Stayed for a night to try this new hotel. Beautiful rooms, simple and quiet spacious. There is just one design problem with the shower room. It’s not fully sealed so water leaks and makes the bathroom floor all wet. We booked for a room with a city view. Indeed, we had a nice view. Beautiful clean-look designed lobby, bar and restaurant. Nice simple buffet breakfast with the usual standard choices. Mains pre-ordered and asked by the door host. The same host will go to the kitchen and serve. Just a bit odd to see only 1 staff servicing the breakfast area the morning we were there. Easy self check-in and check-out. Definitely recommendable for inexpensive easy stays in the heart of Chinatown.

Loved this place. Very friendly staff and very clean and modern. Located in the middle of Chinatown. Great location for some awesome food and local life. Their bar have great cocktails and the food is great too! My next stay in Bangkok, I’ll definitely be staying at the ASAI Chinatown Bangkok.

Perfect start to our holiday in Thailand. The staff are incredible. Always so helpful and polite: - checked us in early after an overnight flight - went and got petrol for my cousin when she visited and her car ran out of gasoline - let my nephew use the pool table even though he's too young Not too mention the great facilities and location.

No complaints at all about ASAI Chinatown - I had a wonderful stay there for my week-long trip in Bangkok. Rooms were clean and modern in decor, service was impeccable (they speak English as well for those worried), and even the breakfast was delicious. Couldn't have asked for a better location - I'm so glad I was within walking distance of Chinatown to properly enjoy all the restaurants and shops it had to offer during my trip. Took a taxi several times during my trip and the area right outside of ASAI Chinatown was very easy for taxi drivers to momentarily stop, which was convenient. Subway station around the corner (Wat Mangkon) definitely doesn't hurt, either! Had lots of transportation options near this hotel.

I’d stay again, great experience overall. The room was super clean, tidy, well equipped with mini-bar and pretty recent. The hotel design is nice and minimalist. Located in Chinatown, great location. It’s 2 walking to the subway (150 meters). The hotel is next to a mall with everything you need including food, Starbucks even a massage place. The breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel is excellent, excellent central location near a metro station. The hotel staff took care of showering for us after we left our luggage with them and walked around all day in the sun. We boarded the flight fresh. The breakfast is excellent. We highly recommend. We will be back again.😘

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. Located within a mall in Chinatown and a few minutes away from an MRT station, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions, and there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. One thing that stood out a out the rooms was the peace and quiet. I could hardly hear any noise from outside, which made my stay even more relaxing.

Great location if you want to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle of chinatown. A 7/11 is located very conveniently right below the building. And the Metro station is a 3 min walk away. Night time is great for street food and massages, all walkable distance.

Great location, mall directly in the hotel which is makes good food accessible. The hotel room itself though was very small, beds were very uncomfortable, lacking bathroom privacy & the appliances such as television were disappointing. Staff were pleasant and easy to work with and friendly.

Highly recommended! We had an amazing stay at ASAI Chinatown! The team was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect with all Chinatown has to offer within walking distance. An amazing experience and we will return. Highly recommended!

The location was superb and very convenience, overall was good. However, no staffs informed that the parking fee was required to pay half price by guest. Called and checked, FO who checked out just informed us to pay half price since the hotel absorbs half price without advanced information and no apology. This hotel may good for foreigners who have no car, just take the metro or a ride there! Sad after post stay!

Poor service for a hotel. Very much like a glorified service apartment if anything. Rooms were sparse though they were quite cute. In my opinion, in Bangkok you can do a lot better for the price. Location is a little bit out of the usual areas, so if it’s your first time in Bangkok, might not get the typical Bangkok feel. Chinatown is worth exploring though I wouldn’t want to stay there for a long time as it is not so catered to travelers. They charge for everything, including additional drinking water. Bottle openers are not provided, and you have to make your way down to the bar in the lobby to open every bottle. Extra water is chargeable. They provide 3 hangers in the rooms, not enough for two travelers. There is no storage space, so expect to live out of your suitcase, in a cramped space. No irons provided, and when we requested one, it was faulty. They checked us in half an hour late. It’s not that the staff was impolite on unfriendly, it was just poor service/training that isn’t up to 3 star hotel standards. One highlight was JamJam the restaurant downstairs that we thought was quite good.

I enjoy the smaller rooms of this hotel. They are clean, comfortable and fresh. The city views are great and the courtyard is a beautiful place to gain energy for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. 7Eleven, Watson, Let’s Relax Spa downstairs in I’m Chinatown mall. Close to MRT Wat Mangkon Station and very accessible to the city. I will continue to stay here each time I visit.

The Hotel itself is great and located in the centre of of Chinatown. Don't expect to find authentic Thai food. The staff were generally disengaged and lacked any helpful knowledge. No tour desk or information to find out how to get around. Don't stay here if you're not willing to use Google and eat Chinese food. The hotel breakfast and rooms were great.

When we were looking to explore Bangkok Chinatown, this was one of two hotels we shortlisted and I'm glad we chose ASAI. This hotel has a fantastic location if you want to explore Bangkok Chinatown. The rooms are clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet! The service has been outstanding too - great front desk (shout out to the two ladies there!) Some of the things we liked are the efforts to be sustainable (glass bottles that are refillable and no plastic amenities that are single use) and the minamalist look that provides for calm amidst the hustle that is Chinatown. We will definitely be back! Also decided to spend our 20th anniversary here and it has been memorable. Do check out their guides for places to explore and eat at near the hotel. Lots of food options! I'd skip breakfast in the hotel and go explore unless you're not a fan of Asian breakfasts (rice, noodles and more)

Their counters recommended us private car to the airport in extremely high price. When after we rejected their suggestion. They doesn't want to serve. Tell us just go out, find security. After all stay 5 days in this hotel it was very unhappy experience & met very unsafe cheater counters. Hotel quarters attitude is almost same. Never ask them taxi, it looks like their all counters working together for cheating earning that money. Never met such unreliable, horrible hotel counters in any other hotels around the world. Is still not really understand the reason is money or any other?

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect for exploring Bangkok! The location is ideal for public transport links and taxis, rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent too! Highly recommend.

Strategic hotel in Chinatown. Near Wat Mongkon train station and within walking distance to many places for food and drinks all day and all night. Located on top of IM Chinatown mall with 7-11, restaurants, and many things. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. The lobby, restaurant and garden is beautiful with mini farm and lovely lounge chairs. My only complaint is that they don't have kettle in the room because I sometimes like to relax with hot tea in the room.

The service is exceptional! Highly recommend. We ordered some street food to have it in our hotel, but we don’t want to eat in our room hence we came down to the lobby, the staff served us like we have been ordering from them. Offering us chopstick bowls napkins and even help us to clean up our dishes. Five star service!

I stayed here last year in May 2022. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The concept was truly wonderful, and everything felt incredibly new and impeccably clean. The breakfast was a delight, and I couldn't get enough of the delicious sourdough bread—it quickly became my favorite. The location couldn't have been more convenient. It was close to various shops where we could easily find food and toiletries, and the nearby metro station made getting around a breeze. We're already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely choose to stay here again without a second thought!

My stay here at ASAI hotel was amazing. The rooms are very clean. The lobby is a great place to relax or chat with friends. The breakfast is buffet style with many options. The location is one street away to the main road of Chinatown which is very convenient. The service is immediate and very helpful. Overall this place is great and very well valued for a vacation stay!

I had no idea that Bangkok's Chinatown boasted such a stunning, newly built hotel. It's the area's first chain hotel, while others operate like local businesses. The rooms are not only affordable but also equipped with all the necessary amenities like hot water, separated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The hotel's prime location near the subway, street food stalls, and cultural attractions make it a perfect choice for travellers. It's conveniently situated between the old city and a modern shopping mall, ensuring a quick and easy commute to either destination. In the morning, I enjoyed a delightful buffet-style breakfast with an array of options, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel occupies the 4th floor of the bustling I'm Chinatown shopping mall, making it a great base for exploring restaurants, shops, and even massage parlours.

We stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. The room is spacious enough, clean and with a modern design. The hotel is located inside a small shopping mall with 7/11, watsons and many eateries. A few steps away you can find lots of delicious Chinese restaurants. It’s the perfect spot to explore Chinatown.

Our stay at Asai was wonderful, the rooms are new, clean and tastefully designed. We had a very comfortable big bed and the lobby is lovely to relax in. There is also a pool table and 24hr gym for guests to use. The location is just off the main/busy streets of main Chinatown but only a very short walk away. It is also very close to one of the metro stations - about a 5 minute walk. The service at the reception was always welcoming and friendly. France at reception demonstrated this and was extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

We've had an excellent stay at ASAI for 5 nights. The room was clean, tidy, well equipped and pretty recent. The hotel design is neat. The staff is helpful in every situation. The breakfast was decent and at a reasonable price. Because it's in Chinatown, it's quite busy and drivers seem to refrain picking you up because of the traffic. (taxi/bolt/grab). Still the maximum amount of time we had to wait was 15 minutes. Even at 5:30am. It just takes a couple of tries and drivers before one is confirmed. The hotel is conveniently located, in a very active neighborhood, many good food options, and close to a metro station (100 meters). A convenient store next door.

Stayed for three nights during my CNY leisure plus business trip to Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, with new and nicely-functional facilities. Air-con is quite, bed/bedding/pillows are perfect, hair dryer is good, the room was also sunny when you need to stay at home but still can feel very relaxed. These requires attention to details and are not easily found in 3-Star hotels! The restaurant/bar and outdoor area are superb. When I need to stay in for work, I still have nice environment - my own private room or in the public. Both were very nice. Definitely will choose ASAI again for my next trip to Bangkok.

This place is actually perfect in everything. The location is in the middle of bustling Chinatown without being in the complete craziness of masses, right next to a well connected tube station. So u r able to reach the whole city easily. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful!! Breakfast is really good too. The rooms are very comfortable with enough space and the gym is just great! The only issue I had, and most likely that's because I am a very light sleeper, was the ventilation and how thin the walls are. I couldn't sleep well because you can hear the AC from other rooms with a quite loud humming noise all night. I was able to move to another room, but it was the same there, unfortunately. Again, I have to say, though, that I am very noise sensitive and the staff did everything to help

Very nice hotel in Chinatown. Arguably the best spot to stay in Chinatown. It is right off the busy streets, so you can avoid the hustle and bustle of the nightlife. It’s nice and quiet. This hotel is very modern and gives you a luxury feel. The location is also very convenient, it is right next to a nice department store/mall. Offers a wide range of things from your convenient Watson’s (pharmacy) to bubble tea and food court. I was also able to get contacts there when my old ones ran out. There’s also a 7-Eleven located right underneath, which is very convenient. The only complaint I have is about the breakfast. Definitely not worth it to me. Very minimal selection with only two hot foods (not, including the porridge or the buns). We stayed there for four nights and every single morning they were low on food and did a poor job replacing it. Definitely expected a much better breakfast. I would recommend getting there early if you want there to be anything left over. don’t expect there to be many hot foods available.

Very convenient location just 5 minutes to the subway station. Its also located at a parallel street just 3 minutes away from the main Chinatown street, so it was not as noisy when you are in the room resting. I think this is very good. The interiors were simple, modern but had that little subtle touch with local flavours. I liked it! Rooms were bright and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
