My wife and I visited the store and were very interested in a number of furniture items. We were in the store for some time (only one other customer in the store) and both female staff members could not be bothered to assisted us, let alone greet us as they were too busy talking to each other and looking at us. We ended up walking out in disgust. They certainly missed out on a lot of money being spent there. Very disappointing!!!!!

This store has the most variety of any Adair's I've ever been to, and usually has some good sale items available. Nice range of furniture that you don't typically see in their other stores, purely because of how large this one is!

Quite rude staff. I browsed here for a good 10 minutes and the staff did not acknowledge me at all. I was keen to buy a throw rug but felt completely overlooked. The women here reminded me of Trude and Prue from Kath and Kim. Very disappointed. I work in customer service and it is not ok to be warm and inviting to some guests and not others. I took my business elsewhere.

Huge, beautiful store full of inspiration and ideas. Friendly staff and the biggest range in stock. You can spend hours just wandering and checking out the specials.

Friendly staff, Emma was incredibly supportive, ordering in specific coloured towels for me, and assisting me in finding what I needed to!

Worse customer service ever. Brought the wrong pillow for the wife, returned within a day, however, they refused to change it and saying that I have used it when we did not. Pretty much calling customer a liar.

Incredibly poor customer service. 3 staff with 2 customers in store (myself included) and staff were more interested in chatting to themselves than acknowledging me. Only began to offer help after I’d struggled but managed to grab something off a high shelf and was clearly making a purchase. Visited on 24/9 at 11am.
