Nice pharmacy... was able to find most of the stuff that's needed .

If I could rate Dr Siraj Muneer Zero, I would! Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't understand how he has a valid medical license. No proper medical knowledge and very arrogant. I have never had a worse experience than this. He has no empathy whatsoever. Please check ratemed & you'll understand what I'm saying. The clinic is clean, pharmacist is super helful & professional and receptionists are nice too. I hope the owner can find a better dr who can serve the community. There is a pediatric specialist in this clinic aswell and I believe most positive reviews are for him.

This rating is strictly for the adult walk-in for Dr. M. Siraj Muneer. The Pediatrician service is great, but the adult walk-in doctor is absolutely rude and unprofessional. He is by far the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. The diagnostic lasted 30 second, and when I asked to get more information/knowledge about something, the doctor accused me of not believing in his diagnose. He literally told me, why can I not believe him in his words, if you want to know more about something, just go online and google it myself. I was always told not to read online for medical questions because not all resources are reliable. I've never imagined a doctor to tell me to search this online. If you're an adult and you're sick, save your time and don't brother with this doctor. You would probably end up getting more confused and angry instead of getting any proper treatment.

Terrible service here from the receptionist and doctor avoid at all costs .. the doctor gets extremely annoyed anytime I asked questions and refused to help. There are plenty of great clinics around town avoid this location

This place is a total waste of time. From the doctor to the staff to hygiene condition, everything was terrible. To begin with, ‘masks are mandatory’ sign is in the front door but when you walked in, even the staff was not wearing masks. Then, that doctor Muneer is a JOKE. It’s the worst doctor (not by far, it’s THE WORST). As doctor, he didn’t even know how to wear mask properly. He didn’t care about the patients at all. No medical knowledge, no no common sense, no suggestions, no nothing. I was even wondering if he really got his medical degree/certificate in a legal way coz he seemed know nothing about any kind of sickness. You can simply go to Shopper and the pharmacists there are more knowledgeable than him. He was very rude also, somehow racists as well. How can a place and a doctor like this be licensed to operate here in Pickering, Ontario? Patients count on them but they just didn’t care. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate at all coz their attitudes and zero knowledge might cause people’s lives. Please avoid this horrible doctor. You will for sure regret after going to him.

Even after getting an appointment, the receptionist SD you need to wait and suggested we come in next week. Very unprofessional and rude lady at the front desk. Don't lie and tell the truth. Very disappointed at this branch.

Worst walk in ever. Went in with my 3 year old son as he’s sick as a dog and they’re taking adults who are sitting there fine before seeing my son after I waited an hour to be seen. Let people walk in the room when they came after you did. If you’re looking for a place to take your child this is not the place!

Many of the negative reviews are related to the doctor. I agree, he is standoffish and rude. I did not feel good the one time I went for antibiotics. The ones he perscribed were massive, they looked like horse pills. I did not take them. I also did not go back. I think the Dr is Bengali, and so was his receptionist. I never want to feel that way again. The pharmacy, and pharmacist on the other hand have been such a blessing. I call in and get great advice from the pharmacist in a prompt manner. Always professional and straightforward.

I came to this location because my 21 month old was pulled from daycare because of a cough. I went and called multiple places with no luck. I came upon this pharmacy and called them. Waseem answered my questions very quickly and within 15 minutes I was able to show up and had my little guy tested and got my results back within 10 minutes. This was all done in my car too. He was so professional and kind. For a new mom that haven't had to test her child till now this made my experience so easy and calm. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to have kids tested to come here. Also they have a children's walk in clinic here... Nice to have this close by my home. Thank you again Waseem!

Pharmacist is the best I ever dealt with, he has helped with the medication needs for my pregnant wife so much. Very kind that takes the time to listen and explain everything.

Doctor was very impatient and unprofessional. I called ahead saying I’m coming in for ear pain. I’ve been using over the counter ear drops for a week and the pain hasn’t improved. When I came in the doctor said his ear instrument is broken. Told me to gargle saltwater and leave.

Been here more than a few times and had a wonderful experience every time. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains everything patiently, if you have any questions. Quick service and cheaper dispensing fee than Shoppers.

Me and my daughter went yesterday to Dr Siraj Munir’s clinic. He is the worst Dr I have ever seen. Very non professional and rude. He should attend the behavioural classes first before starting his practice.

“Dr” Siraj Muneer is absolutely the worse doctor. He is rude and unprofessional. when he prescribed medication he didn’t explain anything and didn’t want to explain the medication when asked. His response was “ just ask the pharmacist, that’s all I can do.” His clinic is open for new patients, i strongly recommend choosing another clinic.

Since the opening of this facility I have had nothing but excellent customer service, excellent experiences, and the kindest and most hospitable pharmacist (Waseem). Thank you for all your hard work and all that you do!

I mostly enter this clinic for the paediatric services. The staff is always so kind and compassionate unlike the previous Children’s clinic in Ajax this is now ran much better. Although I feel the doctor could be more attentive to concerns, the clinic itself and staff are amazing. Pharmacist Waseem is always very kind and informative, will get you details and appointments if needed and always calls back. 5 stars are for him and clinic reception.

I’m a career paramedic with decades of public service. On my retirement I had to find a new physician as my own died suddenly. I had a sudden emergent need for immediate assistance with an underlying health problem. Dr. Siraj Muneer and his entire staff including Pharmacist Waseem Baig quickly answered my plea for help. It’s pretty easy for people to attack the integrity of health care professionals and I have little tolerance for such people. My kindest and warmest wishes for all of this great team. I highly recommend all of these fine people who serve others as very best that they possibly can.

Not even worth 1 star. “Dr” Siraj Muneer is the most unprofessional, unintellectual, and outright disrespectful “doctor”. I went in for my blood test results, but he made me out to be irresponsible and lazy for not having them on hand. When I mentioned that my previous family doctor would take care of the results, he said to go back to him, following up with telling me not to return back to this clinic. I next went to the lab where I had my blood test done, and they told me they are not allowed to print test results and give them to the patients! My daughter was waiting for her turn but he waved his hand for us to leave and didn’t even check her!!!! We had to go to a different clinic and get checked. I’m disgusted by this behaviour. His credentials should be reevaluated. Waiting hours on end even though I had an appointment and arrived on time, then to be treated like this? Extremely unsatisfied. Please take action and fire him, it’s not worth anyone’s time to go in and see someone as idiotic as him.

I'm giving one star because this doctor M.Siraj Muneer. Worst doctor haven't seen yell to the patient: “ check up what?! check up what?!” The clinic is great, just avoid this doctor!!
