Excellent experience! Where to begin... first off when we walked into the store at least several employees friendly welcomed us, and they graciously took our orders. Our food was made promptly and deliciously! I was able to buy my delicious meatball sub and a bag of chips with an (any size) drink for just about 12-13 dollars. Although it's not quite as cheap as eating at Wendy's or McDonald's, the quality more than makes up for the price difference. In my opinion, this restaurant is better than subway which is similarly priced. Definelty will be going back!

Food was great. I would rate 5 but when we were coming in the employee in the picture was getting dropped of and had a horrible potty mouth. Lots of words I don't want my 5 year old knowing.

I just love their Italian sub sandwich. It is so good. I get it all the time. The service was great.

Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar, Wheat Bread, Large. Ordered carry-out, made fresh while I watched. Sandwich was very good, good ratios of meat, cheese, and sauce. Friendly service. Would go again.

My order was placed a online in advance. I came in the store and customers in line and customers that came in after i waited 15 minutes had there order before my order.

Had the beef and cheddar sandwich and seemed a bit skimpy on the meat for the price. More bread than meat. Otherwise it was good.

Ms. Bee and her team were awesome on this day. I get confused very easily and they were very patient, the food was so good and the service was even better. It was very refreshing to see such a pleasant work environment in which management and staff go along and were having a good time

I love firehouse sub 🤩 My favorite is the hook and ladder. And the pickle is so good with the sandwich . I saved my other piece for later

This is always a good sub. I like a little bit of bold flavor and their Caption Sorinson sauce is great. This restaurant is clean and the service is fast and friendly.

I've never had an issue with my sub until today . I ordered the footlong veggie and one half of my sub was fine but the second side tasted like it was cross contamination with meat. I wanted to puke

They make very good subs, every one I take there comment how good their food is, I like we all like it. They have the right size to fit all appetites.

While I usually have a good experience with them, I just returned to work and found my order was not correct. I ordered an Italian and Grilled Chicken Salad. There's supposed to be Genoa salami and chicken. My salad has no salami!

Waited in line and nobody took my order. A guy told me that another person will take my order and pointed to a woman. Went over to her and she decided to turn around and start talking to the rest of the workers. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Waited and still no service. Just had to turn around and leave.

First time eating at a Firehouse subs - very disappointed. I ordered online, for pickup. The email confirmation said the chips would be in the bag, when I got home, they weren’t. I ordered the Jamaican jerk turkey and the Engineer. I ordered one on wheat, both had white bread. They had soggy turkey shreds, way too much Mayo, and just a scattering of lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, etc. The girl who handed me my order was uncommunicative and unfriendly. I gave my experience 2 stars because as I was leaving, the young man behind the counter smiled and said thank you, have a nice day.

The lady at the counter was so rude & told her we don’t eat pork & gave italian sub when asked for spicy cajun chicken

Great sandwiches! Normally have fast and friendly service. Ingredients are served fresh and most of the employees seem happy to be there. The restaurant does tend to get busy around lunch time. The restaurant is mostly clean with exception sometimes of the bathrooms. Great place for a sandwich.
