My husband was already certified but my son and I did a discovery dive. I had a lot issues- equalizing my ears and fear (I didn’t realize I had for the water. Because love watching animals in their habitat. We had a great time and we will be going again this year.

Nice place to go swimming and snorkeling. Shallow and clear waters with deeper places

Such an amazing place! If you go early around 9am you are most likely to have the placr just for yourself. If you don’t like crowded places this one is perfect but you will need to take your chairs and your parasol as there’s only one there. Before entering Mangel Halto you have free wi-fi which is cool and remember to take a bag to throw your rubbish.

One of my favorite beaches in Aruba! I loved it, it was absolutely stunning. Be careful there are eels in the water. I spent the whole day here just listening to the water.

Beautiful spot in Aruba, crystal water and plenty of fish, it is a relatively vast lagoon-type gulf which gently slopes down into the coral reef. At least one ship wreck is easily reachable, just swimming to it. Really nice, it can be enjoyed at best when the sea is not choppy and the wind blows in the right direction.

Cool spot with swing. Not My favorite beach on the island but its still very beautiful

Absolutely stunning. Easy parking everywhere. Wooden stairwells off some beach areas will allow you down into water or sand - and if you go out a bit numerous fish are swimming among rocks. Very good place for nature and marine life enthusiasts - plus in locals neighborhood away from hustle and bustle of tourist hotel beaches. Beautiful place. No admission - public parking access along roadside with chairs, swings and palm leaf umbrellas with tables.

It’s a little out-of-the-way, some rocks, but it’s still scenic and clean away from the tourist. Enjoy a nice swim.

Looks nice, but we went multiple times, and the water was rough. It didn't look inviting enough to enter the lagoon. Save your gas and time.
