My daughters reviews start with the stickers on the way out, Dr. Bou to be her favorite doctor here, and also we both love the splotch pictures on all the walls from the waiting rooms to room 2. Now, my reviews are i always had a nice and friendly experience with the nurses and doctors here also all the family's. Now that I said all this I would refer everyone I know and you guys to come fo this doctor for kids to always have the most enjoyable experience for whatever uncomforting and we'll visits they are feeling.

I am very thankful for Dr. Bou and Dr. Edmunds for their professional care and their excellent bedside manner. My child has been seen here since birth. I can use the portal to ask questions or get a prescription that is needed. I can schedule appointments quickly and rarely have to wait. And when mom needs help encouraging her little one to eat more veggies these doctors know exactly what to say. Thank you!

Our newborn had her first doctor’s appointment today and we could not be happier that we chose Dr. Bou’s office. Dr. Bou was knowledgeable and able to reassure us that everything we are experiencing as first-time parents is normal.

Great doctors. They always take their time and always answer any questions. They dont make us feel rushed. Even when both of my kids want to talk. Been taking both of my children to Dr. Bou pediatrics since birth. They are excellent doctors. Everyone in the whole office is nice and friendly and always takes the time to take care of us.

Dr Bou and Dr Dona are excellent doctors. We have been going to them for 2 plus years, since my beautiful boy was born.

Dr Bou is an amazing Pediatrician. I switched over to him about 14 years ago and have never regretted that decision. He doesn’t keep you waiting, has an amazing bedside manner, is knowledgeable, and he truly cares about his patients. His staff is amazing at getting us in in a pinch and I’ve always had good interaction with them. Dr Bou, if you’re reading this, please don’t retire anytime soon! 😂

Dr. Bou Pediatric is amazing! They are very professional and always take their time to explain everything to you and my kids even feel comfortable to ask their own questions. You leave with no questions needed. I moved twice but, will continue to make the drive for the assurance I get every time.

Our baby just turned 9 mo old and has been at this office since birth. We've seen 3 different docs here (by choice - I wanted us to be comfortable with everyone) and EVERYONE here has been great, including the front office staff and nurses/techs! You can make an appt/complete their registration online and we've never waited more than maybe 5 min to be seen. As a first time mom, I was really worried about finding a doctor we'd love and feel comfortable with for our baby, Dr. Bou and his team have done exactly that.

Amazing staff. Amazing doctors. Just all around a positive and happy environment made for kids! We've been going to Dr. Bou's office since our baby was a week old. They have gone above and beyond each visit. The office staff and nurses are wonderful! Highly recommend any physician in either location!

Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Bou since she was born, she’s almost 5 y/o now. I have not one negative thing to say. Staff and Dr. Bou have been always great. Today we went in and had to see Dr. Edmonds because Dr. Bou wasn’t there, she was absolutely fantastic. She answered all my questions, explained everything very well and even made recommendations for me to save some money which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend this place for your kids. I’m now almost 6 months pregnant and you know I’ll be taking baby #2 here too.

I could never say enough good about Dr Bou. He was actually my pediatrician and now my daughters. He came to the hospital the day after I had her and has been nothing short but amazing for her. He always answers messages/voicemails sooner than I’d expect! He makes time for her and listens to every concern I have. I trust Dr Bou with the most important person in my life. Dr Erika also has become a great asset when Dr Bou isn’t available. She’s very friendly and informative, helping us both more comfortable. My daughter has never been afraid of the doctors due to these amazing people. The staff is very friendly every time I call they make it so we can be seen. I couldn't recommend either office enough!

Dr.Bou has been our pediatrician for the last 15 almost 16 years and is so wonderful as well as the office staff. We met Dr.Edmonds for the first time and she is very compassionate and wonderful as well. I will always recommend this office and team they are truly one of a kind!

As always the Bou Pediatrics team is wonderful. We mad the switch from our pediatrician to Dr. Edmonds at Bou’s when my baby was a couple months old. They’re quite kind but most importantly they take the time to listen and understand your worries as a parent rather then making you feel like you could possibly be making a big deal out of nothing. I am in the medical field myself although pediatrics is not my specialty, I typically know a bit of what I am talking about and they absolutely acknowledge that. Love them so much and the care my baby gets from them. Genuine, good hearted people.

My kids have spent their childhood being cared for by this office. From preschool to last visit before college the care is top notch. Love how they know the kids so well & really spend time with them through each phase of their childhood.

I had originally posted a two star review after an encounter with one of the staff members at Dr. Bou's office but I now give the 5 stars. They reached out quickly and reviewed the issue, listened to my concerns with compassion, and gave me peace of mind with the situation. I've always had good experiences with the doctors and having support from staff after the encounter is great. Definitely recommend.

Office staff and doctors here are amazing! They treat you like family. They are very patient and informative. I have been bringing my children here since 2006 and won’t take them elsewhere!

Dr. Bou and his team are the absolute best. They are thorough, respond to messages and calls SO quickly, and can always get my son in for an appointment if something comes up. So happy we chose him for our first baby!

We have been seeing Dr Bou for more than two decades and we absolutely love him. He cares for his patients. Makes you feel like family. Doesn’t over prescribe medications. And keeps the same staff which we love. Because they are also amazing! Just a really great dr!! Would give more stars if I could.

Dr. Bou is a great doctor. My 4 year old son has been urinating too frequently and my wife as a registered nurse is concerned that he has UTI and requires lab test and antibiotics. We went to see Dr. Bou the day before the July 4th weekend dreading that my son will not be able to get the lab result before the holiday and will continue to suffer. However Dr. Bou was able to run a urine test in the office and diagnosed that there is no infection or high protein in the urine, and the issue was related to dehydration, which my wife felt that it was an accurate diagnosis considering our son always forgot drinking water. With Dr. Bou’s quick and accurate diagnosis, it saved us all those lab and pharmacy visits and unnecessary costs with peace of mind. Thank you so much Dr. Bou!

Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Bou's for many years now. It is great seeing him expanding. He is a fabulous doctor. Today we had one of the new doctors in office, Dr. Dona. He was great as well. I would highly recommend either of Dr. Bou's offices.

My son has been going here since birth. The staff is so sweet an know us by name along with remembering everything we spoke about last visit. It's such a wonderful experience for my son. They have great patience with children. I would recommend all.

Doctor Erika is a saint and an amazing pediatric doctor. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I absolutely would. As a new mom with all sorts of anxiety about if I’m doing things right for my baby and if my baby is okay she far exceeds expectations of providing top tier advice/service. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and their well-being. She does not rush you in and out, she takes time with her patients and actually listens. I could not have picked a better doctor for my baby!!

Dr. Bou was my pediatrician as well as my siblings and cousins. He has been seeing my son since he was born and he’s about to be 3. I plan on taking my daughter to him as well when she’s born in the next few weeks. He’s always been great with kids, knowledgeable, and visits to the office are always fast. In case of any last minute health issues after hours he’s always been quick to get back to me. And the girls at the front desk always manage to get me in the same day or sometimes the next if I ever need to bring my son in. Ms. Edna has been with Dr. Bou since I was a patient of his and she’s always so helpful and caring. Definitely recommend. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
