Definitely a 3 star hotel at best. Upon entering the lobby, I was hoping that our room would be just as nice. This is an older hotel and it showed once we got off the elevator onto our floor. The door to our room needed a good cleaning. So did the door to the bathroom, I didn't want to touch anything. I'm glad I had Clorox wipes and I wiped down all the surfaces, I needed several wipes because of all the dirt on the nightstands and the desk area. I didn't have enough wipes for the doors. The breakfast buffet was nice and had many choices. We wanted to take a walk outside the hotel but there wasn't anything in the area to walk to, not even a place to shop. There was a 7-Eleven across the street for snacks, that's about it.

This hotel is not nice, but has seen better days. It advertises its bars and restaurants but all but one are closed. The rooms are functional but could need a little refreshing. There is an outdoor pool just outside - viewable from the balcony. From early morning til afternoon kids are playing and screaming and no one seems to take care or ensure any kind of behavior. The location is good if you are visiting official - ministries or so. If this is what you are looking for then the hotel is okay - but be ready for an insane level of noise from screaming kids.

Breakfast buffet: 2 stars. The dishes are basiccally the same every morning. And the taste are just average. After the second one, you will be tired of breakfast. Cleanliness: 4 stars Comfort: 4 stars, bed was comfortable, room was large. We booked a 2 queen bed room. Pool: 2 stars, not for children as it is very deep and the hotel provide no lifejet. Location: 1 star, you have to take taxi/grab to every where. And taking taxi/grab in bangkok for a group of 7 is painful. There is no meter, just negociate fix price. The tour counter: 0 star, they really try to scam you into fix tour. Always pushy and mislead you. Do not use them for whatever you want to do. Inside hotel staff service: 4 stars. I have no problem. The check in and out was smooth.

This was definitely the highlight of our stay in Bangkok. From the extremely polite driver to all the staff they made the cruise ๐Ÿ˜ well worth it. I don't remember when last I enjoyed the food so much. I have particular food preferences and I had so much to choose from. I really enjoyed the food and am still thinking about it. I also liked the music it was quite fun. Very enjoyable ๐Ÿ˜Š time spent. Money spent well.

The hotel itself is very clean and welcoming. The gym is a bit small for a so called 4 star hotel and the pool has a jacuzzi but it is not heated so itโ€™s a bit of disappointing. The breakfast you will get as much coffee as you need with a waiter ref-filing it up any time you would like. But the food itself doesnโ€™t change so find leftovers of the morning before on the next day.

We stayed at this hotel in 2006 & decided to stay here again. What a disappointment this time! The outside is totaly deteriorated except for the beautiful trees. The lobby looked luxurious but there was absolutely no atmosphere. The children had a swim in the pool which was quite nice looking but also needs a renovation. The sun beds were old & it was overall grubby. We got two garden looking double rooms with a connecting door but the worst thing was the disgusting old carpet in the rooms (and also the passageway to the rooms). It was horribly dirty & the room had a strange smell because of it. The room looked quite clean but because of the carpet & old recliner I didn't feel comfortable at all & couldn't help wondering how old the mattress was. I was glad to be out of there after our short stopover before heading home. Also there is nothing interesting in walking distance a Taxi/Grab is always needed to get around. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this at hotel at all!!

Confy bed, good service and good location. But one thing disappointed me a lot. I ordered a cafe latte during my breakfast and the lady said I would have to pay extra for it. I said ok. I was thinking it would cost me around 100 bahts. Later she came with the bill and guess how much I paid for 1 cup of latte? 176 bahts!!!

The hotel is old. The room is large but stinks mold. Could not use wardrobes because of the smell. Refrigerator does not work. Power sockets are not in useful places. Too many noise from other rooms and corridor. The cleaning service is just changing sheets. They did not clean one day and we stayed 8 nights. Wifi is good in the room and there is a separate work desk which is nice. The hotels many advertised amenities does not operating like roof bar and free shuttle. Last but not least the location is really bad. No coffee, breakfast or bar nearby. There are not even a 7/11 shop close by. You always need a taxi to go around.

Simply THE BEST. Wonderful, warm hearted staff who go out of their way to help. Comfortable beds. Great pool. Worth staying a little out of the commercial hub to get a quiet, restful nightโ€™s sleep. Taxis are so cheap that you can still go anywhere. A short walk to Khao San. We LOVED it!!!

A poor hotel on nearly every level. Rooms long past their best. Bathrooms shocking. Few if any chargers in the bedrooms and those that are there are virtually inaccessible. No hot water when I stayed. Returned to the hotel at 22:50 to be told an alcoholic drink was not possible as the bar closes at 22:00!!!. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I was told to go to 7 11 and bring it to my room. Breakfast also average at best. Location does not make up for everything else in any way.

Very nice hotel, with excellent service and personnel. Also, you can go from there anywhere you want, as it is very central and good for taxis and grab drivers to find, as they can drive in there. What I liked the most was the quietness at night, and the rooms were so cool. You don't even need the AC at night. Will come back anytime, while beeing in Bangkok.

Room is large and OK (a bit old school, with some things looking like 1970s). Main problem for me that it was a bit far to go anywhere (by foot), you need to hire grab or tuk tuk to get around. 7/11 is 10mins walking.

We had an interconnecting double and twin. Very large rooms. The hotel is probably past its best but clean and comfortable. The safe battery was low/not working; we reported this to Reception however it was never rectified. The kids loved the pool, which was very deep, although not enough seating during peak times. Breakfast was OK, included in the initial booking. Mixture of Thai and Western options, with coffee machines. We booked an extra night but didn't opt for the breakfast. There are better value options nearby. Easy to organise Grab. We walked back from Koh San, which took about 30mins.

I was charged extra for clothes I didn't make laundry. I cleaned 7 pieces of clothes and the price was 30 euros. In general services were over price, massage 60 euros when normally you pay 8 euros anywhere. Food at the restaurant also very expensive and not high quiality...Bad experience with services and the room was old

Nice hotel but dated. All the amenities you would expect as a Westerner, WiFi, laundry service, turn down service, even a couple chilled bottles of water.

Many menu items are good. Chinese, Japanese, Italian restaurants and some bakeries are available. The restaurants are opened only for lunch and dinner. Ample outdoor parkings. We have not spent the night there so cannot comments on the room services.

We've not even checked in yet and I want to check out, We arrived early and asked if it was possible to checkin, the receptionist didn't even check if the room was vacant the night before and told us to pay 1000baht if we wanted the room now, we then went to the pool which looks nothing like the photos online, all the chairs are cracked and dirty, the pool looks oily and is freezing cold, the toilets are disgusting and the place is drowning in mosquitos. Breakfast is 470b per person, it looked basic so we didn't try it.

We stayed 2 nights in the family room with a balcony. Stars โญ๏ธ says itโ€™s a 4-star hotel but to be honest bathroom looks like a 2-star hotel. The shower ๐Ÿšฟ wasnโ€™t working properly toilet flush wasnโ€™t functioning well. no tub ๐Ÿ›€ in the bathroom. The beds were of so low quality they were moving with slight force. I wouldnโ€™t be looking to stay at this hotel in the future if I ever visited Bangkok again in my life.

Our stay at Royal Princess Larn Luang was pleasant enough, but be warned that the Deluxe rooms face the rising sun and the curtains cannot be closed fully, which means sleeping in is generally not an option unless you're in the habit of using blindfolds. The staff tried to accommodate us with another room with a double bed (much smaller than the king we'd expected) and it was unfortunately not nearly as comfortable as it should be. The location is good, though, so I'd recommend considering a stay here if you're okay accepting the aforementioned shortcomings.

Good but laundry was a rinse, way too expensive. Rooms also had loads of empty space for no reason. But I canโ€™t complain, was very clean and the staff were epic games. Pool was really good. Gym wasnโ€™t very extensive. Location was quiet but close to 7/11. Near to good market though. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Princess. We used it as a one night base from and to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Definitely, will come back in the future

Lobby of this hotel was very nice, staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was not cheap, so we opted out of this. Hallways and hotel rooms were quite old and had an old musty smell. When comparing to other hotels at similar price level, this one is good. Close to sight-seeing places, however I found it far away from main action points (we had to call a taxi most of the time when heading out to grab food, etc.). pros: nice pool, friendly staff, comfy beds, pool view balconies, lobby staff available to help with calling a taxi.

The exterior and interior design was good, with at least a very small gym and a decent sized swimming pool. However, the corridors are a bit too closed off with no windows. Making it seem a stuffy. Overall the experience was good, I would suggest book the rooms with a balcony or a view to the pool as the surroundings have buildings all over with little view of the city.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff very friendly. Management very considerate when we missed our first night stay and didn't charge for it. Points of interests within 1-3 km radius of the hotel. Would come back definitely. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very quiet due to covid but still had a pleasent 3 night stay. Staff very polite and efficient. Would be 5* but the pool needed a good clean and the PH was off so only used once.
