very bad! worst hotel i have been to in all of europe. the woman at the reception was extremely unpleasant and did not want to help or even have the strength to answer my questions when I arrived and even had children with me! do not recommend to anyone! had to pay for 2 rooms although there was plenty of room for everyone in 1. cheating on money!

When we arrived at the hotel to do the check in (and we had a reservation) the receptionist told us to wait 5min, no problem. 10min have passed and she was just doing nothing looking outside. After the 10 min waiting, a group of 30 young kids arrive and she checked in all of them and let us waiting. After 45 min waiting and the group of kids did the check in, she call us. It was a HUGE disrespect and this is not a way to receive or treat guests. The only thing good was the bedroom, that was beautiful, but the constant noise at night and mostly in the morning, it’s unbelievable.

Good price, room is as advertised and location is walking distance from restaurants center and city center. Missing a bed sheet on the double bed but we will take it from the single bed.

For the price you pay you don't get a great value. The breakfast included in price was below average with over cooked eggs for breakfast, fake espresso and those powdered orange juices for breakfast. The shower was super weird and it took us approximately 25 mins to turn the water on and adjust the temperature - it will go from super hot to super cold to no pressure at all. Really weird. Staff wasn't the friendliest either. When we checked in she gave us a very disapproving look and that high nose tone

While the location of Hotel BLVD7 is realtively convinient for walks to the city center the interior and the overall state of the rooms gives off the vibe of an overused hotel that hasn't seen a much needed renovation. During my stay that was in February 2022 the restaurant on the ground floor was still undergoing construction and the place offered no breakfast. Perhaps the only positive to selecting it was the realitvely low price for the stay.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Plovdiv

Very nice and clean rooms, very good location in the city. Problem with car-parking.

Good value. The furniture was brand new, however the room lacked any decoration which made it look strange and empty. The TV had bad picture.

Its clean, quiet and the new renovations look promising.

Very small room with the bathroom in the bedroom behind glass. But it was fine, I had a good night. Inner walls were a bit thin, but couldn't hear outside on the 8th floor.

The hotel is nice for the price as it should be considered there are renovated and non-renovated rooms. The location allows walking to the old town and city center.

The faucet in the bathroom poured hot water, then cold water. i was upset

The staff is amazing - we stayed with 56 children and only two adult leaders. Everything was awesome!

The receptionist is unnaturally kind, not enough pillows and towels per person (reservation for 5 people, we had 3)... The hotel and room are good, modern and comfortable.
