Had a great time here today. I tend to go for the same meal when going out for food, burger, chips the classic. Most the time the ratings end up being 3* for this reason or that but they really set the bar high here. The burger was a little more on the expensive side however what you get for it is completely worth it. A large amount of meat, different kinds too which means the taste doesn't get repetitive. The chips tasted really good, and it wasn't just a handful either. They really put a lot into it all. Everyone enjoyed, everyone was left full and we were right on the beach too. 5*

Cannot fault this place at all. Every time I've eaten here, it's exceeded my expectations. Had an amazing family meal out tonight with two very excited 11 year olds, one celebrating their birthday. From start to finish, staff couldn't do enough. Food was outstanding as usual and the atmosphere was amazing. Literally the best place around.

Seen a few people say that this restaurant is overpriced. I'd like to make things as clear as possible ... for the size portions you get, this is far from overpriced. The Chefs at The Front don't just serve up really tasty food, but value for money. Along with the excellent service from the waitresses, it made me want to return in the future! I had the BFC burger, which I highly recommend if your eyes are bigger than your belly. It was perfectly cooked and the loaded fries were just so well seasoned! My only negatives would be that there may be too much choice on the menu, and despite the Pork Belly being really tasty, the skin could have been crisper and the fat rendered down more. I would also suggest checking the plates you serve food on as a few of them seemed badly chipped.

Called in in the afternoon, a few couples with dogs in enjoying drinks and food after dog walking, all the dogs were well behaved apart from one that kept yapping if it didn't get constant attention. Could not fault the service, staff were friendly and helpful. The food was ok, Burgers were nice, Fries looked nice but were a bit bland even with the seasoning on. Seems a bit over priced by a few £ for what it was.

Omg had the best night last night. Birthday meal which food was out of this world yet again. Then cocktails.....yummy. Drag queen bingo.....most fun we've had in a very long time, I loved every second of it. Can't wait for next date to be released, I'll be booking our table straight away.

Great little breakfast for the adults and kids, they had some drawing things for the children to keep them entertained and the food was great! Highly recommended for a quick bite or a nice sit down.

I've been wanting to try the Front for a while so I decided to meet a mate for breakfast. You don't need to book a table, just turn up. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly waiter who showed us to our table. Not long after he returned and took our food order. I think about 10 minutes later our drinks arrived then shortly our food. I chose the breakfast which looked quite good, however I was rather disappointed to find that the bacon advertised as thick cut was just normal bacon, beans Luke warm, toast that tasted like cheap butter on it, but the worst thing was the eggs, 1 was cooked great but the other still had translucent egg white still on it. The service was really good, staff very friendly and although a rainy day, the view was still nice. Although breakfast wasn't great, the latte tasted good. I will return to try the evening menu as it looks good but sadly I won't be back for breakfast.

Huge portion sizes, good quality food. Cocktails were lovely too. More than just a 'burger bar', this no frills restaurant has something for everyone.

Fab place, with sea views. Dog friendly inside. Listen to your waitress about the large portion sizes! I took a big doggie bag home.

Excellent friendly welcome for myself and my husband along with our Cockapoo. Food was delicious, portions very generous!! Water provided for dog and our uneaten food was packed up for us to take home. Perfect end to a walk on the beach and amazing sunset views to accompany our meal!

My favourite place for food, the staff are wonderful, food and portion sizes are great for the price. I haven’t had a disappointed experience and I’ve been to the front several times.

Recently (26th Jan 2024) ordered from here for delivery. The brisket balls were amazing with chilli jam. Another side were diabolo pinto fries. These were HOT! (be warned) they do try to warn you. The brisket ramen bowls were the best we've had much better than a certain franchise W.M. Much more meat and much more flavour too. I gave 5 atmosphere because it always looks like great spacious atmosphere when walking the dogs along the beachFRONT. But have never had sit down meal (yet).

Lovely food, would've given a 5 star however our first waitress was quite rude and sarcastic and even yawned and rolled her eyes at us and told us to let her do her job, last waitress was really lovely and understanding! Amazing restaurant just wish the staff were better at customer service
