I'm discussed to hear you declined access to a Senior lady because she wouldnt wear a mask....but her circumstances are totally different. She could suffocate by blocking her sirwsy ! If she is social distanced there should not be a problem.

They threw an elderly lady with cancer out because she was physically unable to wear a face covering over the hole in her neck without suffocating herself. I can't make this up. Incompetent management supported by a customer service staff with poor interpersonal skills.

We always enjoy visiting this Delta Bingo. Callers speak clear at a good speed, they offer snacks priced fairly and looks appetizing. They work efficiently even though the lines can very long. They have a lot of games and ways to win. Great atmosphere with restrooms and water with lots of seating.

This was my first time attending bingo at Delta, and it was a really fun experience. The staff are very friendly and are very helpful to get you started if it's your first time. Would highly recommend going and trying it out. I'll be going back for sure!

visit: november 16, thursday staff are friendly and this place doesn't eat up your money like a casino does! for less than a hundred bucks you can have fun for hours on dabbing paper cards and you can buy credits for more virtual cards you have on your computer screens! (when you buy a package, it will come with some) there's lots of parking during weekdays, i hear the place is full on weekends.. must be 18 years of age at least to enter. smoking area side of main entrance. they also have slot machines inside and a snack bar. been here 3 or 4 times, always a pleasant experience! must try for those wanting to hit a casino -save ur money! a 2 hr visit at a casino is a 2 time visit at a bingo place! even better than a lottery cause the odds are within the people playing! good luck!!

I really enjoyed my outings here until they removed the separate seating outside of the bingo room with the computers. I liked the traditional paper way using the bingo dabbers and it was a fun communal activity, but I feel uncomfortable chatting in the room with the computers as it feels like anyone there is more serious with what becomes, to them, a solo endeavour, an independent activity with no room for chit-chat. My disappointment has kept me away lately; we'll see what the future holds.

I visited to check out the responsible gambling information. The helpline and playsmart information have good visibility. Enjoy, but as with all gambling expect to lose.

The bingo hall is big and lots of space between people. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There are not a lot of machines but it's worth visiting.

Staff is pleasant, food priced pretty fair , bingo is same as anywhere else I guess, either you win it you don't lol. I have won here ,but not often. Time of day and day of the week make a difference in the size of the crowd and even general age groups are found. Lol. If you play Delta Balls, you can win on that if your number comes up before someone else. I've won $200 a few times now but can't seem to pick the jackpot number. 😎💚💨🤠🇺🇦💜💜

Nice place but it's freezing most are wearing their coats. Cold air blowing on you! I feel we spend enough money between bingo and slots put some heat on!

I have been to many bingo halls..many delta bingo halls and I would prefer to go anywhere but here. Horrible management and the 15 year old girl that calls..needs more Training

BINGO.. I have been going to this hall for years and it’s still a great nite out with friends.. lots of laughs 😉 they offer food and drinks while you play bingo.. there are options to play bingo either on paper or gecko which means on a computer screen.. both are 🤩. The staff are very nice and helpful..🙏 So if you are looking for a nite out it’s not cheap any more but not too expensive either! Just depends on how much you want to gamble.. as well now they have the casino on the other side of the hall which is also good times.. So go play Bingo might be a winner day/nite for you! 😎 $$$

I'm new to bingo and will continue to go. This location is closest to me but I will have to now go to Dolphin Bingo Hall. Unfortunately this location is not beginner friendly and has no variety in packages/prices. Everything else here is fine, not a lot of variety in food either.

Not very friendly for new comers. It was very difficult to understand what game play options were available if you had never been there before. The staff seemed hesitant to want to explain anything and the announcer seemed annoyed when I asked them politely about how to play delta balls. Overall i had an unsettling feeling from the moment I walked in like I wasn’t supposed to be there.

Good fun not busy at all. Staff extremely helpful. Was nice to do something familiar. Clean and practicing covid rules.

1st time here. Snack bar prices were through the roof. Hamburger with cheese and bacon $12. Really?? Very friendly and helpful staff. Bingo caller was very clear and timing was great. I will go again but I'll bring my snacks from home.

It's always a joy to come to this Delta bingo location. Even with the new guidelines and restrictions due to COVID - I felt more safe here then at the grocery store. Between the constant sanitation and the social distancing, I not only safe, but also clean. Be careful when you come here though if you are coming expecting to leave and come out a millionaire. Chances are you are going to walk out equal or less then what you came with. Ive had many times where I come out with a few hundred to an extra thousand, but most times I come out equal, or usually with less. That's okay though for me atleast - I'm just there to press a button for a bit and have fun.

Staff are great! I hadn't played in over 20 years but they were very helpful and kind. Snack bar has an assortment of snacks. A really fun afternoon:)

First time bingo goers and we had a hard time understanding the process and games. There were multiple people we had to see/pay for all the games and they weren't able to explain them very well. After some googling at our table we were able to figure out the games and had to return to the counter to get additional tickets. This location (Pickering) does not have a liquor license at this time so that was disappointing.

Honestly very disappointed. Staff were not very friendly despite knowing my boyfriend and I are beginners and new to this location. Caller went way to fast and didnt even articulate which game was playing he just called out when it was a new game or new line patern. Had to rely on the screens to indicate which game and card to use. Horrible all around for beginners.

Always fun for a girls night out. Staff is super friendly.

Delta Bingo's Pickering location is very clean, modern and up to date. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. New players are welcomed with a free bingo dabber and liquid refreshment. There are a variety of games and prizes are substantial. Their snack bar is clean and the food is great. Parking is convenient and generous. Computer screens are large for the "visually handicapped", unlike the old small verifier. I highly recommend it, if you like to play bingo.
