Very bad hotel and very bad reception staff... And they are not giving the facility that we are paying.. I'm not recommended this hotel for comfortable stay

Do not book the hotel, worst experience , idiots in the reception. If you book the hotel please cancel it , don't look for the money, rude behaviour . Oyo does not doing nothing , Oyo please look at this worst hotel and please take it off.

Such a pathetic experience....rude and uncivilized reception. Rooms with full of bad smell due lack of ventilation.... Un bearable smell I mean.... They charged extra than what oyo charges.... I and my family feel unsafe with their behavior.... I never ever suggest this useless hotel to anyone...the sad part is that OYO even doesn't care about our complaints.... They are not reachable..... If there is any problem with the hotel people, we have to fight.... Oyo people doesn't even respond..

This is a fraud hotel, they dont accept payment done at oyo, also they do financial fraud by doing multiple transactions. Even oyo rooms has blacklisted this hotel but even then they assign this hotel to their customers

This is totally scam I book hotel online and visit the hotel then hotel mangement said Oyo cust not allowed I will call Oyo cust care service bt they will not answered proper

I never seen this type of hotel in Mumbai.... in this OyO Mumbai residency there is ventilation for rooms... 0% ventilation... And so better to skip this hotel

There are Cockroaches in the room with dirty walls and the Air conditioner (AC) was leaking

Poor facility, charged more that what was actual booking, not a good place if you are travelling.
