They are engaging in illegal activities. They pollute the nearby river by throwing their trash straight into the river. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and excuses. They should be closed down. I wonder how many politicians they bribed to built such a tall building in Bran...

The hotel has lots of facilities, such as inside pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massages services and lots of meeting rooms available if you need them. Also, they say they are a 4stars hotel, but the furniture is kind of old, the carpets are having spots on them and this is the major minus they have. The best part is that the place is clean, comfy and the breakfast food is so tasty and with so many options. Also, they have a big parking lot and lots of sports space outside.

The room was very nice, big balcony wit a view, big bed, very clean room overall. However, the reason for only 2 stars was the pool / spa area. A lot of mold on the walls and pool sides. The water in the jacuzzi didn't seem like it was changed often either, only recirculated.

Thank goodness we are only here for one night, I’ve moved rooms 3 times as the air conditioner and tv weren’t working, only to be told the air conditioner would kick in… it’s now 10 pm and we’re sweltering with no air con. The toilet seat was broken, the decor is so outdated - we went to the restaurant and had to change our order 3 times as they didn’t have things; we also got our mains before our entree etc

The room was large and cozy, with a terrace and great view. The pool was warm and nice. The sauna was closed, although it was included as a service in the booking confirmation from the hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly. The food though was not good and too expensive for its quality and taste.

Excellent rooms with a decent view, but certain things need updating, upgrading or just straight up repairing (pool showers don't work, room sink overflows, sauna non-functional etc.). But, the worst is the food. Great service, but absolutely sub-par cooking.

The room was huge! The views from our balcony was amazing. The mountains and stream behind the hotel was a great site to wake up to. Even though there only 2 of us in the room, there was even a loft section. The ladder to get to the loft section could have been a wider and sturdier. The other downside was the air conditioner. It kept shutting off making the room very hot. The breakfast was meh... And the coffee was rot-gut.

Hotel was a good distance from the castle and was good for kids since it had a pool spa and playground with a tennis court. But if you’re looking for any sort of service (clean towels, toilet paper) and reliable creature comforts, this is not the place.

The cleanliness is to be desired. No service in the room whatsoever. The restaurant is overwhelmed and the service is very slow. The bathroom cleanliness in te restaurant is non-existent: the smell is unbearable and you have to be carefull where you step. The hotel is in dire need of some TLC: the furniture is old and scratched/torn; there are doors without a knob; the floor in the hallway/elevator is dirty and torn. They turned off the hot water for maintenance without any prior notice. There are no EV facilities. At this price range my expectations were higher.

Not too bad food,location is not in Bran,but a couple of km away...rooms a bit dated,old TV's,good size bathrooms
