist informed me the doctor had called but I did not answer, and I now have to wait another week to wait for her to call again. I checked my phone history, no calls and no messages left. When I told her this, her tone changed and she became condescending and dismissive. When I asked why they had not called to reschedule, and I had to call them, she snapped "we have better things to do." I wasted my entire day waiting on the clinic, it is demeaning to tell your patient they are not your priority. Work on your empathy, you are working in the medical field with sick individuals. This is not a customer service job, this is your obligation to make sure we are looked after. Waiting another week means living with another week of not knowing what's wrong.

While the Doctors and staff are very pleasant there is huge flaw in their booking system. First I waited 25 mins. in the reception office , then 55 mins . in the waiting room upstairs followed by 1hr. on the bed. The actual procedure only took a few mins. I was there for 3hrs! This place needs a full makeover as it is dated and the examination room is cramped and untidy. You would think that you are in a third world country. The Government should really fund this clinic and provide them with a bigger and modern facility. After all they are bailing out the hospitals from from congestion. Wish I could give them 5 stars but, this is my honest opinion.

Took my mom there to get a colonoscopy, after the service, I returned to pick up her up and was informed that one of the receptionist spoke to her is a very hostile and rude manner, my mother’s blood pressure went sky high because of this. She felt very ill. As I was sitting in the waiting room all one of the receptionist was concerned about her day off she needed.. rather than doing her work. how unprofessional! The doctors and nurses were so professional and kind to her!

I was there yesterday. From the moment I walked in to when I left the entire staff (Receptionist, nurses, physician, anesthetist) were all amazing. They made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I recently had a colonoscopy at Digestive Clinic and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Dr. Khorasani and his team were excellent - they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. The nurses were friendly and attentive, and Nurse Sara in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable both before and after the procedure. She even helped me find my way to where my driver was waiting for me, which I greatly appreciated. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in how I felt about the overall experience. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident in the quality of care I received. Overall, I highly recommend Digestive Clinic for anyone in need of digestive health services. Experience was fine except for the anesthesiologist. As he was getting ready to put me under and asking health questions he asked if I'd had covid and if i was vaccinated. When i told him ive only had one dose he actually lectured me AS IM ABOUT TO GO UNDER on why i would only have 1 vaccine and that i should go and get up to date on my vaccines. 1.not his job 2.not the time or place! I was extremely uncomfortable and upset. Otherwise experience was fine

Would have given 5 stars if the wait time had been reasonable. My appointment was at 11am. I waited in the small upstairs waiting room until 12:15. I was then taken to the bed and waited there until 1pm. Waiting 2 hours for the procedure is too long. The entire staff were wonderful. Everyone was pleasant to deal with.

The staff are absolutely phenomenal, Dr Khorasani, nurse Kiarra and all the other nurses whose names I can’t remember, and the anesthesiologist. They all made me feel welcomed, safe, and informed. The washroom was pristine which is well appreciated for a GI clinic lol. My only reason for taking off 1 star was the wait time which I know is no one’s fault. I got there at 9 and didn’t leave until almost 2pm for a colonoscopy.

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy today with The Dr George Xeroulis. The doctor, the anesthesiologist and team of nurses and admins were all fabulous. Thanks very much for being so pleasant during what should be an unpleasant procedure. Definitely recommend!

Had a procedure done here and I had a positive experience from when I arrived to when I left. The nurse or lady that helps get you prepared for the procedure was awesome....there were 2 girls, one girl initially told me where to get ready (might I add I'm not brave with needles and she helped me keep calm) and another girl who actually put the I.V in me (for the sedation) both made me feel comfortable. Both girls were great and in my opinion....caring. The anesthesiologist was awesome too...while waiting for the dr. to come in the procedure room, we chatted for a few minutes...he was friendly and told me what to expect so I was prepared. The doctor came in and asked me a few questions and then I was done. I was in the room waking up and the girls checked on me a few times. Doctor gave me my results and was clear and I didn't feel rushed like some doctors do. Doctor gets a thumbs up! I was nervous at the start but I had a very positive experience here! I felt they cared just like they should.

Good experience, however that good experience might of been because no one cleaned the downstairs toilet in entry room. They all upstairs caring for us. All the other bathrooms were clean

I had a colonoscopy a week ago and found the clinic very professional from the first call to schedule my appointment to the point where a nurse accompanied me to the car for my ride home. I was made to feel comfortable which eases the anxiety. I was always kept informed as to what to expect through the procedure. Facilities were very clean. I gave it 4 stars only because my ride was called to advise that I would be ready to leave within 20 minutes of the call, however my ride waited over 40 minutes in the parking lot before i was allowed to leave. Very caring team!

Quite disappointed with my experience here. Came to do a colonoscopy and endoscopy. But due to airway obstruction and low o2 levels they aborted both tests and told me its most likely due to sleep apnea and to redo the scope in hospital. Ok no problem. So i get home and take a turn for the worse. Shaking with chills. Rapid shallow breathing. Fast pulse. I call to tell them and the nurse tells me its just anxiety and to drink fluids and rest. I tell her somethings seriously wrong and i should go to hospital. She tells me to just rest and she will call back in a few hrs. So she calls back and now the chills turned into fever. Yet again she tells me its just nerves from the test as its a scary procedure for a lot of people and to drink fluids and rest. I tell her shes wrong and something is seriously wrong and the airbag and tube exacerbated a pre existing issue. She still didnt get it. I end up going to ER with a legit fever and also abnormal cardiac rhythm. They take blood and do xrays. Find i have pneumonia and a cardiac issue which they suspect happened during the scope. Blood test shows im fighting an infection. Doctor tells me i have to stay overnight. So im here getting IV antibiotics and doing a bunch of othet tests like blood culture etc to find out what going on with me. And the nurse was trying to make it seem like it was normal and just in my head. It was such a diservice and also dangerous to not instruct me to go to ER. Im very disappointed and upset.

I've had to have a few colonoscopies over the last few years here and this place has been great. They make you feel comfortable and the procedure is stress free and seamless.

Nurses and doctors were incredible, super kind and professional. Except for the delay, it seemed there were running late (there were a lot of patients) because my appointment was at 10am and the 1st procedure started at 12, this place ans staff are excellent.

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy done with this clinic. I had a fantastic experience considering the terrible prep and overall type of procedures that needed to be done. This place is clean and everyone is very professional. Ive never had such a pleasant experience at a more speciality environment. The ladies at reception were always very nice and helpful. My admitting nurse was super gentle with the IV catheter and made me feel comfortable in what can be an “uncomfortable” setting. Thank you to reception, nurses, anaesthesiologist, Dr and everyone else who handled my case for your care. Highly recommend.

Fantastic clinic! From the front desk personnel, to the great follow up, to the amazing bedside manner of Kiarra and her colleagues, to the great work of the doctors, very well run clinic all around and they took amazing care of my husband. Well done Team!

It has been a few years since I've seen Dr. Malhotra but he was so lovely. Very knowledgeable, made me feel super comfortable about the whole thing (had to do 2 colonoscopies and 1 gastroscopy over a couple of years). His anesthesiologist was also great along with the whole support staff. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

First colonoscopy and first time at this clinic. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The nurses and doctors were also friendly. They took the time to explain and gave me a chance to ask questions if I had any. After it was time to leave, one of the nurses took me downstairs to make sure I got out to my ride.

The wait time is too much. I was given 10am appointment and was waiting until 1.39 to get the procedure done. Leaving the clinic at 2.30pm while fasting from midnight . Nurses were nice and kind. Just the wait time is too bad.

I went to the Digestive Clinic this morning for a colonoscopy. 20 years ago I had a very unpleasant experience at another Clinic in Toronto and decided no more colonoscopies for me. Today, however the stall at Digestive put all my anxiety to rest and made my experience the smoothest and most painless it could be. Everything was carried out by all the staff in the most detailed, professional, courteous and friendly manner possible. I am grateful to my doctor for recommending the Digestive Clinic, and I highly recommend this place and it’s very competent staff as a place in which you can be confident you’ll receive top notch medical care.

Had a procedure booked for 11:30am. and received a call that morning shortly after 9:00am. asking if I could come in right away (I suspect due to a cancellation(s)). Considering I had a ride scheduled to drive and pick me up due to the anesthesia being used I committed to arriving one hour early at 10:30am. Nursing staff was great A+, Doctor was great A+ but by 1pm. I was still waiting along with the Doctor for the anesthesiologist to arrive. The typical two hour procedure which should have been completed around 12:30pm. took until 2:15pm. wasting both my and my ride's time. Why they had asked me to come in early is beyond me if they couldn't commit to getting me in an hour early. Scheduling/Reception seems to be a bit of an issue (at least in my case) and would give them a C-. as well as the anesthesiologist which I find also frequently delay procedures in hospitals as well. I was there and the whole staff was great. The nurses, doctor and anesthetist were very caring and professional. I had a few concerns with the procedures and they took the time to explain to me my options. A+ staff!
