I want to give them half rating but there is no option. No hygiene. The rooms and toilet are very small and uncomfortable. They do not wash their bed sheets as you can see lots of stain (photo attached). There is no privacy as well at mid night someone was trying to open the door from outside. I also found a huge mouse running around the room. The was look very old as you can see in the picture. The TV was not working so i have to move to a different room but in terms of hygiene and cleanliness they are below average. Also the staff at the front desh was also very unprofessional. He took my phone to check the booking details instead of asking for it. He also told my next time when you pay do not pay online. Also the worse part was the rooms were not ready I have to wait 10 min im lobby to get the room clean. Overall it is ok to stay only if you do not have any option or else look for a better property in less price. I will suggest never ever stay in this hotel This hotel is being operated by the goons We were traveling further and we have 12 hours stay in Mumbai So we book this hotel but when we reach there he collect our IDs and told us that he is giving the room whit-in half an hour but we waited for the room for another 2 hours and when we ask back for our IDs the receptionist Named Anis(Was such a goon) he told us that if you need your IDs you have to pay 1500 just for nothing. When we decline to pay he threatened us. He told us if you want to go alive then you have to pay. He mentioned that he have already spend 3 years in Jail. Sach a shame May be Hotel owner is not aware about this scenario but I insist he should take action against him.

Worst cleaning Worsh washroom Staff very rude I booked my room from Oyo and it was oyo's rate that I showed to them they did not allow me for checking because of that price they told me it is very less and they don't know whether I have booked from Oyo or anywhere they will not allow me for checking on that rate because I need the room I gave them more money what they asked and they provide me the worst room possible from there side Not couple friendly at all

It was showing in OYO prepaid property & i paid the money for 3 days and booked the hotel at the time of check in the hotel owner said Hotel is renovation, we can't provide checkin . It was better not to accept payment or else arrange somewhere else

Not accepting OYO Booking. I had paid to Stay after complet payment to OYO. Broken pipe line in washroom, dirty bedsheet, water leaking in room, A bad name to OYO.

First of all they accepted the booking and took advance Rs.101 when we reached the destination the hotel was close we have not yet received the refund amount also. After calling OYO arranged another hotel Art Inn however they refused to take the booking and charged extra as it was 12.30 pm we didn't had other option but to pay. After asking them why they are charging extra they said they don't receive payment from OYO that's why they don't accept the booking. This is very inconvenience to people like us they are cheating and looting people. Request OYO to remove hotels like this and take action so that other people do not suffer.

I had a confirmed booking from the hotel, but when I went to the hotel for check in they said there are no rooms and the hotel is overbooked.

Pathetic... Atleast don't book it from online sites... They don't allow check in from online bookings you may end up stranded... Be aware

Bad experience because he give me room and inter in room the was not good,room door lock are broken than after cockroach are room, TV are not working and also not light in washroom And I order chi dum biryani guy's given to me fried rice.

Froud hotel they took prepaid booking and dont give room and dont give refund of your paid amount . I am not check in the hotel but they dont cancel it and i try to cancel but their is no option for cancel because they took money dont give room it froud

Its better to stay away from this property actually they ask u to cancel the oyo booking first and than they will provide u a room with their own hike new price . The rooms are unhygienic and all staff were drunked . Its better to pay lil bit more and stay in good rooms .

Booked and payed in the app. But how tel charged me extra saying our app doesn't show your booking . Oyo is scam now a days and issues did not cleared up or refunded my money back.

Plz guys don't ever go to this hotel No cleanliness,not proper staff, washroom are not washed properly. Dont try the hotel even they are offering fro free also Oyo room plz remove this hote from your list, staff was not proper,the property was not maintain,room was literally smells like hell,no room service, don't keep such kind of hotel in you list,it degrade your reputation,asa much i can complain that is less for the hotel, very very bad experience i have first time faced by oyo
