An excellent choice if you have limited time in Port Louis. A very recently built temple, meaning the painting is very new and rich in colour. The local bus goes straight past it and you can even walk from the city centre. Definitely worth a visit. Make sure to donate something to the very peaceful experience you will have.

Followed the Cavdee procession to the temple. Impressive to see people walking bare feet whilst carrying their Cavadee. The roads were hot despite being hosed down by a water carrier truck. At the Temple every was made very welcome with people freely sharing food and drink without any distinction or limits as to how much they could have. A real lessson in community spirit and sharing with everyone who visited the temple.

It's a very beautiful and coloured temple. But mostly I was surprised about the friendly people who invite foreign guys to see their religious temple.

Beautiful and peaceful temple, you have to go through some narrow streets to get to it, but it's worth the while. Parking available on site.

Very nice temple 25-minute walk to Plaine Verte

First of all you can park your car in the temple. There ise park spot. Second thing the temple is small. But colorful and nice to see it.
