    if i could give 0 stars i would, food was HORRIBLE. the hash brown was like eatting gravel but in food form, if you are hungry i would recommend holding off and going to a different one!! after i waited 10 min for my 3 sandwich and they forgot my hash browns. i was still hungry and upset that i spent 25$ there to throw 10$ away

    Worst Tim Hortons food I ever have. Ordered chili and 2 soups, got no spoons. Didn't give any butter and knives for the bun that comes with the soup. Chili is so watery, just a few meat crumble in it. I won't go back to this location for sure. I would rather drive further and go to another one.

    I went to this Tim Hortons today, they took my order. All was fine until the food actually came. The Indian guy who was getting my stuff didn’t announce it he just dropped it on the counter and walked away. I ordered a lemonade and it is just the simple sugar. Medium should have 2-3 pumps of the lemon syrup and I know for a fact that it was one pump. I have previously worked at a tim Hortons so I kinda know how things go. The management at this location is terrible except for the general manager. Majority of their people were working the drive thru and paid no mind to the line up in store. This was the longest I have ever waited at a tim Hortons for something so simple. Oh and my bagel should have had atleast 3 strips on it. It only had 1.

    If I can give this Tims negative stars I would. The workers are standing around drinking and eating while the drive through line is very long. I first thought people must be making large orders but as soon as I got to the drive thru window is when I saw about 7 people talking laughing, eating. Even me being at the window did not concern them the lady at the window did not acknowledge me until she was done her chat. She then hands the pinpad to pay and doesn’t hand me the drinks even though it’s right there. There were Atleast 15 cars in line. What a joke this place is- clearly management is to blame. Lack of responsibility and training. Oh and not to mention my drink had sugar when I asked for no sugar… you have one job!

    This was my first visit to this location. Staff need training ASAP! My iced coffee had very little ice in it, meaning it was warm when served. I had ordered it with extra cane sugar while they've put NONE at all! The potato wedges were not hot and when I returned it, the staff (Mr Acchu) began to argue that the temperature is fine. I had to repeat my order twice at the window although it was a mobile order and the lady staff (didt get her name) asked me to pay although I had already paid online. This was a horrible interaction with these untrained staff. They need immediate training on food quality, how to read orders, how to check if payment is made before asking customers to double pay, and how to talk to customers instead of arguing with them. Not returning to this pathetic branch again for sure.

    I don't really expect all that much from Tim hortons, but I ordered an ice coffee, and the cup is filled to the top with ice. There was very little actual coffee. Wait times are very long

    I ordered 5 drinks through drive thru in which 3 drinks were wrong. I ordered a L peach quencher, L iced Capp made with chocolate milk, and M regular iced Capp, which these 3 were correct, and M iced Capp with chocolate milk and L chocolate creamy chill (these two were replaced with a L and M iced Capp with whipped cream.) The person at the window seemed confused. I gave her the wrong items and asked for the right drinks and she was going to charge me again for a M iced Capp with chocolate milk on top of my already messed up order. I parked up and went in because I seen the line behind me. She showed me the receipt like I made the wrong order, LOL. I showed her the text message which had my whole order. She was confused about a chocolate creamy chill and responded with “I didn’t take your order I don’t make drinks” I’d think if you work in a store like this you’d be expected to know the menu inside out and how to make it. The person who made my drink continued to say it is a L chocolate creamy chill, i asked her 3 times if she was sure since it looked completely different than the drink we expected. She was so sure. I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but I had to. This is my second bad trip in a row, and only went here because there was an accident on the highway. Definitely wasn’t my first choice. I suggest firing the whole unit and replacing them with workers and trainers who know what they’re doing. Horrible experience.

    One of the worst Tim Hortons in the GTA. Every time I order a mobile pickup, they either forget to do it or they make it wrong. There is no sign of where to pick up the mobile order at all, employees just keep asking each other “where is the mobile order, I can’t see it in the system…” I attached the photo and it was the last time I visited the store, not a busy day, no sign for mobile pickup, and they forgot to do it… Hope the store manager can increase the efficient and bring this store to the normal Tim Hortons level.

    As other people have reviewed this Tim Hortons is very slow service wise. I am hesitant to blame the young employees. This falls on the owner of this location. When you open up a new Timmy's you should not have had as little staff as they did. Staff from other locations should be brought over to help/train employees before letting them handle things on their own. This failure falls squarely on the owner and Tim Hortons. You can't throw new employees into a fast paced situation like that and expect this location to succeed in the long-term. I avoid this location at all costs unless I see that their is no line. If there is I go elsewhere because I know I will be waiting 30 mins to get a coffee

    30 mins Inside waiting for my order… staff too young and can’t multitask…. Understand everyone has to learn but I was late to a nursing home because of this…. Also not the first time. Very poor service

    It says that it is open from 5 am and it is not open, my two friends and I always come, here there was a girl I think her name was sam, she attended us very well, until I gave her some chocolates and they changed her, we thought it was my fault, excellent service.

    "Tim Hortons: Double Trouble with Double Charges!" My recent experiences at Tim Hortons left my feelings not just dissatisfied but downright swindled. Imagine my shock when I discovered that I had been charged double for the same service that, in any other establishment, would have been considered daylight robbery. It all began innocently enough. I placed a simple order for a coffee, expecting to pay the standard, reasonable price. However, my joy quickly turned to disbelief when the cashier told me that the charge didn't go through and I needed to pay it again! He scanned my card again and instantly I saw two transactions on my card. Attempted to seek clarifications from the cashier but got some indifferent shrugs and a disinterested mumble about "system errors" and it will be fixed by itself. Now when I finally got my credit card bill, I can see that transaction got posted twice!!! It seems Tim Hortons has adopted the strategy of blaming unseen glitches for their unjustifiable pricing practices. It wasn't a mistake; it was a blatant overcharge. The staff displayed a remarkable disinterest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the situation. It's as if they were trained to deflect customer complaints rather than provide a solution. Buyers, please beware – Tim Hortons' pricing practices are a bitter brew that no amount of sugar or cream can sweeten. At a minimum, you can avoid the stores with these kinds of practices.

    Never saw Tim Hortons with worse customer service than this. They gave a wrong order on the drive-through, which I saw later after I left. In my next visit, I informed the associate of the previous order experience in my next visit, but the delivery man showed no remorse.

    DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE A WORKER IN THE MORNINGS. (5am to 6am) 3 days in a row they got my order wrong. And I’m the only one in the drive-thru. The first day, toke them 5 minutes to come to the window, again only one in the drive-thru. Second day, totally forgot side order. Third day, I asked for 2 sugar in my tea, & they gave me milk. How??? This is just a cash grab location in the morning, neither head office or management care for the customers. Hiring careless staff that don’t want to be there. STAY AWAY!

    The manager must be fired, she will ruin this Tim Hortons branch, she is acting very cheap, she does not give give customers rights which Tim Hortons has passed. They do not exchange your coffee or tea even if they make a mistake, I got cold coffee and the manager denied to exchange it or warm it. One specific employee was very rude. I got my tea warmed in the microwave after a long dispute and rude manners, then they were yelling at me. No one wants to waste their 30 dollars by going to a place where they do not respect and serve garbage I will never visit this place again.

    I think this might be my 1st Timmies review. This place is pretty new and I think they have been great so far. The drive thru is quick and I like that it was built to handle a serious line of cars. The food has always been fresh and well constructed (sandwiches). I even like the parking lot. It’s a great spot to grab a quick bit and enjoy a little view of the city on top of a hill. I might swing by there today lol

    Very dirty, it is Boxing Day and they were closed all day yesterday I sat in to have coffee with my wife and daughter all the tables were dirty and the floor was full of food to the point ants are walking around leads me to believe has not been cleaned in a very long time. Rancid smell inside, sad to see such a new location go down the gutters like this. I asked the employee for a a clean table we wiped one off with a dry cloth and said here wile every other table looks as if it had puke on them. So unsettling for a very busy location

    Waited for more than 5 minutes at drive thru speaker for someone to initiate the order. Then at 10 a.m. I was told they ran out of sausage and when I questioned her about sausage running out at 10 a.m. she said it will take more than 10 minutes to make in the kitchen so I said I will wait. Told me to park on the side and it was brought out at 10:27am. Please hire new management and staff.

    No proper sanitary practices. They don't even have a separate janitor room for washrooms. So all the cleaning supplies likes mops and toilet brushes and the washroom cleaning supplies are taken back into the kitchen in the back where the food is cooked and baked.

    I have been going to this location several times (only because it is the most convenient), and on numerous occasions they are out of stock of the most basic things like a croissant. Only seem to have two types of bagels. On one particular instance I actually took the time to google customer disputes to complain about an instance when I asked for mayo. He was so rude (actually both of the individuals at the window) and slathered on the mayo out of what can only be haste. See picture below. I would definitely avoid this location until they re-vamp their staff.

    Waited 10minutes at the counter, was not approached by anyone. 6-8 workers working the drive thru, did not even acknowledge my presence. I decided to leave instead of making a fuss (did not order)won’t be stopping by here ever again, really poor customer service.

    Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a chicken bowl for my sister who had trouble eating at the time and they gave me a wrap. After I had explained it wasn’t what I ordered they fought with me back and forth like their life DEPENDED ON IT. I offered right away to pay the difference and they were being straight up rude to us. As soon as I said that she can’t open her mouth to eat the wrap which is why I ordered the bowl the manager just rolled his eyes at me and they finally remade my order. No apology. Nothing but a headache. Not to mention the constant flies around the opened food. On another trip they refused me an iced coffee at 6pm cause they were apparently out of coffee. A Tim Hortons that closes at 10pm decides that they don’t wanna make iced coffee anymore at 6pm they are a complete joke here. 110% wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve given them so many chances to be better. Their treatment of customers is worse than the food..and that’s saying something!

    I ordered a coffee and a bagel with bacon. I got home to find no bacon on my bagel. Staff cannot follow simple instructions. Also, the parking is very dangerous for folks on foot. You have to walk through the drive-thru to get to the entrance if you come from one of the other stores/banks.

    We where there today thru drive thru we ordered with 3 coffee 2 turkey sandwiches 1crispy chicken bowl 1 jalapeño pastry NOW !!! We never got the pastry . Also the Chicken bowl was pathetic half empty, hardly no rice 4 pieces of chicken. This Tim Hortons has to be one of the worst ever...I wish I could post pics of the bowl .I would be embarrassed if I owned this place..do yourself a favor and find another location.

    Wow, everyone worked well together from the start of taking my order, paying for it and receiving it. Many employees working well together to serve customers as fast as possible. I usually like a little more friendliness maybe a good morning greeting but I guess in the quest to serve so many so quickly there is no room for that important part of customer service. I sorta feel sorry for the workers.....they are faster than the ever ready Bunny. Thank you again for speedy service. I would also like to add that my order was perfect.

    worst tims i've ever been to. they always get my order wrong when i go there. they take way too long to make simple orders. lines are always long because they take their sweet time. witness one of the employees getting yelled at for taking a customers order. with my order, i asked for a double toasted sausage biscuit with cheddar cheese and a bagel with cream cheese and jam also toasted. when i got them nothing was right. neither the biscuit or bagel was toasted and there was processed cheese on the biscuit. the bagel also had no jam on it. when we called the manager she laughed at like it was funny. nothing was funny about having our whole order wrong. worst place to ever. this establishment shouldn’t even be in business.

    Worst tummies I’ve ever been to. I’d give it a zero star if I could. I live in the neighbourhood and frequent this location simply out of convenience but am now willing to travel further for an order that’s actually correct. Out of maybe 15 visits I’ve received the wrong order (food mainly) about 10 times… not a good ratio. The service and friendliness is non existent. They don’t seem to measure efficiency metrics at this place as there’s always a long lineup and I’ve consistently waited more than 5 minutes from lineup to receiving my food. I’ve had to drive around twice once to get the right wrap. Needs more training of employees on Tim Hortons level of standard. Selection is always lacking. Even before the rush. Do NOt recommend this location. Go elsewhere.

    Everytime a horrible experience. They need to train their employees better to provide better customer service! I came to this location twice one time I waited in the drive thru for a sandwich I kept waiting and the woman rudely comes to the window why are you still waiting here? They forgot to give me my sandwich didn't even apologize for it. The second time same thing but a brown kid yelling what is this person still doing here. First of all I can hear you second of all I'm still waiting for my coffee. I will not go here anymore.

    I am shocked at the disgusting decaf coffee. I asked for a fresh hot cup of decaf coffee. I received literally a cold coffee with the sugar not stirred at all. I had to throw it away. I am giving two stars because the sales rep smiled and greeted us well.

    Very slow, doesn't even care what you order just hands you out whatever they want.. 3 incidents in a single visit. 1. Ordered large chilli gave me a small.. 2. Didn't even care to 1 bagel out of 3 ordered.. 3. Guy at the counter didn't even wait for me to chose just heard two donut names packet 3 each to make it 6 and handed over... I wish I could rate in negative....

    From worst to FIRST!!!!! Used to come here when it opened, it was terrible. They were understaffed, drive thru was so slow. So i just stopped coming, and actually put in a bad review and contacted Tims through FB. Now, wow, what an amazing turnaround. Drive thru was packed but the line went by so fast. The amazing person at the window was not fazed or panicked, still greeted me with a smile even after that long line up. Will definitely keep coming back! Congrats on turning this place around!
