    I'm a pastry chef in my country and given the opportunity to visit relatives who are living close by I visited this pastry shop. It certainly looks much much more evolved comparing to what I knew about a Romanian pastry shop. Flavours are rich without being too sweet and ingredients seem to be of a very good quality! Very fresh products as well! This is not a modern French style or international style pastry shop. I would say a very good try to modernize the already existing Romanian pastry tradition. I am only giving 4 stars because I would like to see what is obvious in other places around the world, a proper and decent packaging for their products to go. ***UPDATE*** April 2023 They finally use a nice to go box now!
