Our first time checking out this jewelry store. We had a super friendly and knowledgeable woman named Sharon help us look for a specific ring. She was very patient and helpful. It seems like she’s been working there a long time and knows her jewelry. She even made us a replica of the ring we were going to order. They have a machine that will make you a plastic mold of a personalized design, that you can try on before placing your order. I would definitely recommend this store. They have great sales too!

Great customer service on custom jewelry. I worked with Jacob for the past two months to design something really unique and special. And it was a really good experience, he made every step of the process easy and worked with us to create something really special and in the end it came out perfect!

I give this place 5 stars for one reason. Her name is Pam she is so helpful and no pressure type. We spent 20009$ over a couple years and got our wedding rings there. Last time I went I asked for Pam but she wasn't there. I got a taller bigger lady Kim I think. She was very high pressure so I got my diamond cross and my wife got her new gold ring somewhere else. If your planning a trip only go when pams there.

My cousin was getting married and had a 20 plus year old family ring she was using has her wedding ring that needed diamonds tightened , prongs fixed etc . We had short notice and needed the ring to be repaired and sized fast! Kaylee and Jake at the repair desk were amazing to work with and the repair shop got it all fixed very quickly!! It came out STUNNING . The pic below is both wedding rings ( the black Diamond engagement ring and band are also from Jared ! ) .

I had Wonderful Service the Second I walked in the door! My Mother-in Law is turning 90 and Donna was so helpful! Found the perfect gift! The Infinity necklace, with Mom written in Rosegold!! She also helped me with my rings and cleaned them too!!! Thank you Donna!!! So Awesome!

Sharon was extremely accommodating to me today, 12/16! I went in for the second time in 6 months for a similar repair that needed to be done on my platinum wedding band. After expressing my frustration, Sharon agreed replacing the band (thanks lifetime warranty!) was going to be my best option! I am so thankful for her help and how she got me in and out within 15 mins!

Went in today because of an issue with the setting on my engagement ring. Donna was very helpful. She figured out the problem & got everything set up for the repair, which is all done on site. The lifetime warranty that my husband got just paid for itself! I was nervous that it would be a big hassle, but it was completely painless.
