Excellent service, knowledge and price regarding watches. No high pressure sales , Danny brought watches I was interested in from another store. Walked me through how to set time, date, moon phase. Good advice about when not to adjust time, first time any sales person mentioned this potential issue, though I was already aware. Danny also registered the watch and I received the warranty notification while I waited. Sometimes you may get a sketch feeling buying something in the Caribbean. I left fully confident in my experience.

Not only did I find my dream watch for a great price… We also had the pleasure of making a new friend in the process. Got email lasr week re black friday special on diamond studs, emailed but no reply. Went in person on sat and saw a pair with Mark. Said i would be back later but could not, so googled hours and said closed on Sunday. Went this morning and saw Mark who was told that tge studs have gone up 22% to 1525us because i did nit come back on sunday when website said it was closed. Bad business practice and not honourable people. Waste my time and taxi money. Shiva had corrected the problem and solved it to everyone’s satisfaction. Will be back again
