We had a fun experience feeding the ostriches and learning about the ostriches and emus. I wanted to know more about the peacocks. We visited on a Sunday and the person who serves shaved ice wasn’t there. The tour was about 20 min. Overall, a fun experience!

It isn't a bad tour. It's a 30 minute tour for $15 that occurs every hour. The reason I rated it a four star is, even though the tour guide is a wonderful and fun person, only being able to see the ostriches for such a limited time is kind of unfortunate as you have to wait in the main building until your tour starts and don't get to really stay past the 30 minutes. However, the tour is entertaining as you get to see the ostriches, emus, peacocks, and roosters as well as feed the ostriches. The tour is not bad at all and I recommend going if you don't have any other plans. Nearby there are also other animal sanctuaries so have fun there as well.

I'm actually a tour guide, and I took this couple to the Ostrich farm as part of their half day tour, but it was also my first time taking the Ostrich farm tour as well. The tour guide was absolutely awesome, very informative and entertaining. The facility houses a number of ostriches varying origin and they also have Emu's. You also have the option to feed them which makes for some awesome pictures. I highly recommend you check this place out, it's definitely something else.

We just stopped here for a quick look and didn't check out the ostriches, but there are some awesome birds, lizards and iguanas roaming the accessible grounds!

We weren't sure whether we had to make a reservation ahead of time so just showed up early. There was no one else there but tours were happening! We ended up getting basically our own personal tour. The guy was funny and told us a lot of fun facts about ostriches and emus. Feeding them is definitely a great photo opp. One of them almost snapped off the sunglasses on my head! Such a unique experience. You get to see ostriches at Phillips Animal Garden in Aruba but no one there to tell you more about them. We had a day of exploring ahead of us so we also got lunch there. I was a bit nervous about their menu because nothing screamed "favorite" to me. I got the rib stew and it was AMAZING. Tasted so homemade and with the potatoes and sauce it was hard to compare to anything else we had in Aruba. Definitely recommend! Service was great - the people there are super nice. Eating area is big, outdoors, and shady/breezy.

Best $16.00 spent. Very interactive for the children as they're allowed to feed the ostrich. Plenty of parking. There's a nice gift shop. Friendly staff too.

Super cool place, did the tour what was fun and education, did not now much about ostriches and was pleasantly surprised with the fun tour and feeding them, had lunch after that was delicious something different than hotel and fast food. Location is beautiful! If you look for an unique locally made souvenir to bring home this is the place to buy!

The staff at the Ostrich farm were so friendly and kind. We arrived late yet they still allowed us to join the last tour which had just started. The guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor! This is a short tour maybe around 10-15minutes so if you believe your paying for a long tour this is not for you. Even though it is short I still enjoyed this to pass time! I learned many facts on the Ostriches that I wasn't aware of! They also allow you to feed them with instruction! After, we bought some flavored shaved ice which was great after standing in the sun, as ARUBA IS HOTTT!!! 🔥 They also sell smoothies and some snacks! They do allow you to take some time to take pictures. The Ostriches also have some other bird friends roaming the site such as peacocks, ducks, and chickens! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful memory!

We reeeaally enjoyed the tour. Receptionist was outgoing and friendly. The guide Harold was informative and had a great sense of humour. The tour was indepth and we even got to feed them. No booking was required and we just showed up before the hour; their tours run every 30 minutes so it was handy even if you were running late. We recommend taking a hat and bottle as there is little shade on the farm. A fun way to pass the time for $14 each!!!

Pamela was a very kind, knowledgeable and fun guide. She taught us so much about ostriches and was able to answer any question that we came up with. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the price, this experience should not be more than $7 to $10 per person

Pretty cool experience. The tour itself is pretty short but this is still a unique experience that is recommended. You'll get the chance to feed a few different ostriches, learn some interesting facts and history, and get to see some ostrich eggs. There's a cafe where you can order food and get a break from the heat as well.

One of the best things I did on the island! I got lucky and had a half-tour for myself only, for half the price. I went on a Sunday, atound 2pm. You can see peacocks, emus, and ostriches. The place is small, but it's also cheap. I got to feed the ostriches, and the tour guide recorded me. I learned some interesting facts about ostriches that I will let you discover on your own so they can stay in business. They have a boutique, but I was the last guest, so I didn't buy anything. They have cactus around the area, really beautiful and picture worthy. I definitely recommend it!

Went to the Ostrich farm today in Aruba. Saw fifteen ostrich and 17 emu. Also many peacocks, ducks, and chickens. Learned so many things about these giant birds. They live approximately 80 years. Our guide was amazing and was so personable with my 2 year old grandchild. Our guide was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job. Would highly recommend a visit to this farm.

The Ostrich Farm in Aruba was a delightful experience for our family. Our 12-year-old son, Maximo, had a blast during the tour, where we got to see ostriches up close and personal, and even had the opportunity to feed them. Our guide was not only knowledgeable about the ostriches and their reproductive cycles but also very friendly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The farm is situated on the north coast of the island, offering stunning views of the sea, which we were able to capture with some beautiful photos. The facilities were well-maintained and the service was excellent. Additionally, the souvenir shop at the farm is not your typical tourist shop, as it offers a variety of beautiful art pieces and handcrafted items. All in all, we had a fantastic time at The Ostrich Farm, and it was great to see our son having so much fun. We would highly recommend this attraction to anyone visiting Aruba.

One of the best animal experiences we've experienced. The owner/tour guide Harold was very personable and informative. Feeding the ostriches was a highlight and petting the babies were definitely my daughter's favorite moment. These are fascinating birds and we're glad to have toured this awesome farm.

Place is set up to host a good number of people. We took the tour, but it really wasn't necessary. If you can do a self-guided, I would do that. They offer food, but we did not eat there

$14 USD for a tour in English, multiple languages available. It was a short, fun tour 20 min about the history of the farm and information about the emus and ostriches. I loved it. It was family friendly, you could get close to and feed the birds, even pet them.

Was a stop on the way to natural bridge. Kids enjoyed seeing the emus and the ostrich. They have a restaurant but if your looking for an ostrich omelette they don’t always have them. You get to feed them either from your hands or a metal bowl, keep in mind they don’t bite but can pinch when eating 😂

Awesome spot to go to visit while in aruba. Very easy to find. It costs $14 and you can pay eith cash or card. Reminder to bring a cash tip You have a staff member takes you on a tour of the ostriches and emus. It is about a 20 minute tour the happens every half hour. It is a very informative tour and interactive because you're able to feed the ostriches. There is also a gift shop and a restaurant there. I highly recommend tasting the food because it was really good. I had the Grouper Arubiano and it was so delicious and cooked perfectly.

We visited the Aruba ostrich Farm as a part of an ATV tour. When you arrive, there is a large open-air shelter that has a bar and a small shop with souvenirs and drinks. The tour took about 30 minutes and was Guided by a very knowledgeable local. There were several opportunities to have our picture taken with the ostriches and we were even able to hand feed them. I would highly recommend this place two families or couples. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Aruba. The baby ostriches were adorable!

The farm was cool and the lunch was good. I wish there were a little less flies since you are eating outside but then again it's a farm so it's kinda expected. There are emus, peacocks, lizards, ducks and ostriches. We had fun.

This was a cool spot. We got to feed an ostrich. The tour was less than 10 min. The people were nice. Taxis out this direction we’re expensive so although we had fun not sure we likely wouldn’t do it again.

Just $14 pp for a 20 min tour. The tour guide was very informative and entertaining. You’ll get to feed the ostriches (and *bonus* emus) on the tour which is pretty wild but fun! Learned a ton and thought it was such a unique experience! The ostriches seem well cared for as well with plenty of space and attention. Definitely worth a quick stop for fun!

Such an awesome experience! It was $14 per person and the tour ran every hour or two. They have a gift shop as well as a small restaurant selling items such as ostrich egg or emu egg platters. While on the tour the guide told us numerous facts about ostrich’s which really enhanced the experience. We also got to feed the ostriches which also was a cool experience!

Very cool, a lot of ostriches and some emus. You get to feed the birds. They did not have any eggs that we could hold or eat though, but we had a nice time. The tours start on the hour, every hour.

The place looks nice however the guide looked very bored to do his job. Also the tour was much shorter than they told us at the beginning. I would probably not recommended it, for 15 USD you can do much more interesting activities in Aruba.

  • 5/5 Melissa M. 4 months ago on Google
Such a fun place! The smoothies and food was good too!

  • 5/5 Briana A. 3 years ago on Google
We debated whether to go here or not on our trip, as the ostriches are not native to the island, and the woman at the desk also told us it's not guaranteed that we can feed them. But we went out on a limb and do not regret it!!! The price was a bit expensive, but everything seems to be in Aruba. It was a nice way for the kids to spend the morning, and try some unique food (we got the ostrich omlette) on our way to the ruins and natural pool. We fed them, learned a lot, and it was a great experience!

This was a great find. Great tour and feeding opportunities with the ostrich! The tour guide was perfect, he answered all of the hundreds of questions my child asked. They have a kitchen, bar and gift shop to enjoy before and after. Wonderful hidden gem in Aruba!

I loved the farm, the guide, the waiting area, bathrooms. There are a lot of peacocks, docks and other farm birds, many ostriches (around 200 if I remember correctly), but we didn't see all them of course . Beautiful birds! I Recommend visiting the farm. We came out of it with huge smiles on our faces. I will re-visit if I come back to Aruba

Super fun! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We fed and pet a couple of ostriches, and got to see a very amusing ostrich mating dance. Totally worth the $14 price. The shaved ice at the gift shop was yummy too. We got lucky and arrived when it was not crowded, but we hear that it can get quite crowded when the cruise ship tours come in.

(Translated by Google) Location is beautiful. Sitting on the porch is basic and uncomfortable and certainly does not invite you to enjoy a drink. The ostriches will undoubtedly be there, but we have not seen anything of it. It used to be a nice place to eat or drink before the porch burned down, but that is certainly no longer the case. Unfortunately (Original) Ligging is prachtig. Jammer
