After initially planning to dine elsewhere, we were swayed by the Amsterdam restaurant's owner, who effortlessly captivated us with exceptional hospitality and an infectious sense of humor. The culinary experience was great!

Really good food. The menu is short which is great - everything is fresh. My husband who is an American from the South said that the ribs were some of the best he’s ever had. I loved the trout with black rice. Fantastic presentation. And great value for the price. The service could be better but it’s fine for the Bulgarian standards. Will return for sure next time we’re in Plovdiv.

One of the best places I've been so far in Plovdiv in terms of food and service. Staff is extremely kind and caring, they let you take your time for ordering your drinks and food for n a professional manner. Plates are well designed and chef knows what he's doing. Cool menu. Mostly Bulgarian style dishes with gastro touch. Best part is, it's just outside of the crowded Kapana area so you have a chance to dine without the usual noise and shouting people around you. Pricing is fair based on what they serve. Definitely will go there again at some point and I recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a good dinner and amazing service.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Locally produced Baba Yaga craft weiss beer highly recommended. The Balkan Kyuftak (beef-lamb-pork intimidating meatball) is to die for ( perfectly medium-well cooked). Kachamak (polenta) is great as well. The service will definitely make you await your next visit! See you soon.

Amazing service, amazing food. I think that is enough to describe this place. Located in the center of the town, right next to Kapana. Definitely worth visiting!

First off, Bulgarian Kitchen done right! Delicious and big portions! Fresh and seasoned well. Good variety of drinks. Especially beer! The waiter was 10/10! Very nice and funny! Felt welcomed and looked after with respect and care.beautiful back garden to hide from the cold too. Would revisit next time we in Plovdiv!

Delicious food and good service!

Interesting place and friendly staff for lunch. Chicken with mash came out lukewarm, so it was cold before we ate half. Ribs came out a few minutes after ordering, which indicates microwaved. Will try again for dinner some day to see if quality control is different :)
