What a little gem of a place. One of the best meals we have had. Much better than fancy restaurants. We were treated like kings. Food super tasty and fresh. Got a complementary treat after lunch. Anyone looking for street food must give this place a try. Will be back

Was warned that we would need to wait 30 min but it's because they made the food fresh. Delicious seafood and chicken, all tender and well prepared. The presentation was lovely. Felt like eating at a fancy restaurant but from a food truck.

One of the nicest beach food stops to go to. The prices are great and the people that hang out there are great to talk to. As well as multilingual. The food was tasty and made extremely quick. I recommend sitting down to eat.

Nice booth at Mount Choisy Beach. Great food (rice, noodles, curries). We were greeted nicely with a shot of fresh juice and got a nice setting with two chairs for us to sit and watch the beach and ocean while eating. Food was great and very tasty.

Good food. Very proactive and friendly staff. Tried the two different magic bowls. The regular one was delicious and couldn't get enough. The seafood magic bowl had too much fish sauce and salt (probably due to clam sauce) for my liking, which made the taste and experience salty and fishy. However, that's probably due to my own preference and the food itself is made quick and seems to be fresh.

This is by far the worst food I’ve ever had. Ordered samosas that literally had one scrap on chicken and was mostly oily dough. Burgers not much better. Saw the staff mixing the salads with their bare hands. Really lucky to not get food poisoning. Waited over 40 minutes to be served. Horrible experience. Would give 0 star if an option.

Great place to grab something to eat and drink on the beach. We took the local shrimp dish and it was delicious 😋

This place is incredible. The food is sooooo goood. Just try it, even if you're not hungry.

Food was good and friendly people. However, we did not really have a look at the menu but were advised to take two fried rice currys (one vegetarian). The bill (incl. 2 soft drinks) was >1500 / 30€ what didn't really match our expectations for street food. Also, the portions were very small. Even though it was tasty, it was definitely too expensive.

Be wanted of a classic tourist trap! They catch you with a free fruit juice and rush you into ordering something to eat. Since we were hungry we gave it a try, and deeply regretted it soon afterwards. First of all, we paid almost 30€ for 2 main dishes (1x rice and 1x noodles with chicken and/or fish), including 1x starter. The taste was far beyond what we were used from other food trucks in Mauritius. When the woman from this food truck brought us our meals, she completely mixed them up with some meals from other persons. She did not even bother to sort them out, instead, she was kind of rude and told us to figure out the proper meals by ourselves. Well, I guess we should have seen the signs that of a classic tourist trap and should have walked by. Hope that others can prevent this disappointment in the future

We were there yesterday, our first full day on this wonderful island. Hans is cool, the food is great, the rum is strong, and letting us play some tunes was a very nice thing to do. We'll be back tomorrow!

I’ve known the place serving way better food and more friendly than now. Ordered samousas and had oil dripping down my hand and the chicken and chips was a disaster with the tiniest piece of chicken breast. Not at all value for money. Got a free desert. I looked at it twice but could not talk myself into trying it. Serving staff friendly though.

Amazing food and service. The fried rice was so good and moms sauce is delicious. They dropped over some carmel banana as well after we finished eating. Lovely food and staff.

What a spot! Beautiful kiosk on the beach, we had lunch there today and the food was absolutely delicious 😋 I had the grilled chicken with 'Mom's Sauce' and it was divine. Service was great, the guys there looked after us well. We got a free dessert of banana fritters, they were so good! Would highly recommend checking it out 🫶

Incredible food that you can eat on chairs watching the people go buy or take away and sit on the beach to eat. Sustainable packaging too! I went back twice and for the seafood salad and monster prawns. Excellent quality and very friendly staff! Well worth a visit if you are in/ around Mont Choisy!

I had an amazing lunch here today! Great food and service in an amazing spot, just in front of the beach, with a table nearby in shadow of the trees. I really recommend you to try this place. Take a look and judge yourself!

Great food! It's busy place, so you may have to sit on a blanket on the beach, and it may take 45 minutes to get the food, but it is definitely worth it.

Get to know the staff and you will be well looked after. Their food is all prepared from scratch so be patient especially during their peak lunchtime session. We had really good food and their prices are very reasonable.

Very nice food, and very nice staff. In addition to the delicious food, you also get a sitting rug. Together with the good view, fair prices, the visit is definitely worth it.

Recommend this place! The owner is positive, always gave us some nice desserts as a gift to our order. Try their fresh juice, its really good! Also, my top dish was dorado fillet with salad and chips! Yummy!

Very delicious food, I bought a seafood salad with plenty of shrimps and even octopus in it! And it was so pretty to eat it out of a shell. You can also get very good ice coffee here.
