Advance booking done 3 weeks ago but they denied to provide the room. It's a scam with Oyo, they cheats customers with advance bookings then creates a scene that no rooms available, and finally they shift the customer to a dirty and cheapest hotel. .......shame on you...... shame on you...... you are black spot on the name of hospital industry

The very bad hotel to stay in kurla. The people at reception is very rude and will even shout on you. Totally unacceptable behavior from their end. They will give checkin late and then ask for early checkout. They are also charging more than the said price. NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

I booked this hotel through Oyo, it showed 1500 per room as the tariff. We booked 3 rooms for us. They asked us to pay 2000 for each room or else we might not get the rooms although they had almost 14 rooms empty. We somehow agreed to get the rooms at 2000 since we were getting late and they clearly took advantage of it. When we asked for glasses for water they gave us the dirty steel ones and that too one glass per room. How is that even acceptable? The rooms were not at all clean.

Very bad attitude, the service boys has a very unpleasant attitude, they didn’t clean the bed properly before checkin all hairs were on the rug, when complained they took another bedsheet with already hair on it, when I showed it they just flipped the bedsheet and placed on the bed. Very bad service never should this place be visited by anyone. All dusty floor.

The behaviour of the shiva ( Kalia) manager is very rude and the room service is not very good you have to tell them to clean the room every 10min but still they will clean the room after 3 hours later and they are always eating something and not not doing their job properly

They didn't allow book through oyo. Oyo price just 1500 and they ask me 2000 to saty. Not well clean room as seen in pictures.

Great place ..Lovely staff.jst 1 mins walk from kurla station.beautiful Rooms and now they are renovating more n more.Nice experienced

Avoid if possible - Demands extra money or threatening to cancel booking, deceptive behaviour, took cash and also added the same charges to Oyo bills, eventually had to cancel the booking and search for new room,
