Had the kids spud, southwest Turkey melt, Black Angus Club, bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup, and a nacho basket. All of us had their amazing sweet tea. Not busy at all. Please like and rate my review if it helps you... thanks

First, the sandwiches were good. My husband's would have been better if he had received it hot as ordered. Our food was placed in an area where (I believe) take out or delivery food is placed. Therefore, we waited a long time and then my husband got a cold sandwich, when hot was ordered. Then when we got to our car with the food, the sides were missing. The young lady at the counter, when told the sides were missing, was surly. She got the two sides, tried to hand them to me without placing them in a bag. I already had take out containers in my hand and when I requested she bag the sides, she basically slung them across the counter. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff will cause us to think twice about eating there. Restaurant food is too expensive for this family to spend money in a place where the staff is rude.

I ordered To Go, a New Yorker with mayo and a MacAlisters Club sandwich. Received 2 New Yorkers both with mustard. Needless to say, my wife who dislikes mustard and I dislike corned beef AND pastrami, were very unhappy about having to choke down our lunch. Pitiful.

It was a pretty good meal. Se vice was a bit slow even though there was only 1-2 customers in the place.

I will not give review for the food or service. I think this next statement speaks for itself in whole. Placing my order at the register by the Shift Leader. She kept looking down at the counter rather then the register screen. Why you ask?? PLAYING ON HER PHOME AND TAKING MY ORDER/MONEY IN THE SAME MOTION!!!!! Went to set down to see 2 waitresses playing in theirs! This is very unsanitary for one. But also unprofessional and obviously poorly managed. Because of this front end experience, 0 stars. And believe me no one who is being paid to read and rectify this will care. Just know this is the liberal management we get today for the money we spend at these places!!!

Made my order through Uber Eats. I wasn’t given the option on the app to choose a specific condiment I wanted so I called the store. The girl who was answering phones on April 9 at 4:40 needs to work on her customer service skills, it’s not that hard. Ordered a french DIP sandwich and it didn’t include the dip.

My family and I went in to eat, but the woman working told us to hold on she had to finish eating. Safe to say we left. She then proceeded to argue with us that her eating was more important that taking our order. Plus the staff in the back was playing on there phones. We said we'll go somewhere else. She replied with "yall have fun with that"

Food is good but service is ZERO. Not worth the 45 minute wait or rude service. Called to place a to go order and was hung up on three times. Went inside the store to order and order took over 40 minutes to receive. Love the food but really disappointed in the customer service from past recent times I have ordered.

Ordered a salad three times in a row and each came with expired lettuce and lots of slimy pieces. Used to love this place and order a salad regularly, but I’m going to Jason’s since there is seemingly no quality control on the produce.

My first time to eat here. Absolutely the best salad I have ever eaten. I had the southwest chicken avocado salad and chicken tortilla soup. The Chile lime dressing is excellent

Ordered online.. “ready in 15 mins” Lies. Waited almost an hour maybe closer to 45min weak sauce. this place just isn’t what it used to be. No pickle spear, no avocado or lettuce on my sandwich. Spend close to $40 gas prices too high to drive back and the help there doesn’t seem to be in the customer service business. I’m not going back again. Sick of spending money at places that can’t get right. I wanted to leave no stars but won’t let me post without one.

The food is great. It tastes fresh and supper yummy!! The 'Italian' sandwich rocks! And the staff, Gloria in particular, is incredibly friendly and probably the best thing about that place (other than the food ;) lol !!! Easy one of my new favorite places for lunch!

I always get a chicken Caesar salad, potato salad, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the pink lemonade. My two complaints are that 1) their chicken doesn’t taste the best and seems a bit dry, but it’s really a minor complaint as I still get the salad quite often. 2) It was only a bit past 8 p.m., and they were out of pink lemonade and refused to make more even though they didn’t close until 9 p.m. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make it and refrigerate the rest for the next day. I mean, it’s lemonade. Overall, I love this place though! The food is soooo good! It’s also very reasonably priced.

Stopped by for Sunday afternoon lunch. Food was great tasting and very fresh! I ate the chicken chipotle and my GF had the french dip. Highly recommend both choices!

Very nice front staff. However, I was short on time and decided to go hear instead of a sit down restaurant so that I could get something to go. There were only four other people in the restaurant, and I was the only counter order to go. I waited over 20 min for a reuben and potato salad, and it was cold and soggy when I sat down to eat it 5 minutes later. I normally get a sandwich from McAlister's in about 5 minutes, maybe 10 if it is a little busy.

I had my food delivered. Upon opening up the bag, food was missing. I called the store and told the one answering the phone. She put me on hold. The manager answered and I told him my issue. He laughed at me and told me I could come pick it up. He was very, very unprofessional! This was not the first time I did not get all of my order from them.

This is the third time in a row that we have come in and the kids meals were served without a cookie. I went back up to the counter and asked for them and the associate told me they didn't have any made. I asked if they were going to make some (since they are a menu item included with kids meals and we ordered kids meals) and she said they actually didn't have any to make. She offered no alternative. It seems frivolous to make a point about a cookie, but if they aren't going to have them anymore or arent going to serve them, they should take them off of the menu. I paid almost $60 for lunch.....we want the included cookie 😅

Update: Service has seriously started to decline…see updated post! The Chef Salad at McAlister’s never disappoints…so delicious and no extra charges to add roasted pepper trio and purple onions to make it just right …yum!
