Es war grausam. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Zerschlissene, schmutzige Teppiche in den Fluren und Zimmern, schlechte Gerüche, verklummte Kopfkissen, Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche, 3 Etagen und kein Lift. Schrecklich! Wir haben ein Zimmer abgelehnt. Das 2.war nicht besser. Alles lieblos und niveaulos. Nur wir hatten mehr als 1000km Autofahrt hinter uns. Waren erschöpft. Bitte gut überlegen, ob man sich DAS antut.

Based on this 1st experience, would not stay at a Kyriad again. Weird hotel. I wonder who came up with "automotive" as a design concept. I certainly didn't find it attractive. OK amenities but worn looking. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast. No place inside or locked outside for our bikes - the first time we have encountered this in many European cycling trips. We finally locked them up on a second floor landing. There would have been plenty of room in the reception area and for pete's sake, there was already a car in there, but the clerk would not hear of that. Also in spite of advertising unlimited wifi, I had to argue strenuously for a third wifi code for my husband & myself (I am a writer and use 2 devices) as well as my having one. Can't see how this is a 3 star.

Could not check in because of the payment terminal that only acepts credit card with pin code, no stripe. booking.com promissed the refund but never got a response from the hotel till today. Person at the reception spoke very poor english.

Schlecht? Nein es ist schlimmer! Dieses Hotel hat nur zwei Sterne. Auf Booking.com wird es unter 3 verkauft! Unfassbar sag ich euch! Wir haben dort genau 2 Minuten ausgehalten! Dieser furchtbarer Geruch, das verrostete Badezimmer, die Handtuchhalter hingen aus der Wand, schlimmer gehts nicht! Das Bett ist wirklich unbequem. Wir hatten das Gefühl, als wären wir im Stundenhotel gelandet. Wir waren nur auf Durchreise und wollten eigentlich nur zum übernachten dort bleiben, aber es war unmöglich. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das Geld wurde nicht erstattet. Bitte die Finger von lassen.

Will not use again. No air con , hotel needs a major revamp as is grubby.Also quite noisy. Only used as campanile was full.Pay a bit more get a much better hotel.

I like these places. Simple. Clean. A fair room rate. Easy parking. Short walk to town center. Polite and friendly staff. Breakfast in my opinion is overpriced. Plenty of it though. No fried egg or bacon .

Der Patron gibt sich Mühe. Ist aber hoffnungslos überfordert. Und genau dann nicht da, wenn die Mehrzahl der Gäste anreist. Dann muss man mit einem Automaten kämpfen. Insgesamt eine recht schäbige Kaschemme.

Das Zimmer hatte einen muffigen Geruch, der, wie ich herausfand vom Abfluss im Bad kam. Das Bad machte keinen sehr sauberen, bzw. gepflegten Eindruck. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einen Straße, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber kein Problem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Die Matratze bequem. Es müffelt etwas und ist nicht super geputzt. Für eine Nacht ist es okay.

Great location, easy check in . Simple rooms at a reasonable price.

3 stars, but barely. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Ambience, location, towels (rags) were sub-par.

Its normal hotel I advice them to make renew for all rooms .it seems olds

It was ok, but only for one night. Bathroom is old, all my bed was covered with hairs (of different people- I could have studied the history of the bed)
