I keep giving this location a chance. But it’s just horrible. I got a burnt bagel twice. And cold food before. Still decided to get a French vanilla and sausage biscuit. The French vanilla tasted burnt and a really weird after taste… like it wasn’t clean or something I don’t know. I asked to remake. Still super nasty. I don’t blame the employees just cause they probably aren’t compensated or recognized enough or not trained properly or understaffed. Unless they changed their formula the French vanilla was so bad. The sausage egg and cheese was good so I’m giving two stars instead of 1.

Worst French vanilla I have ever tasted, and last tine I don't know if it was a mistake or not but I ordered a large FV and they gave me medium size quantity in a large cup.

Busy place. Long line but moves well. Hot coffee and sweet treats oh yes!!!

Non busy store and isn't the whole mall. The food court is nice and clean.

Bought 2 creamy chocolate chill for a treat after work. I used the 2 for $5 offer on the Tim's app. Drink was really good and server asked me if I wanted cream or milk. Very proactive service. The only thing that took a star off was the glass around the donuts and baked goods was very dirty. Other than that easy to use app, and you can scan and pay with your Tim Card or your favourite credit card.

Most of the time .. their associates made a mistake and after that they don’t even acknowledged it . And same type of mistakes they are marking again and again. Wrong order and wrong size .. instead of my latte .. they game me just black coffee and when I went again .. supervisor and associate both arguing with me for 1 dollar extra payment .. instead of making the coffee first

Worst customer service experience!! I have to wait for 10 minutes for my order. When I followed up they told me my order is coming..waited again and no order came. They are never sorry for what happened and just gave my money back.

Came to this Tim Hortons for a quick drink and snack ... while some staff were rude and made inappropriate gestures because I took long to place my order...Darsh was an absolute breath of fresh air. His service was warm and welcoming. A smile never left his face the entire time. He made the most delicious candy cane hot chocolate...as a mocha at my special request and did so without hesitation or attitude. The rest of the staff on duty that day could take a page out of Darsh's customer service manual. He saved my opinion of this location and I will come back. Great service!

I love tim hortons and this is by far the best one. All employees are well trained and seem happy to help you. They have always been really fast - only once have I had to wait for my food and as an apology they gave me a free donut! Everything is always fresh too. I wish more tim hortons could be like this one

I was there to get a coffee it was a misunderstood they girl that was working their she was changing my coffee but the manager was super rude, not respectful not only with me but even with employees when I was talking the manager told me get out of my store and don’t come back I think they need to hire someone that has a education and professional

Wow. Bought lunch for 4 people. Had to get some water to take medication. They charged us 10 cents for a cup of water. Are times that tough or is the franchise owner a penny pinching tyrant.

Today I had a coffee, It tasted like second brew from same filter. Worst coffee I ever had in a tim horton.

Went to this Tims today Dec.15th, 2021 and ordered a Chai Tea, cream, milk and sweetener(Cz, I am a diabetic).OMG. The girl put sugar. What a careless service. Since I had previous bad experience, IU asked her to leave ot on the side. I am still alive. What about if I asked her to mix it.?

When I first walked up I noticed a long line and thought it would take forever but with 3 cashiers open it went by quick. The line doesn't seem to shorten though, more customers keep coming for their coffee and donuts.

Manager is very rude to employees and to customers, I have witnessed this on 4 different occasions. I do not think she should be dealing with public at all. I believe she should be talked to.i have also witness some staff eating in the front which is not sanitary.

Rude and unhappy front-of-staff people working there. Always a line up in the mall. Food is never disappointing though. All Tim Hortons are the same.

Standard Tim Hortons located in Pickering Town Centre. Service moves fast, there's a mobile pick up section, and customer service is good. Only issue I have with this location is half the time the hashbrowns taste old and overcooked. Other than that, this is your typical Tim Hortons

For such a busy location, the line moves quickly, food is delivered in a timely manner, and the staff are friendly enough. Of all the Tim Horton's locations I've ever been to, the staff here are the nicest and most competent, though friendliness and customer service is something that Tim Horton's needs to work on at all of their locations.

Good ol dark roast black coffee to start the morning before work!

Berating staff about cleanliness ( over the 3 days she was gone ) in front of customers ( so they can hear you ) along with telling paying customers that " I don't like YOU " and that I didn't want YOU to serve me when in reality I've built a rapport with a couple staff members that I like to have serve me & say good morning to. Very immature & painfully sad coming from what appears to be a grown woman. Now I see why you didn't hire someone with more experience than you... lol Sorry to hurt your feelies though !!! Have a nice day

the associates are not well trained with customer services and the supervisor is not helpful at all . instead of solving the problem ...she ( supervisor ) was wasting the time as well.
