Campanile s a great chain with many lovely places and a great welcome. This one has been of great deception. I got there and the receptionist wanted me to pay a 2nd time for the room..until I showed her I had already paid. She then said that I still needed to pay the night tax. That tax is not an issue. What the issue is, is that she doubted I had paid for the room and made me feel bad.

Stayed there on the 19th of July, while leaving, left my jacket on the chair, emailed them the same day and got no reply, called them two days later and quite a few times after but they said they didn’t speak english, since then, we’ve gotten no response from them. Plus bedsheets were dirty, had to ask them for spares.

Totally easy check in time, very nice receptionist spoke multiple languages . I speak some French so did not need a translator. Beds are so comfy i slept well. A 2 km walk to town center but it is worth it for the architecture there. A beautiful river runs through north of center The river Doub. Lots of shopping to be done. Very close to Hotel are superstores and restaurants. It's quiet with total blackout blinds for security and privacy. I have to say great value for money.

For what it is this is very well run and good for a stopover. Restaurant food quite good for this type of hotel. Staff very helpful.

For 93 Euros I was expecting a better sound insulation

The hotel is modest and clean, service is okay, provides and a good stay.

OK price, breakfast and staff - hygiena especially in the bathroom (see the dirty towel on the floor)

Warm welcome and very clean. Great stop over.

Bath had hair in it, smelled damp, rooms not clean, unpleasant

4star standard for a 3star hotel.

Damp and smelly rooms, really uncomfortable, bed sheets were yellow

Die zwei Sterne gibt es für die Zimmer, sauber und das Bett super bequem. Keine Sterne gibt es für die Kochkünste und das Restaurant wo es extrem kalt war. Eine Person für Rezeption, Küche und Service, dass geht nicht. Plus: kostenfreie Parkplätze

Alles in Ordnung, sauber, guter Service, es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Schöne Aussicht, für ein paar Nächte völlig in Ordnung
