We had a late dinner at Subway and ordered two foot-long subs. The employee who made our subs was friendly and clearly took pride in their work, which we appreciated. However, I was disappointed that the online app didn't offer any deals or promotions. A message suggested coming back, but even the employee didn't know how to use the app or find promotions. So, we ended up paying the full price, slightly steep price for juat a sub, unlike other places where we usually get deals or a combo for prices like that. In my opinion, the app doesn't seem very useful, except for collecting points. On a positive note, the subs were well-prepared, and we both enjoyed our meal.

24 hours open. It's a regular subway with lazy and irresponsible employees. They don't care what you order nor would they respond to anything we ask. All I have to say is a regular subway with boring employees. The washroom is cramped by the way one has to squeeze in to lick the door behind( Door knob doesn't work keep turning it till you are sure it's locked)

Subway nowadays is hiring students that are not familiar with the menu but don't know how to prepare the sandwiches and often not providing the proper portions today I had one of the workers poor my meat on a napkin to warm it up in the microwave and then when it came out it was tearing the paper so they could barely pour it on the salad it actually disgusted me to the point where I had to say something and his reply was they had a lot of business so they didn't get to wash the trays I couldn't believe that this is happening here in Canada! He was literally trying to serve me meat off a napkin like it was okay! 😠 Even when I told him wash the trays I have time and you're not busy now he's still proceeded again this is a case of poor management!

Had a good experience. It was my first time ordering the chicken wrap and the employee, Manjinder was very professional and provided good service. I usually order the same thing (Philly Cheese Steak) all the time but Manjinder answered all my questions regarding the chicken wrap and I’m very satisfied with the wrap and service.

The sandwiche artists are always smiling and friendly. Food is always how I ask for it. Would recommend.

This was my first visit to this place and i was very impressed by the girl working that time in the morning. She was very efficient with her work and she has wonderful communication skills. She was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

My son loves pizza subs (and pepperoni and cheese pizzas for that matter). I invariably order Mr. Sub pizza subs once a month for him as a treat. This time, we were in proximity to Subway, so I gave it a try. NOT KID FRIENDLY! The pepperoni is spicier than a an Indian Vindaloo! We had to toss it in the compost bin. If you want a spicy sub, you can add spice in my humble opinion, otherwise, I expect a kid friendly pizza sub! Also, the young lady behind the counter was brutal. No congeniality whatsoever. When I left and said “bye, have a great day, thank you for your service today”, she blatantly refused to acknowledge my sentiments. There were no other customers in the room at the time. The entire experience was plain awful. Only one positive, the sub was created and served quickly. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make me return.

Not impressed with this location. A few months ago I ordered a sub. The gentleman preparing my sub was wearing a bracelet made of string. The string was hanging down into my food! Disgusting!! Today when I went in, there was someone ordering ahead of me. When the girl finished making his sub, she cashed him out with her gloves still on...then proceeded to try and make my sub with the same gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves. Come on people!!!!! Are you not trained!!!!

The man working was very rude, we were not provided a receipt, and for some reason our 1 flat bread and 1 salad (with no extra meat or cheese or any extras) came to over $37! We went to pay and he refused to take our $20 bill because it had a slight tear at the edge. We were able to pay with debit, but really should've just left without the food (tomatoes were old and mushy, and most ingredients that would normally be cut for a salad were just put in whole) Will never return to this subway again

Amazing quality of steak and salad with rice .

Well there were few things that happened with me at this store. Firstly, the lady who was preparing my sub. She started talking other customer order in between of my ongoing order (i was like "nevermind, my sub is in the toster"). Moreover, bread and cheese supposed to be toasted for 30 seconds. She stopped the timer early (what the hell is going on). Lastly, she wasn't changing her GLOVES, SERIOUSLY. She was making subs with same GLOVES. I simply asked her to change it thn what happened do you know, she gave a really weird look (not only her, the guy who was standing at cashier too) as if I am not going to pay 😂. Ps- poor customer service.

Best sub in a long time, veggie patty sub with lemon pure leaf tea completely awesome.

I ordered 3 subs on Uber eats and every single sub was wrong. Missing meat, cheese and they put completely different sauce. Not impressed with my call with them either.

Amandeeb is such a kind and skilled employee. She is very organized, friendly and talented! Great service and food is always fresh and delicious.

AVOID THIS PLACE. This place deserve 0 stars. Mindless and rude staff. I am sure you will find another subway nearby.

Loved it. There were Out of my favorite meatballs, but had something else and it was still great.

The two guys working there were extremely friendly and very upbeat.

Visited three times after midnight and all three times they had no meatballs. Won’t be trying a fourth time…

I sometimes pick me up something to eat from the Subway location near Whites Road and Hwy. 7 when I heading home from my night shift from work. Whenever I'm there, a gentleman by the name of Nayn is always pleasant to me and remembers what I like to order every time.

I usually come to this location about once a week after work. Being that I’m on a night shift schedule I usually come all hours of the night. And I must say the employees that work there after midnight are very professional and well taught. I’m always very satisfied with their help and look forward to coming back to this location simply because of that. Thank you employees of subway!

There is too much cross contamination with the different toppings and they don't clean the knife that they use to cut your sub so it ends up having random sauces and ingredients on it which you don't want on your sub.

Staff is great and very friendly with my kids. Fresh and we'll kept.. but for some reason now subway wants you to pay 50 cents to get water cups. So no free water :(

They don’t note how to talk with the customer with respect. Please learn how to talk to anyone first. The indian boy who work over there act very rude with people.

April 9th, 1:30 am Great service from the guy working here tonight. Quick, friendly, and great amount of toppings as well. Best subway I’ve been to in awhile, and that’s really saying something as I have subway roughly 3x a week! Didn’t get his name unfortunately but he’s doing a great job 👍

The man working on May 27th at 9pm (wish I got the name) was very kind. I normally do not do reviews, but the compassion this employee showed deserves to be recognized. On a hard day his empathy made a difference and is much appreciated.

Great place to eat, dine and satisfy your hunger! Amazing staff who are helpful and can even suggested options if you can't decide on anything where as other places just give a boobish response when asking what to try. Great ambiance and an alright place to bring your family of friends. Times of operation is very convenient as well. All and all I had a great experience and will be coming back soon.

IThe quality of service we received for our funeral gathering for 60 plus guests was phenomenal food was awesome every thing was prepared as promised and on time I would definitely recommend subways services for any large gathering . Thankyou to the owner and all staff involved in taking care of us at whites road plaza location!
