Clean and spacious ...likely because they have VERY limited inventory. Selection is not great, sizes are nowhere to be found and getting help from employees is impossible.....because nobody is every around....Sample of the "great" shoes you can find here...

I finally found a purse I’ve been looking for here. Unfortunately, the store has no one working in it. I’ve stood in the purse section for over 10 minutes on three occasions this week and have yet to receive any customer service, usually there is no one at all at cash and there is definitely no one to unlock the handbag and let me see it. Clearly they’re not making money, so wouldn’t you think they’d be helpful towards someone clearly trying to purchase an expensive handbag? Maybe one day I’ll get it, but it doesn’t seem likely.

A very clean, bright & beautiful store. Very pricey (jeans marked down starting over 69.99 up to and over 100). Most likely a great fashion trend, for young'ns with money

You can find nice things at good deals here. The store is big but it looks empty, especially in the bags area. The offer is not huge. It could be much more if there would be a bigger variety of merchandise and sizes.

Place is clean and spacious. But pretty pricey.  Need to go and check out the Clearance spot before spending out on the floor .

It was not a great experience at all. The prices are a little steep. The staff don't seem happy to be there and upon returning merchandise they are unprepared and make customers wait a long time upfront while they go get cash from the back. When I asked why she said because they are not able to exchange cash between registers.......however good customer service would suggest while doing a cash return you look at the dollar value BEFORE processing through the register that has no cash! In addition she hands me a pen and a scrap pc of paper to write down my personal info that she then transfers into the register and in turn leaves the scrap pc of paper on counter for next customer to see all my info. And while we are in a pandemic you should not be sharing pens etc. Why can you not just ask customers for their info? It was like she didn't want to speak. What is she doing in customer service if she prefers not to talk with her customers? I will not likely be back.

I wasnt sure about going in here but they have more selections for shoes and sunglasses than I was expecting. The place is clean and pretty organized. There are not many employees working the floor so you aren't bothered while trying on the same jacket for an hour wondering if you should get it or not already, well if you are like me that is. You cant find stuff in better shape here that at mostresale places like winners or marshals.

Bought 7 items from this store yesterday, prices are low and I could not believe. The exact same t shirt was selling at the hudsons bay for double the price. Items are disorganized, so you just have to spend a lot of time to find things you like.

If I visit Pickering Mall, first visit the Saks OFF 5th. Sales associates are friendly and eager to help. In last 3 years my major shopping were shoes. Besides siuts price are reasonable.

No sales or deals to be had. Rude staff.

Please update hours on Google and the Saks website. It says open at 10am on wed June 19th, I went to store, it was closed. I called and the voice message said 11am opens. Please update so both website and google reflect the correct hours. Thanks!

Such a large retail space with SO much potential. I want to see more LUXURY! Shoe selection is amazing. Cole Haan shoes for under $100. Perhaps SAKS OFF5th should consider home decor items to fill the store. There are consumers will will pay more for designer items. Sales associates are helpful without being aggressive.

It felt like Calvin klein or Karl lagerfeld store than OFF FIFTH, I would pick hudson's bay over them if you're shopping in this location. Else they have pretty decent collection online.

I bought some Christmas presents there. Good choices!

It used to be better with variety of products but now you can find an overpriced simple black or white top! Won't bother to go here anymore

Poorly organized. Each time I go it's a mess and looking at racks you'll find it hasn't been sized. Prices can be very good but they don't stock higher end brands, at least for men's. It's mostly mid range. It's never busy when I go so it's disappointing so see associates not taking care of the disorganization. Embarrassing lack of care.
