I mean I too shopped store to store for my “perfect ring” as well and also learned about the different specs of a ring etc to know exactly what I want and how much it will cost without being extremely overcharged….. so I decided to give this hidden gem of a place a chance and my husband and I couldn’t have been happier! Krystal and her husband went above and beyond to help me create my “perfect ring” from scratch and meet our budget! They sent us pictures and showed us every step of my rings being made to make sure I was happy with it and in case I wanted to make any changes along the way! I’ve been back several times since with watches, random jewelry peices I’ve wanted resized, fixed or even updated to make you love your precious jewelry again. Ask and they shall do! We go to radiant fine jewelry once or twice a year. You can buy jewelry anywhere, but you rarely get the personal touch of people knowing who you are and what you’ve bought in the past and what you like. They are not pushy and always friendly, and they make recommendations for other products that could go with their jewelry but are sold elsewhere. Krystal is the best on taking an idea and turning it into a family heirloom. I came to her with an idea to give my daughter sapphire earrings to wear on her wedding day. She asked for my approval every step of the way and when she found a dangle she liked better we changed the design. They turned out absolutely gorgeous and I can’t wait for her to wear them and hopefully her daughter one day.

This place is wonderful! I went in to have a Swarovski bracelet, that I didn’t buy from them, restrung. Krystal was so happy to help me. The fix was quick and very reasonably priced. I can not say enough about how well I was treated. They walked me through the whole process designing my fiancé’s engagement ring. They answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed/anxious. The ring turned out AMAZING! Crystal and the staff are amazing! Also, bonus points they are welcoming of dogs. Only jeweler I will ever go to! This is the only place I will take my jeweler to. There’s a special place in hell we’re people who mess up your jewelry |\]go to I had went to a different place. It was well well known. They did my Rings. My daughter took me into radiant jewelry. Because she felt that I was not happy. Krystal looked at my rings, saw that there was a broken prong. Told the situation. Had her husband (Sean) come out. He advised me to solder the two rings. When I got them back I just about cried. I am so happy.
