    Years ago i use to work next door to this subway at the discount car and truck rentals. One day a customer came in and rented a car. We had to clean it for him so it was going to take 30 mins. So while he waited he went to this subway which was right next to us and got himself a sub. What transpired next is simply legendary. He got a 12 inch sub and unwrapped it on top of the roof of the car he came in with. He was using the roof of the car as a table. He was just about to start eating it when a segal came down and locked its feet onto his 12 inch and flew away with it with him chasing after it and trying to jump to grab it without success. It was the funniest thing we ever saw. Everyone was laughing so much! Good times. 5 stars.

    I ordered a cold cut foot long I first time I had it at another location, it was fresh and delicious even my mother who is a selective eater enjoyed the sub. At this location I ordered from Uber eats it came wrapped up only in a brown bag when it should been double wrapped because it’s being handled by another driver and 3rd I ate it and it didn’t taste fresh I regurgitated after eating the whole thing. Never again will I come back to this location at 981 Brock rd.

    I came in tonight and ordered a number 13 combo. The young lady was making the sandwich with her shirt sleeve half in the food. After all of this we proceeded to the cash register where she sneezed into her hand (No Gloves & Not Washing her hands) then proceeded to wrap my sandwich. I was dumbfounded didn’t know what to do so I turned around walked out (Leaving the food) and jumped into my vehicle and left. I honestly hope the owner watches the cameras on Oct 3 between 7-7:30pm to see how unsanitary their staff is!!!!!!!!!!

    Very terrible customer service she did not want to give her name but she was known as number 406 from the receipt they false advertise for a dozen cookies she said that promotion is over there is no date on the sticker says the promotion is over if you advertise it you should honor it and she was not honoring it and had an attitude to go with. If I could rate the experience 0 I would.

    The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches were delicious as always. The store was also really clean. Kudos to Navpreet and Dev for their exceptional service.

    They have the bbq chicken footlong listed as 8.49 on their menu but it rings up as 9.49. They have had the incorrect price for a couple weeks and have not changed it and started rambling about how the price listed is incorrect when I asked for a receipt. So they are aware of the issue. Edit:I have called corporate who told me I would receive a call back from the owner within 2 days it has been a week and I have heard nothing. I have called again and was told that corporate refuses to hold this owner accountable beyond sending another message to them. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company's complaint department. Any other company would have done something by now instead of essentially saying "Not our problem" I will not eat at a subway until I can get some kind of resolution.

    Clean and well maintained. Was not busy for a Saturday at lunch time, but guessing they deal more with the local industries so the weekdays are probably busier. Standard for Subway fare.

    I think there is a major gap in the training in either this franchise management, or in corporate. I have been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks- different people each time, and had questionable experiences- however tonight took the cake. I asked for a foot long turkey. While making it she ran out of turkey and without permission started putting ham on. When I asked her if she was putting ham on she said oh I don’t know what this is… I’m sorry what? I asked again and she said she doesn’t know what the meats are. When I said I can’t have ham she said oh. She took the ham off and placed the bread back on the rack for the next customer! Talk about cross contamination of a common allergen and of a food that many do not eat because of religious beliefs. She then proceeded to cough over the food. Like I said before each time I come to this location I am met with people who don’t know what they are doing, and don’t know basic restaurant food preparation. If this is happening out in the open for customers to see I don’t want to know what goes on in the kitchen. Again- maybe some actual management training and supervision would be a good idea.

    One lady here always barks out “WHAT NEXT” when asking for next topping instead of going at a normal pace. So I told her everything I wanted all at once (since 2 or 3 at a time was apparently too slow), and she promptly forgot most of it and had to ask again. Seriously, what’s the panic, I was the only person in line!

    This location at Brock & Bailey doesn't appear to be a busy spot (Saturday Noon) and the service was perfect for us. Friendly young lady and clean throughout - no seating because of COVID of course. I'd go back.

    If you are planning to serve egg and cheese. Please do not store egg and cheese in the same box as the sausages. Although the server was nice enough to ask me to open a fresh box from the back but my vibe was off. I usually the first customer there in the morning to ensure there is no cross contamination due to dietary restrictions.

    I have been going to Subway for 38 years, all of a sudden they changed their menu. I ordered an Ultimate Club Sandwich and the employee hassled me when I wanted additional toppings that weren’t in the ingredients list for that sandwich. “Built Your Own Sandwich” is no more at Subway. They have become cheap and want you regulate your toppings all of a sudden. Anyways, the sandwich-maker said I couldn’t order the toppings I wanted, so I left them the toasted sandwich with no other toppings for the attendant to decide what to do with. I hope that they threw it in the garbage and they thought about their new policy good and hard. Anyways, if they give you a hard time and try to force their new menu on you, refuse it and go across the street to Mr Sub like I did, they made exactly what I ordered without a fuss. If Subway keeps this menu policy, I will NEVER be a customer again. Goodbye Subway, no big deal!

    Absolutely terrible service received, my sub was made with mayo, which I cannot have. And I apologized to the lady at the cash, she refused to do anything about and refused to make me a new sub, she said she cannot make me a new sub because it's almost 10 dollars, I explained to her I couldn't eat it. She refused to offer me a refund, and refused to make a new sub. Filed a complaint, and the apparently manager whose name is Hiral, did absolutely nothing. The email looks like an automated response for poor customer service. Disregarded the fact that I paid for my sub and didn't eat nor take anything from the store. I literally paid 10 dollars to walk in and out, I ate nothing there. Zero acknowledgement of that, just a sorry for your less than ideal engagement, we hope your next visit is better. What kind of response is that? Terrible customer service, and even more so terrible response from a "manager". I will be escalating this further. This is extremely poor way to treat customers, you already over charge drastically for bread and veggies, now to have a customer pay, and then refuse to make a sub I couldn't eat? That's beyond low. You need to do better, I absolutely dispose this location.

    So this is the subway closest to my work, but I will start driving to a different one. Only 1 person is schedule at night and this person is also expected to scrub toilets, while having to serve customers. As a customer waiting a few minutes while no one is at the front, then sees the worker come out of the bathroom, bringing the cleaning supplies right where the food is essentially, and then offers me service before even washing his hands or anything. Needless to say I walked out because I was grossed out.

    Staff welcomed me on arrival, which was very different than other store. I order 6in sub but sandwich artist didn't cut sub properly and didn't pay extra attention while putting veggies.

    Employees don’t listen, had to repeat 20 times and they still messed up, the sub was thin and bare, the chocolate chip cookies had no chocolate chips and also very thin and honestly it’s worth it to just go to a different subway down the road or something. The employees are incompetent.

    Came in at 5:15pm on a Friday, there was 1 person infront of me. The employee working at the time was working at a snails pace. I usually don't complain about this but it took 30!!!( left at 5:45) Mins for him to make my order, stopped multiple times to re stock, get bread out of oven....seriously!?! all while in the middle of making the sandwichs. 3 people behind me came and left, I was about to aswell. Worst service from this location. Not the first time have been here multiple times, this was by far the worst. Couldn't even use the washroom as it's blocked off! Just wow!. Never coming back!
