Pathetic service. Don't find your accommodation through Nestaway. App and policies of this company is very clear that just cheat the customers. They give your all old furniture and utilities to use. All electronic items are old and having very low star rankings which will increase your electricity bill. This guys are saying "No Brokerage" and they are right, but it means you have to pay more than a broker will charge from you. This guys will charge your Onboarding Fees + Token Fees + Deposit + Rent agreement Charges which is too much. I have paid (3000 On boarding +1300 Token Fees + 8800 Deposit + 2360 Rent agreement Charges) out of which only deposit is refundable, and in addition of it if you don't stay back for min 6 months they will deduct 1 months rent from your deposit and in your notice period is less than 45 days they will deduct more amount from your deposit so you will end up with NO REFUND. This guys will give you 7 days to check entire things in you house and raise request for repair however this guys ensure that they will make you fool for 7 days and post 7 days they will ask extra money to fix it. I have made mistake my friends and lost my money. You guys please beware of this fraud company and people.

I am convinced Nestaway does not care about its customers. I was literally tortured today. I came from a different city with heavy bags, but had to wait for almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the house. Then after entering the house, it was so dirty, I couldn't step in the house. The executive Sachin, assured me that he will clean the house, that is the only reason I stayed. It took him 3-4 hours to clean the house, it was that dirty. All this while the property manager did not even show up at the house, though I have been complaining. After cleaning, i come across new problems, missing curtains, door latches broken, etc. I told the property manager to help solve the issue immediately and now it is 9PM, but the guy is not even picking up my call. They claim that they do not charge brokerage, but they have a processing fee that is 60-70% of the rent. I would say, you can trust the local brokers in Mumbai but not these guys.

I am begging for my own depositmoney since last 10 days and no response from nestaway yet. Unnecessary deductions are levied in name of taking money from customers. If I don't get my money within next 48 hours I will definitely take a legal action against the company.

This is cheating and not relaible company. We booked PG bed in Goregaon ,mumbai , we were shown different flat by Sachin Gate who claims he is property manager of this company and we're pushed to pay advances , which paid full amount in advance and when we move in Today 21 Jan 2023,5. 00 p.m we were forced to move to another flat which was so dirty, water taps not working ,WC flushes not functioning, Floor tiles are broken, electrical supply is not available in flat last three days, Sachin Gate not attending us even on repeatative calls, I think this company cheated us and may be this company is totally Fraud. Sachin Gate promises on his own which is incorrect. Within 03 hours of move In, we ask for refund ,company and nobody is attending our calls.

Extremely bad service and experience with nestaway. They promised me within 3 days you can move-in but took more than a week to let me in. Also, most electrical appliances were useless and in damaged state. Including, fan, regulator board, washing machine, extremely dirty toilet. Rats, lizards coming out of nowehere in the bedroom, toilet. Even the wardrobe, mirror was broken. I had to call more than thousand times to the agent and the office. Which is very tortures and frustrating!! Secondly, no one was available to hand me the keys when moved in. Had to take it from the security guard. Please do not go with this company. Scammers. Extremely worst service, and staff.

Will never recommend this platform, don't go for this if you want peace of mind. They are very soft-spoken till you move-in and pay the money...after that they don't care customers, just loot them with frivolous charges

Worst accommodation app ever, they will just take your money in the name of deposit and agreement and then you will be stuck there for 6 months or longer-term. would recom mend people to choose another method for accommodation rather than this or else your relocating experience will be harder than it already is.
