I
recently
went
there
with
some
relatives
and
unfortunately,
the
experience
was
not
great.
Despite
the
food
being
okay,
the
service
was
very
disappointing.
Firstly,
our
order
was
not
taken
correctly,
and
brought
to
us
incorrectly.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
we
were
looking
forward
to
enjoying
some
complimentary
Turkish
tea,
but
were
told
after
paying
the
bill
that
it
had
run
out,
which
was
disappointing
as
it
was
one
of
the
reasons
we
chose
to
dine
there.
We
wish
we
had
been
informed
beforehand
so
we
could
have
made
an
informed
decision.
Additionally,
to
our
disappointment,
we
noticed
that
the
bill
included
the
incorrect
items
that
we
sent
back,
and
we
had
to
double-check
everything
to
ensure
we
were
not
overcharged.
If
we
hadn't
been
vigilant,
we
would
have
paid
more
than
what
we
owed,
which
was
a
frustrating
experience.
Overall,
the
poor
service
and
miscommunication
left
a
bad
taste
in
our
mouths,
and
we
left
feeling
unsatisfied.
While
we
appreciate
the
food,
the
poor
service
and
lack
of
consideration
for
our
expectations
have
left
us
feeling
discouraged
to
return.
We
hope
the
management
can
take
steps
to
ensure
better
communication
with
their
customers
and
ensure
a
more
enjoyable
experience.
