    Super slow but also they always get the order wrong!!! And it's menu items I order not custom stuff. They fix it but slow service being delt with twice sucks. Go down the street there's another one I did call them I assume it's how you heard about this. Since your number isn't listed and I can't call the store directly. They did nothing but say they'd let you know. Literally one set of lights south or east of your location is another Tim's. I'll use them in the future.

    Went here a couple times on the way home from work as it is close to home. I went inside, the employees were just talking to each other and not realizing there was a customer at the front waiting. Mind you, the conversation they were having was definitely not work appropriate. I'm all for having personal conversations while at work, but make sure your duties as an employee come first and foremost (taking care of the customers). Went through drive-thru another time, and the attitude of the employee who took my order and at the window was below par. I asked for a certain donut and she said they didn't have. I pull up to the window, I see 3 of those donuts in the tray. Having used to work at Tim Horton's, regardless of your personal situation, when you arrive at work, you always make sure to do your best. I guess there is a reason why they aren't open anymore. Hopefully they come back and with some better employees who actually care!

    August 18, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Following my doctor's appointment, I made a stop at Tim Hortons for my morning coffee. This particular branch offered both a drive-through and walk-in option, and on this occasion, I chose to walk in. As there were no other customers present, I was promptly attended to upon entering. The staff greeted me, but that marked the extent of our interaction. My order was taken efficiently but with no further conversation as I prompted for points and type of payment, not even a "have a nice day" at the end. Notably, this establishment is exceptionally well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. My coffee was prepared to perfection, which is not always the case at other Tim Hortons locations where sometimes my orders arrive unstirred or not as requested. However, today's experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I relished every sip of my coffee.

    The management of this Tim Hortons should look at that I've seen those two girls they are so unhygienic and it's disgusting way of treating and she was tidying up shoelaces in front of customer that's really bad and never recommend anybody you can see my reviews that's why I get more than 10 million views because I'm very honest with my views interviews please look at carefully I never like to come back again

    Timmies is timmies, hit and miss is the name of the game. Sometimes their so on point you'd think it was all brand new equipment with workers who were paid $20 an hour and then theirs other times when you get orders that weren't even yours, your coffee is burnt and your waiting 30 minutes just for some service. You want fast service and good coffee go to Starbucks, you want unpredictable service and a drive thru that will take you 45 minutes then go to tims 🤷‍♂️

    I went to this place today morning..the staff was not at all pleasant..I asked for croissants and the lady completely ignored what I asked for and went back on her headsets preparing for drivethru order..this is not acceptable..they should learn customer service..She completely ignored the customer in front..I understand you are busy but there’s a way to handle..the rude behaviour is not what we expect..

    I visited this place twice in last 2 weeks. Less professional compared to other tims. Also their ice cap machine was broken. Not enough cleanliness.

    Zero accountability. Horrible service. 8 out of 10 times always wrong. Always making excuses about no stock of food. I work in Toronto and live on Brock. This is the only Tim's before getting on the 401. They always mess my order and I can not even drive back to correct it. They are the worst Tim Hortons in pickering. They messed up my tea. Came back to them and gave me a large upgrade without asking with the same amount and cream and sugar as a medium. I spend atleast 6 to 700 at Tim's every month. I will boycott them if I don't see a service change at Brock Tim's.

    Worst customer service I ever we experienced today at around 6:30. More than 36 minutes stuck in a drive thru for a sandwich and a coffee. One car in front of me that ordered before we arrived and they only had a small coffee order. Then another car that came 10 mins after us. Even after the long wait for the other car before us it took 10 minutes to get to us. We saw how she moved so slowly getting things together, like there was no one waiting. I understand she probably has no care in the world but she’s doesn’t have to show it. It’s her job and she is getting paid. When she opened the window for us to pay my dad told her that it was a long wait with card in hand waiting to receive our order. And she started talking rudely with so much attitude that she was by herself. We were expecting an “I’m sorry for the long wait, I’m working by myself”. Instead we got her rudely arguing. My dad just said in our response that you should have told us that. Then she proceeded to talk rudely about how she’s alone and it takes long time. Not even taking out the machine or anything just arguing while we had our phone out of window ready to pay. We stated it was still unreasonable amount of wait even by herself while we were holding the card app ready to pay the whole time and she told us to go rudely and closed the drive thru door and left. We were astonished then we waited for her to come back still surprised and she was still being rude we stated how that was rude and bad customer service and that it’s stupid what she did we have been waiting for about 40 mins now for our order and she said that my dad who is 66 years old was an a**hole and told us to go and closed the drive thru door again. All he was saying was that she should told tell the customers it’s a long wait and not be rude. All he wanted was polite customer service and a sorry for our long wait. My dad is the kind of guy that restaurants know by a first name basis and he knows as well cause he such a sweet man. Anyways, we then proceeded to another location down the street that took less than 2 mins total. 20 seconds to order. And quickly paid and received our order all fresh. We come to this location very often first time we experienced it this way. He was very upset about this experience that it actually ruined his day because of how rude she was and what she did.

    The drive thru ladies have the worst sass. Need to seriously check their attitude. Somedays their machines don't work, other days they our of iced beverages. No greetings, just terrible service in general.

    Ordered one coffee and one green tea. They gave us two coffees. We returned one and they gave us another coffee. We returned the other coffee. They finally got the tea and it was the mint. Lol!

    I don't understand how you can get an order so wrong. It doesn't take a genius to work at tim hortons but can you at least hire competent people ? I ordered a steep tea an they gave me a coffee. Also ask for a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant but they gave me an English muffin. The order is right there on the screen, It's not hard!! Read it and make it right. Looking at all the bad reviews for this location I've learned my lesson an will not be using this location again.

    Purchased 3 Vanilla cold brew and we all 3 friends got sick must be something wrong with the drink. I would not recommend this Tims as I had to wait 5 min in drive thru and than got sick.:(
