Finalmente! il locale perfetto per mangiare alimenti senza glutine in completa tranquillità. Il locale è nuovo e molto ben curato. Io sono già stata sia a pranzo che a cena, a pranzo abbiamo ordinato schiacciatine ripiene, insalatona mista ed il dolce tutto buonissimo, mentre a cena antipasti misti, tagliatelle al cinghiale e tagliata, tutto veramente ottimo; il menu offre davvero tante alternative, personale cordiale e disponibile... consiglio a tutti un passaggio ne vale la pena!!!

Must visit in Pisa especially if you are gluten free. This was one of the best meals I have had in Italy. Grano Libero is entirely gluten free and has a great menu with appetizers, foccacias, pastas, a variety of different meat dishes and desert. We opted for the bruschetta, which is a MUST order, as well as the penne with bolognese, the steak, and cheesecake with berries. It was all phenomenal! The bread is all homemade, the bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, the bolognese was hearty and delicious and the steak was tender and juicy. Cheesecake was the perfect end to the meal. The service was attentive and kind. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a good lunch/dinner in Pisa.

Great for gluten free/celiac people and their friends. Pasta tastes just like gluten one and overall experience was amazing. We came here twice in one week!

Wonderful place to eat food withouth glutein!

The first gluten free restaurant in Pisa where you can eat any meal whitout gluten ( pasta, focaccia, sweets). Good location and friendly staff

Fantastic gluten free

We walked past this restaurant on our way to another and decided to cut our walk short and have lunch here instead and were glad we did. Food was really good, the focaccia was amazing (couldn't even tell it was gluten free!) and the waiters were really polite. The lady at the till even gave us a free slice of bread after we said how good it is.

Visited with my wife who is coeliac. This is an entirely Gluten Free / Coeliac Restaurant. Visited about 4.30 on Monday with plenty of seats available. Food was excellent, we both had the Lasagne. However the staff seemed to be put out when we asked for a table. And would be a better dining experience with better customer service, and a smile.

Formidable Total Gluten free restaurant. Believe or not pasta, bread and desert were gluten free and price was reasonable. You can also enjoy local wine. Good service.

Good place but not awesome. Lasagna were very average. Desserts (tiramisu and cheese cake) were good. Kids enjoy their meal (plain pasta or spaghetti bolognese). Red wine was way too hot (room temperature meaning erring towards 30 degrees). Nice for coeliac and kid friendly but not the best gluten free food we had in Italy.
