Waitresses seemed off. She greeted and served people who came after us and didn't give us our drinks until she brought the meal. The paper lining in the fish and chips basket bled blue ink into our food. I'm giving one star because the Cole slaw was really good. Hate to leave a review like this 😔

Says opens at 9 and was not open. How am I supposed to enjoy my airport beer with the only bar closed...

Horrible service couldn’t even get a freaking Coke to save my life walked up and went to another restaurant. She tried to get me to take it to go!? Like geeeze how long for a coke.

All low reviews of this place are correct, they are low staffed, lack of food and food inconsistently. We chose the only other restaurant in the airport, which is so much better.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is truly special. Literally the worst service, food, and disheveled experience I've had at any service establishment - anywhere.

Not going to lie, was super confused about what is going on here at this place. A menu with 4 choices some of them seem to be the same sandwiches sold in the vending machine But what really threw me for a loop was shipyard didn’t actually have their own beer available for sale? Something about the weekend and there inventory being held up by tsa but it didn’t make sense. It’s not like the holiday weekend snuck up on anyone and shipyard nit even having their own beer available is just weird. it also doesn’t explain why we waited 10 mins for the bar tender to seat us while the two waitresses seemed to be purposefully ignoring those of us standing and waiting to be seated

We are there yesterday. Our waitress was, idk what she was, but she was mentally NOT PRESENT. We ordered 4 drinks. She brings 2. I ask for the other 2. She brings them to a different table. I ask again for the drinks and she brings them To the exact same table behind us again. Then we ordered food. She brings double of the order and says “oh yeah that’s an excessive order for a small Group like you (5 adults 1 toddler)- yeah I did not order 10 baskets of chicken tenders and fries. Then she comes with the check even though we didn’t ask for the check yet. I asked for the supervisor and told her how AWFUL THE SERVICE WAS and she said the extra food we got we don’t have to pay- well I would’ve not payed for it at all. The supervisor didn’t seem surprised though. When I looked at the check she had charged us for 1 menu and 3 drinks. The rest was on the table behind us check. So they complained about their check and what they had not ordered. I didn’t say a thing and payed my check cash - for this awful service I didn’t even give a tip and we usually tip good bc we all know they work for their tips. But that service was the worse I ever experienced. The table next to us ordered a water and a Diet Coke. She brought 2 regular cokes. 1 star only bc I had to

Went in the breakfast at 9:10 AM and started to order and the waitress who was obviously a bit confused when I ordered coffee black informs me that they are serving pub food. What restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast in a airport at 9:10 AM. Oh well never again will I enter this establishment.

Chicken Ceasar Salad is worse than fast food. Service is horrendous. Airports are not known for their restaurants, but this was very bad.

Nothing to say. I was trying to see if the location in the lower area (not up by the gates) of Portland Jetport had ever opened. Its always closed, mold and debris on the floors; thick dust on the chairs. Has it ever been open?

This place uses an app to place an order. The app won't work properly. I let the waiter know. Unfortunately that was not the waiter who served my table. My waiter pretended not to see me for about 15 minutes until I had to loudly draw his attention. Then he came around and started with lecturing me that my attitude was wrong. I said no it wasn't provided I had to sit there for quite a while with no attention. The server then just ordered me to leave. This is the first time in my life I was treated in such a rude and unprofessional manner.

Trainwreck. Avoid. The staff is trying but there are only four of them and they're low on product. Reduced menu, long wait.

It's an hour after their opening thing yet no one is here, not does it look like any good will be switched for hours more. COVID had interrupted staff availability, and restaurant start times, but this does little for my hungry tummy, and led to my visiting the snack machines for $6.00 in M&Ms as tied me over. 😔

A dozen dirty tables upon entering, one waitress, took forever as a result (although she was friendly), burger bun frozen. Asked if someone didn't show up for work. She says, no, that's the way they schedule things. Bizarre for an airport restaurant.

Received disgusting and unequal treatment here. I spoke to the manager who was useless and full of excuses. I strongly recommend against them.

Ended our Trip in Portland, ME at the Shipyard Pub, I had a Lobster Roll and Chips with a White Allagash Ale!!🍺😎🇺🇸⚓

Horrible experience at this restaurant I would definitely not go back I ordered clam chowder and it was served to me with a plastic spoon in the soup which had been microwaved and was melted. Of course the waitress was kind enough to bring me a new plastic spoon but not a new soup. Then ordered buffalo wings with no bone they were nothing more than a plate full of chicken nuggets with hot sauce and some blue cheese and celery very disappointing coming from such a good brewery if you go to this place go for the beer do not go for the food really bad. I noticed another review that said the tables were not wiped that was my experience as well I sat down to a dirty table the waitress did notice and she did wipe it but Still kind of gross

Ordered the hummus roll. It was served with soggy and stale chips. Had to order and pay on my phone first. I would never have left an 18% tip if I new the food was going to be so bad. Very disappointing.

Horrible attitude from the staff here. The lady was nasty when I tried to ask a question. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you like being talked to like a nobody!

Really nice people, decent beer but truly terrible food.
