Dr. Muhammadu Abali Ibn Muhammadu Idrissa received his staff of office as the 43rd Emir of Fika from the then Yobe Governor Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Gaidam on the 12th of May, 2010.The Emir (or Moi in the local language) is head of the Bole people.

It was so interacting being that the community heads were able to state what the problems are in their communities which proved that they engage with their subjects.
