I've discovered Team Duramuk while searching for a place to start practicing Kickbox. I went for a experimental class and I just loved it. The instructors are super kind and they're always paying attention to the class practice, correcting exercise constantly, so we don't feel like we are just pushing or beating randomly. There's a big team spirit. Nuno is THE guy!! It was a really great surprise and I can only recommend to everyone who's interested in practicing some kicks and punches. With Nuno and Irina you'll be in great hands.

Remarkable Muay Thai club. My son, who initially came a little backwards, because he felt the need to know how to defend himself but was impressed by this discipline, now loves practicing and learning foot and fist techniques. He has progressed well by the way 👍 Respect between the students, instructors who pass through the groups to correct them, quite a few practicing girls, a wonderful atmosphere emerges from this extraordinary school. I highly recommend.

Approximately 3 months ago, my son started attending kickboxing classes at Team Duramuk, and our experience has been exceptional. From day one, we were warmly welcomed by an incredible team. Professionalism is evident in every aspect, but what really stands out is the incredible atmosphere created by masters Duran and Irina. The harmony and camaraderie between them and the students is remarkable. With each class, the team comes together enthusiastically, making kickboxing sessions not only educational but also fun. I’ve tried 5 gyms in Lisbon for kickboxing/ Muay Thai and this one was the right choice from the 1st class ! Intense training for beginners or athletes which makes this gym a great place to grow ! the group class trainings are adapted to each person (+english / Portuguese are spoken) Environment 10/10 and people 10/10!!
